Kyle helped us order everything we needed for our bathroom remodel and was great! Even made some very helpful design decisions! Everything was delivered on time and in perfect shape. Will do business with Moore Supply again.

I simply cannot say enough about Moore Supply in League City, TX. We are building a new home and decided at the last minute that the kitchen faucet and accessories that I had originally selected/installed with our builder were just not achieving the look I wanted for our new custom kitchen. I went to Moore Supply and Yolanda helped me find the perfect faucet by Brizo! She spent a lot of time with me coordinating all of the matching pieces (soap dispenser , garbage disposal air button, sink flange, and pot filler). I absolutely love them! We had a slight issue with the finish on the Brizo gold finish and she immediately jumped to action, contacted Brizo and had everything replaced and overnighted so I was able to get these installed before closing. I will never buy a plumbing fixture anywhere else! The customer service here is wonderful! -
Ordered a bathtub drain for an antique style bathtub. Told me it would be in in 10 days. Told me they would deliver it to me. None of that happened. Sales rep in store was totally unprofessional and did nothing he said he would do. No updates, no delivery, then didn't care. "I'm working every day Bro" What a clown. Avoid this dump.

After visiting multiple competitors and online searching, it was difficult locating the bathtub we were looking for. Within 5 minutes of walking in, we quickly realized they know their products and found what we were looking for. Jonathan was a big help and a pleasure to work with. Great experience and great showroom.

I’ve been shopping and using moore supply for nearly 40 years now. The staff has always been knowledgeable, kind and forth giving of their time. In fact, some of their staff has been there as long as I’ve been shopping with them. I would highly recommend stopping in for a better quality, plumbing supplier. You don’t get quality like this at the discount retail market locations. Here you get someone with years of Plumbing experience, knowledge and their willingness to go out of their way to help get the job done. Thank you Moore Supply for always being there for me.

These guys are awesome! We had a fairly significant issue with a toilet and after several trips and returns to Home Depot, we called these guys, and they were so very knowledgable and friendly. We also peaked into their showroom and found a slightly dented sink that we purchased for $190 (retails for $1090). So obviously we were pretty happy with our experience!

Double check they include everything before you walk out the door. They are professional enough and have specialty parts that may be hard to find elsewhere. The staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable. But be warned If they sell you something that does not have all the parts and you walk out they will not give you a refund until it has all the parts. The staff at the store offered to give me the number of the manufacturer to fix the issue but the cost of the part was not worth it to me to jump thru hoops to fix their error. Good enough experience I'd recommend to friends with that small word of warning.

The quality of product they sale is great. We bought faucets for our master bathroom shower, sinks, and tub. It was like a one stop shop to get all your plumbing needs. Kyle knows his faucets and is very helpful. The problem that we had with this location is the front desk. Poor communication. We left messages with the front desk for call back. We never got the call back. We were told our faucets would be delivered to the house. A few weeks go by and we follow up with them to check the status of our order and the faucets had come in and been there ready for pick up. They were not shipped like we were told they would be. No one reached out to let us know they had come in. My husband takes off work to go and get the faucets and the employee at the front desk says they were still waiting on some of our order to come in . Frustrated at that point my husband states that we were told on the phone that the items were here. The employee physically goes to check on our order and the items were in fact there. Get the box of faucets to the car. After being told they had checked everything to make sure it was all there the box is still missing some items. Go back to them and we were told that somehow the missing items were misplaced but they were there now. Needless to say make sure you follow up on your order and check everything because they are not doing that at the front desk.

Today, I walked into Moore Supply Co. in League City. Immediately, I was greeted by
Zach Webb. It is rare that when walking into a store, you come across a sales person that not only shows professionalism, but a very positive attitude. By the time I’d paid for my purchases, I knew I’d found a person that exudes something very rare today, personal knowledge of the products he sells. I’d just met Zach Webb. I am not a plumber by trade, I am a 20 year Retired & Disabled American Veteran of 20 years in The US Army, making a repair to my home.
After explaining about the repair I was doing, Zach went to where the parts are and then appeared before me, with every part I would need…… completely assembled the way I needed to install it! I was completely taken aback! Such professionalism, product knowledge and people skills, all in one person, Zach Webb. I hope the owner of Moore Supply realizes all that Zach possesses. I know where, and who, I’ll depend on for all my plumbing needs
in the future. Thank you Zach, you made my project so much easier.
Kindest Regards,

Great Friendly Staff and Quality Products.
Showroom is very nice aswell -
I have American Home Shield home warranty and they sent out a different plumbing company first time around that wanted to charge me $695 and replace the entire shower valve body because my hot water wouldn’t shut off. Needless to say my home warranty denied paying for it so I had them send out someone different for a second opinion. Island Mann plumbing arrived and determined only the seals were bad and replaced them. I’m a single mom in a tight budget and I would recommend Island Mann Plumbing to anyone. My technician Thomas was very knowledgeable and explained everything I had questions about. Thank you guys for getting my water back on!!

What an amazing team! TJ field Supervisor and Brian well honestly the entire group is so professional and respectful. Hate that I’m having issues but these young men make the process so easy to deal with. I can’t praise them enough. The knowledge and experience is noted. Very kind and thoughtful. Thank you for your urgency to this matter.

