January 2026 during our hard freeze week we had two A/C units replaced with new ductwork in our attic and the technicians were wonderful. Even though it was a 3-day job they made sure we had heat every night and were polite and professional.

We had Adrian the electrician out Wednesday and Brett the A/C tech and Bryson the Plumbing tech out Tuesday. They all did a great walk. Weeks has done a great job for us each time. Thanks

Had standby generator installed with panel. Nathan and is crew was very professional. Plumbing came out same day to run new gas line. There was a small little problem,
but one call and Jay the electrical department manager delivered what was needed. Chase and his crew was very professional. Weeks guys made sure I was happy and if it wasn't to my liking they would change it. Very professional and out going. Thanks Week's.

Daniel Martin has been servicing our Weeks installed generator for several years now. Daniel is always professional in his demeanor, knowledgeable about his craft, respectful of our property, and thorough with the service that he provides. Daniel is the best!

We have been using Weeks for about 3yrs. I will admit they are pricier than most, but IMO they are worth it. Hunter is extremely knowledgeable and has kept our 13yr old furnace in great shape! We have also used Monica for plumbing needs and she’s great! If you need work done and you want it done right the first time, ask for those two! Thanks Weeks.

I’ve been with Weeks 20 plus years for my AC. I had an electrical problem. Yes,Weeks does electrical work. Weeks hires the best people. My tech Augie is an amazing person. Answered all my questions always answered my calls. He helped me through a difficult electrical situation. His work turned out fantastic. I will definitely recommend

Toilet not filling tank automatically. Replaced fill valve. Technician was friendly, informative and explained process. Repair was done in timely manner

Robert M. arrived promptly, introduced himself and asked about my issue. He looked at it and stated he will make it right. He advised me what he was going to do and explained the plumbing to me. Im on a maintenance plan where they check A/ C before summer and before winter. My heater had a checkup a month ago. Until 4 or 5 days ago I hadn't used heater. I called and the technician came out next morning. Come to find out the setting never got put back on combo heat or a/c so it was 66° inside. The technician found out the problem. He still checked heater!!!! Friendly and knowledgeable!!! Great work!!

Professional! Friendly!
It was New Year’s Eve and we were having two couples stay with us at our vacation home in Galveston. Within 2 hours after our call their excellent technician, Robert, showed up to fix the leak that was causing water to drip through our garage ceiling. He quickly identified the cause of the leak, and kept me informed as to the estimated cost.
He fixed the leak and left the area in the garage cleaner than it was when he arrived!
This is typical of my many experiences with Weeks Services! They are the BEST!!!

If you haven't used Weeks Service Company you're missing out on 5+⭐️ service!! They got us on the schedule same day. The technician sent was absolutely fantastic, very thorough & fixed our ac unit quickly!

We had a clogged drain. First two plumbing companies diagnosed the problem as a collapsed pipe and wanted to tunnel under the slab. The repair would cost between $7000 and $11000.
We contacted Weeks for a third opinion. Their technician wasn't convinced it was a collapsed pipe and wanted to try to clear as a very clogged drain. He did. It worked!
Our cost was under $300

I had trouble lighting the pilot on my hot water heater. Chase and Justin showed up on time and did a great job. Very friendly and recommended flushing out the HWH. The flushing went well and they explained that the heater would get a longer life if it is flushed once a year. I am very pleased with their work. Cudos to you guys!!!

Great representation from Jarod Hopper. Great service, craftsmanship, 12 year warranty, 5 year full replacement Lemon rule, VIP pricing. Bit pricey yet the formentioned is invaluable. I did get $2k off a HVAC Install. 5 🌟

Monica was amazing (as was her partner Jaiden). She was so helpful in explaining the problem, very fast and attentive in making repairs and coming back multiple times to solve the issue. Couldn’t have asked for better help. I’m so thankful to her! 100% would recommend weeks (ask for Monica and Jaiden!)

Marcus was really great. My high end Weeks installed A/C unit stopped functioning completely. Normally I would just wait ‘til Monday. But I had a medical situation where house comfort was important. He was at my house promptly and aside from being thorough in terms of checking everything from the attic drainage to the elevated outdoor unit, he explained everything to me so that I, a mechanically inept human being, could understand it all.

Your call center person in Delaware was also excellent with information at her fingertips.

I will heartily recommend Weeks from here on out.
