Have to say that I just stopped in at Moore Plumbing Supply in League City. Just needed a couple of setting screws for two bathroom faucet levers. They don’t sell these off the shelf, but they looked all over the place and found 2 that fit my lever and didn’t charge me a dime!

They were conveniently located on 518 west of 45 and I’ll be going here for my bathroom and kitchen plumbing needs from now on rather than the big box stores around here!

They do have quality items, at a higher cost. You can find the same items in the internet for 25 to 35 % less. But worst is the response they give to you if an item they sell is damage. They will not refund your cost; the only option they give is for the buyer to contact the manufacturer directly. I have supported them in the past, however after my recent experience no MOORE!

We are extremely pleased by the customer service at this location. We were speaking to other plumbers in line to be helped and they stated that this location always has the advice and go the extra mile to take care of the customer. I was in the location today and Chance Romans went out of his way to help me with my project. It’s a reflection of the entire team.

I purchased a Zoeller sump pump about 2 1/2 years ago. It stopped working. Moore Supply quickly and easily accepted it back under its 3 year warranty and gave me a new one as a replacement. Thank you for the easy warranty service.