I was not satisfied with this company it was referred to me by American Home Shield they are supposed to be Certified technicians. And they are not I had a water leak in the attic. It was leaking by the front door. And the first thing the technician ask was who is your homeowners insurance company. Which had nothing to do with the leak. Please be aware because that was a red flag to me. He wanted me to provide my insurance information for restoration work. That’s is not what they’re supposed to be doing. I will never use this company again. They reported that the work has been completed and was not. I had to give them 1 star but it is not worth that. Scam

Plumber came out to check my hot water heater that just suddenly stopped heating up. He did not do a thorough job and they charged $95 upfront. All the technician did was push the start up button a few times and then immediately called warranty to check and see if it was covered.
Then he quoted me 2K+ to install an entire new unit since warranty did not cover it. I did not accept an later had a second opinion. Come to find out no gas was entering the unit. Had he done a better job we would have known that it was a simple and easy fix. There was an outside lever that was inadvertently turned off.
I have called the office several times to make the complaint and have not heard from anyone in two weeks. Not even a courtesy call or a follow from the super.Worst business I have ever dealt with and really hope they are not taking advantage of other customers. -
Would Not Hire This Company!!!!
Island Mann Plumbing overcharge for mediocre work, customer service is rude and unreliable, cause more stress to the homeowner.
If I had known hiring this company would cause more problems, I would have hired a much better, professional company to deal with.
My paraplegic son was without his shower and bathroom for over a month because the company could not get their act together. I was informed by their technician Nick that he would provide a breakdown of the job detailing everything they did to give to my insurance company. He lied to make the sale because when I asked for an itemized invoice to provide to my insurance company, they would Not provide an itemized invoice. They don't want to show that the work they actually did was Not worth the outrageous amount they charged.
The job is still not completed, my paraplegic son has no sink in his bathroom, and my floors are not completed from the water damage I had to begin with.
Also, I found out that the revolving credit they had me apply for Only works with Island Mann Plumbing! :( Great!!! :(
In July, I had them come back out to finish my floors because the water damage ruined my carpet. Their technician Eric had Island Mann Plumbing draw up an invoice, and the project was set in July. Here we are in August, and I just found out that my project was canceled.
No One communicated with me in any way to advise me that my project would not be done!
I am now sending emails, phone calls, and text messages, and no one is Returning my calls or My Money!
I need my money back to hire a better, competent company to finish my water-damaged home. I can't believe how they treat a paraplegic young man or their current customers.
Very Poor Service on the part of Katherine Mann, Nick, Eric, Rudi V., Anthony, and their rude customer service agent who raises her voice and hangs up the call on you.
Please do your homework first; better companies out there can help your family with your plumbing situations.
Customers are already dealing with plumbing sewage backup, water damage, leaks, or other plumbing situations. Also, dealing with insurance claims that take forever, mortgage companies that make you jump hoops to get the reimbursement endorsed, and also dealing with getting the house repaired, customers Don't need Island Mann Plumbing adding to their stress! -
Don’t trust this crooked business. They apparently think they are worth $800 an hour.
Parts were already available on location all that was needed was to replace a single 1/2” CPVC 90. 30 minutes worth of work TOPS. These clowns wanted $410 to complete this work. Someone put these guys on the list for an inside addition sting. I’ve already submitted a review with the BBB and by the looks of it we were not the first to run into this problem and will not be the last. BEWARE. -
Our historic home on the historic district in Galveston. We lost all our plumbing under the house and some pipes in the house. The team gave a fair price. Elijah and Ricardo worked in the house three days. They went above and beyond on this plumbing job. The guys stayed late on Friday to get one shower running not leaving until almost 6 p.m. after being here all day. Everything they did was fairly priced. They easily could have taken advantage and they did not everything was fair.
At times during this job, they had 4 to 5 guys working on the house.
They are respectful of our home, before they did any work they shared the price and it was up to us. This is a five star company and so impressed. During a very challenging time, they took care of us.
Sincerely
Dr. Brian Malechuk and Mr. Kevin Melgaard -

Eric did a great job. My family and I are happy for his professionalism and showing up on time! We will be back as customers again. Thank you Island Mann Plumbing! We would like to also thank Diane on the phones. Diane is so kind and friendly she treated me as if I was like family. It’s so hard these days to find customer service like we did today. You all deserve more than 5 stars! Keep up the great work!

Stay far away from this company - owner Raymond Mann has pending lawsuit against him in Galveston County for $250,000.
Referred to me by my home warranty provider AHS. Took over 6 weeks to fix a leaking main water line into my home. Technicians screwed up on multiple occasions, causing me to go without water in my home for 4+ days.
Forgot to turn water to my irrigation and pool system back on causing damage to my pool motor, yard, and landscaping.
Diggers damaged sprinkler system and did not fix upon bury the pipe. Also once again forgot to turn the water back on / never actually completed the job.
No ownership taken or reprieve offered for any of the mistakes. Not even an apology for taking 6+ weeks to complete a job that should have taken a fraction of that amount of time.
Would give zero stars if possible. Please save your money and home and stay far away for this company and owner. -
I am extremely happy and grateful customer! Raymond and Blue offered great service and gave me straight forward answers and pricing. They knew that I had been without water for almost a week so they worked hard to finish the job in a single day to have my household back up and running. Raymond took the time to explain and even draw out my house plumbing issue, very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!
