I got a quote from Eric at Aairco about 9-10 months ago. We got quotes from others as well but he seemed to be the most reasonable of all of them. What I liked was his sincerity and approach. He’s the owner of a small business and showed his care for quality. We ended up holding off because our unit was still functional and life’s expenses just kept rolling in. Well we made it through most of the summer and of course we had issues. We reached out again to get another quote and he was more than happy to come back and give us the estimate. I know people because I’m in the service industry and I knew he was service minded. He worked with us and went the extra mile to make sure the installation exceeded our expectations by doing the extras to insure it was flawless. I can’t believe the results! The unit is 100 times quieter than the previous one, electrical savings were immediate, and he has been hands on throughout the whole process. Eric thank you!

Outstanding service. Eric showed up less than 20 minutes after I cold called, on a holiday weekend no less! He explained everything clearly, and did great work - diagnosed the problem right away, replaced my fan motor and capacitor incredibly quickly, and stayed to make sure it was reliably running before heading to his next job. Will happily hire Aairco again.

They responded promptly and came the next morning hence the 3 stars. The upstairs AC was not cooling, a drain line was cleared and we're back in business. I however was not aware until after the fact what all had transpired regarding the unit. My husband was told that it needed minor refrigerant and the drain line cleared and he was under the impression that both drain lines were cleared since we have two units and was billed $350. I communicated with the tech via text confirming the services performed and he advised me that he only cleared the one drain line for $350. I asked how much it would be to clear the drain line because clearly they both needed to be cleaned. He said that it was $75. I addressed the fact that we were just charged 350 to clear one drain line so why is it 75 to clear the other. He said that's because it was a repair and this was maintenance, but a repair can't be both nor can maintenance be both. I also addressed the fact that he said that there was a minor refrigerant needed and that doesn't that mean that it's leaking out and his response was possibly. As I advised him if there's a problem with the unit that is what I wanted fixed and though yes the clearing the drain line is maintenance and it's fine that I paid to do that maintenance I definitely don't appreciate being price gouged for $350 versus the normal $75 and then a problem still exists with the unit of a leak that he didn't even bother to try to find or figure out. Honesty and doing right by a customer is everything in a business and I definitely don't feel that that's what happened to you. We are taking advantage of in a situation where a drain line may have only needed being cleared but there's a bigger problem clearly with the unit that wasn't even addressed or looked at. A Band-Aid was put on it which was standard maintenance item and he left. He did go on to say that the unit needed to be tested when it was warmer outside so I don't even truly know if that's what the issue was with the unit I just know that the drain line needed clearing and I was charged $350 for it . This wasn't our first time doing business with this company but it's definitely our first experience such as this.

Eric is fantastic and will work to get you the best value for your money!!! Our AC died before the freeze and we were so nervous our heater would go too. Eric was able to get us an AC condenser, coil, heater, Thermostat and UV light quickly and install a clean professional system. Love it, and he’s super understanding and flexible. HIRE THIS MAN.

Aairco offered us excellent service. They responded & came quickly to our rescue. —-With this Texas heat, you need folks like this! Professional, honest, great with communication, and very informative. Some of the best service I have ever received. It feels really nice to finally have a company that cares about their costumers. We are very please and will definitely do business with them again.

Eric was fantastic. Our neighbor told us that our air conditioner was making noise outside. We contacted Aairco later that evening and scheduled an assessment the next day. Eric was able to identify the problem and then install a new air conditioner (evaporator coil and outdoor unit) the next day. His price was very reasonable but more importantly, he was trustworthy and kind. And we preferred Aairco to the other bigger company that provided us with a haphazard second opinion. We’re looking forward to working with Aairco in the future and we plan to recommend the company to our friends who may have issues with their air conditioner as well.

It was a Saturday, March 15. One A/c came and did not come back, then I called Eric. He came on a Saturday after 6, and I originally gave him a 5 star rating. But when the a/c went out today, and I saw he pigged tail a wire off one unit to the other unit, and did the same thing in the attic, pigged tail one wire off another and charged me 600, for 30 minutes work, I was upset. A professional would not do this, so I have to warn others, so they don’t have the same thing happen.

