Omg! Probably the best experience I have had with guys in my house. Super polite, fast and even wanted to meet my Great Dane, Mercy. Every time they come I have had an excellent experience.

My husband Paul Newell provided all the details on his review, but the short answer is that they did NOT care about fixing the issue (under warranty from them from before) , only how much we should pay for the labor since parts were free. They left us with no grinder pump controls for 3 weeks, for something they could have fixed quickly if they'd done any due diligence. (Google provided us more reliable troubleshooting- it's amazing how invested one becomes in finding the issue when your poo pump stops pumping! We know enough to be dangerous now 😁)

The only time we could reliably get in touch with someone is if we had debit card in hand...

Technician quoted a price to replace a sink strainer assembly which was twice what I've paid in the past for the same repair. I managed the units in my building for several years, and had recommended GI Plumbing to other owners, so this service call was a huge disappointment. I will no longer be recommending their services to my neighbors, or to anyone else here on the Island.

Zack was awesome. He was very friendly. He was very sympathetic to my desire to get my deck functioning property for my granddaughter. give him 10 stars if I could!

Needed washing machine and gas dryer hookup. They diagnosed the valves needed replacing (an inspector previously warned me that valves needed work). Jonathan and partner ( sorry, don’t remember his name) knew exactly what to do. They explained everything they needed to do and why. Both guys were very polite and cleaned up their work area when done.
I would hire these guys again if I needed plumbing work.

What a great pleasure to have these two professionals come to our home and perform the repairs in such a great manner! They explained everything and went above and beyond what I normally see in the service industry! I will utilize them whenever possible and share our great customer experience with anyone who finds themselves in need of plumbing repairs or service!!!

We called Island Plumbing to fix what we thought was going to be a simple fix but upon arrival of the Technician Donnell he found that our plumbing issue was a bigger issue than we thought. Donnell and his crew were very informative about the issues with our plumbing needs and we're very patient with our questions and concerns. Not only did they tell us what needed to be done they also showed pictures of what they found with the plumbing that needed to be repaired. All staff from the first call to Island Mann were extremely helpful and professional. They did a great job with our repairs and left everything nice and clean. We will definitely use them again when needed and highly recommend them.

I wanted to wait about a year before I wrote this review since it would give me time to live with the work Island Mann plumbing did. I got a repipe of my whole house. There were a few issues that popped up, but they addressed them quickly and properly. I'm very happy with their work and my other contractors that came after said that their work was "bad ass." Highly recommend.

Dylan and Michael were very courteous, informative and professional. They explained each step of the process and stated why each action was necessary. They ask if I had questions. Took action when required and did an excellant job. I appreciate it and them as young professionals providing great service. I thank them. Blessings to them and their company.

My Warranty company (American home shield) got me in touch with island Mann plumbing and I wish that never happened. We had a clogged drain. There was some minimal spillage from dishwasher from water backup. They came to unclog it only to make thing much worse. The plumber used a tool with high force to unclog from the kitchen drain and when he got it out there was Sheetrock on the tool!. Now, we see sooo much water on the floor. He even ran more water after the fact without checking what happened. He immediately felt stuck and had to call his supervisor then left us with this mess saying his supervisor is coming the next day!
I had start working on limiting the damage by capturing water/moisture. I opened the Sheetrock under the sink and found a gaping hole in an elbow which is the reason for all the water. The supervisor came back the next day and all he did is wash his hands with it saying there must have been a crack. I told him a crack can be opened by the tool but if the wrong tool is used, it will make a hole as seen my picture here. Then he had the audacity to ask for $580 to fix it. Of course the warranty (American Home Shield) sided with him calling it pre-existing to avoid paying for the mess they caused..

I really appreciate Zach C for coming out here and professionally helping out with repairing my pipe where the main waterline runs for the house. He was super kind, detailed and informative of what was needed and how it was going to be fix and i couldn’t be happier. Totally recommend his service for anyone needing any help with their home. We were happy to get same day service on a Saturday afternoon and Shelby was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and took pictures and explained everything to our understanding. Quickly repaired the water leak. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

The team provided friendly, efficient, professional servi e and went beyond to help me with installing three new toilets. One had arrived broken and I was not aware u til they opened the box. The service team, helped me by going to get the replacement and expediting the pick up. The team also gave me options for installations and upgrade possibility without being pushy or overselling products. The installation was excellent with the team taking care to ensure that the correct approach and equipment was used. They didn’t perform a “rush job” and I truly am thankful for the excellent work provided by the All Clear team. Their price was reasonable given the quality and quantity of work required for this job. I will use them again in the future.

I am 100% satisfied with my service today.

Quick and effective service from a company I have been dealing with for years. I live in West Houston and they come all the way out to me no problem and have some of the most knowledgeable folks in the business. Highly recommend.

I have American Home Shield. For plumbing I always ask for Larry Townley when Mr. Rooter calls to schedule service. He has worked miracles on items I was sure were broken beyond repair. New items are always installed correctly with no problems.

Shaun at Mr. Rooter Plumbing did a great job. He was quick and courteous. He was able to identify the issue immediately and gave me tips on how to prevent it going forward. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Fred and Steven arrived promptly and professionally to resolve a plumbing issue in our new home. They came to us through American Home shield as well. They were both kind and professional cleaning up behind them and making sure all my questions were answered.
