Earlier this year I had replaced 90% of A/C system. I upgraded one unit with a heat pump unit and blower and my second unit, only 3 years old for the condenser, I only needed the furnace. Also replaced all the ducts and vents. After replacing my water heater the year before with Dr. Cool, I chose them for this job. From start to completion I could not be more pleased. I have included pictures to show the workmanship. Everything they were going to do was documented on the quote and completed within time frame promised. This was done back in April and I have since had one of my two follow up inspections performed. They took pictures and explained and showed me everything that was done. I was honestly impressed with the thoroughness of the follow-up. I have had these tune-ups from other contractors in the past and the level of attention this time was superior in comparison. I promise I am not being paid for this review, it was just a satisfying experience i want to give kudos to. From sales to scheduling to all the technicians, hats off to a job well done.

Great company for A/C. I decided to use them for a whole home generator. They seem a bit overwhelmed by generators. The generator is finished, but what a tedious process. Also, the plumber they used left some screw holes open on the garage where he mis-mounted the gas pipe, damaged my new siding, and installed concrete anchors wrong. Despite several reminders of the damaged and poor installation, nobody seemed to be concerned, or addressed the issues. My generator is up and running now with no issues. The tech that came out for the start up was nice, and very knowledgeable.

Where shall I begin? I had made an appointment to have my service maintenance before winter. Funny enough the thermostat stopped talking to my zone board right before my appointment and since Dr cool was the company who previously put in my last zone board (yes Adina, the part that went out was the part that Dr cool put in and I understand that they didn’t put in the whole system but nothing went out other than the part that Dr Cool put in) I figured I could ask them about it at my appt the next day. I was told there was only a one year warranty on the zone board part. Which is odd because the main company Lenox has a completely different warranty on their parts online, which I tried to explain but kept getting cut off and talked over with repetition on that Dr Cool was not the company who originally put in the whole system. I asked to speak to someone above her, who to my knowledge was suppose to call me yesterday or today. I did have my part put in at no cost to me (other than labor) since the part did fall under a 5 year warranty and not a one year. I will say though that when the technician showed up to do the work, no one called me to tell me he was coming, the phone call I got was letting me know the technician was at my house and I was not there. I put 3 stars because Smiley deserves all 5, but the company and office manager is what dropped them down.

Smiley is an excellent technician with a lot of years experience. He goes above and beyond checking all the systems and everything inside and outside the house. I will definitely use him again. Very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. I have a program with the company and there was not even a trip charge to come out and check everything. Excellent all the way around.

Needed emergency service on a Sunday at 8pm. This company was the only one we could find to be able to respond before Monday. They had a technician at the house in about an hour. The technician (Sakis) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even helped educate us on the issue so that we can keep this from happening again in the future. He had everything corrected and was on his way in an hours time. We couldn’t be happier with the service and will use them in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Always a great experience from start to finish. Rachel is always friendly and professional, and gets a technician out right away got any concerns. Our technician George was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He got the service done in a short period of time and took several minutes to explain his findings with us.

We had to change out our whole system about a month back and of course we chose a Trane. They put in 2 window units while doing the installation so we did not get too hot which was great as well.

The installors, Tuan & Zack worked really great together and did a great job in 2 days and everything was done really well and the attic area where the installed the unit was cleaned up around the unit and ducts lifted in areas. They also were very nice and really respectful.

His professionalism stood out right away. Mike is extremely passionate about what he does, and it truly shows in how he approaches his work.
He took so much time to thoroughly explain the repair and the entire process he was bidding for what is a pretty big job. I never felt rushed, confused, or pressured. He wasn’t pushy at all—instead, he really listened and showed genuine care for my concerns, including being mindful of my financial situation.

It’s rare to feel that level of transparency and patience when dealing with a major repair. Kudos to Mike and the Doctor Cool team for making a not-so-great circumstance a genuinely positive experience.

Wow. Let me just say how greatful I am that AairCo came out nearly immediately after a competitor failed to show up for a scheduled appointment. Their repair took less than 30 minutes and cost little more than that of the parts. I will never call anyone else from now on. Just fantastic service, put into perspective by the typical poor service from The Other Guys. AairCo saved the day.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Aairco HVAC. I was in need of a last minute smart thermostat installation on an old existing house. It was the end of the day and nobody else would come. He showed up after he finished his last job to take care of me. He did a beautiful clean installation of the new smart thermostat and then had to climb on my roof to my AC in the dark in the middle of the night. He went above and beyond from start to finish. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced. I'll never use anybody else for HVAC work again! Thanks, Ray Holt

Had an absolutely amazing experience! Was able to fix everything without it costing an arm and a leg and actually was able to explain everything that was going on even about things that may need to be fixed in the future. We have had issues with other companies in the past that actually ended up messing up the unit even more, but Eric was able to fix it and made it even better than before! He is even going to be looking up other information specially about our unit. He has gone above and beyond to fix our unit. We will be loyal customers for here on out!

Eric of AairCo helped us out with our AC/Heating issues early on a Saturday morning. He was very punctual, thorough, and informative of what the issue was. He figured out the problem quite quickly while also having to continuously go up and down and in and out of our home in the rain. We would definitely recommend Aairco.

Came to my house the day we called for service, and had it fixed the very next day. Opened the outside unit to remove and replace the compressor, and replaced a valve in the attic to improve air flow. Very courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Our A/C stopped working last night. I gave him a call and he came out first thing in the morning. He looked over the whole A/C unit. Even checked if I was still under warranty. He fixed the problem and even replaced a couple of old wires. Eric was very sufficient and had a lot of knowledge. I Will definitely be using him again in the future.

We had another corporate AC company do work on our AC system and we still had the problem we had originally called them out to do and they quoted us an exorbitant amount to fix that problem in addition to the insane amount we paid for the other problem they found. It was at that point we decided to call around. I'm so glad we did!

We found Eric and his company AairCo Service Company and he came out about an hour after we called him. He took one look and recognized the problem right away. He was able to find us an OEM part and had it to us that same afternoon. We told him since it was late he could come back the next day if he wanted and he said he didn't mind coming back that he could get it done in no time, and he did!

He was VERY reasonably priced - I was a little upset we hadn't found him sooner, but lesson learned. He will be our "go-to" AC guy from here on out!

After having called out 2 other AC companies, Aairco came out and found a problem that neither of the other guys did. They repaired it on the spot and were absolutely incredible on pricing. As long as these guys are in business I won't use another AC company. I very highly recommend them.

Eric came to my house to troubleshoot an issue with my A/C. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. Super friendly guy! I highly recommend him and his company.