I texted Eric at 9:30pm last night about my AC issues. He responded right away and offered to come out to my house that night however I didn't want to bother him, even though he offers 24/7 emergency services. I just told him the next day would be fine and they were at my house by 8am! They had the issue fixed by 8:30am and my AC was working!!! It was very efficient and affordable and I was so incredibly thankful because I can't handle heat at all!!! I highly recommend AairCo for any of your HVAC needs!!! He is very upfront and honest when discussing options.

Jan 2024– have put the heater to use. They replaced the motor and got my heat going for me. The last freeze was rough without heat but this time around… I was able to stay comfortable and warm. Thank you to Aairco for your great services.

May 2023– I have been without ac for over 5 years so finally getting the ac fixed has been a gift from above. Aairco did a great job with an outside unit installation. They were thorough and efficient. The pricing was better than all of the competitors that I spoke with. I feel very satisfied about the job done and any future work I may need. My past unit would not cool past 80/81, constantly running, causing my electricity bill to be high as well. I have already noticed the cost difference in my electric bill. In the long run this will now save me money. Grateful for the work done by an honest company.

A/c Failure at our home. Called several services, no one was available sooner than 3 days. Eric not only offered same day service, he was very prompt. Had the part on his truck. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything. What a great find. Highly recommend.

My control board on the furnace went out hours before expected snow and temps in the teens. Other tech came out, checked but informed me he wouldnt be able to get the part he needed due to parts store closing early (and would be closed the next day or 2). A friend sent me Aairco's information. Eric was immediately responsive, showed up after 5pm with parts needed and fixed the heater within a few hours. 100% would recommend and use for all future needs.

This company is amazing! I highly recommend them! Eric, the owner, who is licensed with tons of experience came to my house at 7pm on the same day I called after he had already worked a long day. My AC had been running warm for a few days. He was cheerful, kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the business. He took his time and evaluated every system from the condenser to the the unit in the attic. Since my system was 18 years old I knew it was probably time to replace it as I had been repairing it now for several years. Eric gave me several options with some great pricing never once pressuring me to do anything. I was able to get 0% financing for 60 months with Wells Fargo through his company. He and Austin, one of his employees were at my house within two days replacing my entire system. They started at 6am and did not stop until the job was done at noon. Everything was spotless when they left and I was freezing! LOL!! They did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier!! He is also very much about continuing to take care of his customers well after the installation. I feel so good about this company and this owner! Please call him, you will be so glad you did!

I was very impressed with Aairco. I called them needing immediate help with an AC leak in one of my lines. Eric was at my house within 15 minutes. He thoroughly inspected my house and was able to find the source of our leak and repair the problem. Afterwards, he spent more time correcting other errors in our AC system which I did not expect. He went above and beyond and I really felt like my business was valued by the company. I was also charged a very reasonable rate for all of the work that was completed. I’d highly recommend this company!

Eric the owner was at my house within 20 minutes of me calling for assistance on a 90 degree afternoon. After reviewing several options, I decided to replace the outside condenser unit and evaporator coil. Installation completed next day to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend AirCo. Soooo happy I found Aairco! Eric is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when he provided 3 very reasonable options and didn’t just try to tell me the only fix was a full replacement (like the “other guy” did before him). The option just below full replacement was best for my budget, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As hot as it is outside, my house gets cold! I am so very thankful to Eric and his excellent work. Highly recommended!!

Eric provided excellent service from start to finish. He made himself available super quickly, which was greatly appreciated, since I run a small business, and it was 58 degrees inside with no heat! He was thorough in diagnosing all potential issues and troubleshooting for each of them. He was very clear in explaining what the issue was and why he was opting to go with the solution he was recommending. When my unit required a more rare piece that he did not have on hand, he reached out to his network of contacts and drove across town to get the part so that he would be able to get us back up and running on the same day! He was very professional and kind. I highly recommend Eric and plan to use him for any future needs for both my business and my home!

I have know Eric for 10 years, he always fixed my old unit and recommended I install a new one since they no longer make the old freon. I called Eric and his guys on Monday and by Thursday I had my new unit professionally and with signature service. I highly recommend Aairco.

I highly recommend Aairco. Especially if you’re in need of a new system and you got an insanely high quote as I did from a larger hvac company. Aairco gave me a quote for literally half the price. This is a smaller company with lower overhead so prices are much more reasonable. My new system is running great. Got a sweet high tech thermostat I can control with my phone as well.
