Quick diagnosis, and the turnaround for ordering a new part and installing during the holiday’s was very fast. The second technician even showed me the old control board to teach me a few things.

We've been Dalton's Air customers for over five years now. Lewis, the owner, is without question the most knowledgeable HVAC pro I've worked with. He worked for the manufacturers back in the day and he can tell you everything you'd ever want to know about the industry, brands, parts, repairs, and replacement systems. Most importantly he's always given honest advice, fair prices, and exceptional service. When another vendor told us we needed a new system, Lewis diagnosed the issue over the phone and had us up-and-running the next day (it was just a clogged drain line). When I called over the weekend because our upstairs unit stopped working, Lewis was out the next day (we needed refrigerant). When I asked if I should repair or replace my system, Lewis was the only one who said a new system wasn't necessary and a repair was all that was needed (we needed a new evaporator coil, which is a known issue with our Lennox system).

Bottom line, Dalton's Air is our go-to HVAC service and will continue to be for as long as Lewis is open for business.

Lewis is always quick to respond when I have an issue and Manuel is so sweet to explain to me why I’m having an issue and how it was fixed. I appreciate him taking the extra time so I have a better understanding.

Dalton's is amazing. Great customer service. Responded quickly and got the AC back up and running. Choose a local family business instead of the over priced guys that have TV commercials.

Received a very fast and fair bid and the install followed a week later. Took half a day to install, and the owner was on site most of the time. New unit is cooling like a champ. Will definitely use if I have to replace another unit.

Great experience. Manuel was able to arrive within 24 hours, diagnose the problem, and repair it quickly. Also, Manuel was able to repair the issue without recommending a major system replacement. I would give them more stars if I could.

Dalton's Air took my phone calling the afternoon and had someone over to help out the next morning (offered to have someone over in a couple hours but that was too fast!). The technician, Tabor, took care of our problem quickly and gave information in regards to another problem that was brewing. After dealing with a few other HVAC companies when my AC system went out, I went with Dalton’s to replace my old system. They came out and quickly assessed what was wrong, telling me exactly whet needed to be replaced rather than pressure selling me into an overpriced system. We saved a ton of money by only replacing the things that were the problem and we now have a more efficient system than we had before. Everyone who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly and efficiently got our system back up and running and I look forward to working with and referring family and friends to Dalton’s in the future!

We've been using Dalton's for 12+ years, and we are very happy to have found them! Louis Dalton is responsive, and runs an honest business. They will often fit you in within a short time, especially if its not "high" season (first few weeks of summer). They will diagnose and discuss with you any issues found, and be ready to repair on the same day or at a convenient time for you. They continue to work with you until any issue is resolved. Usually Manuel comes out twice a year for system maintenance, and always for issues that arise with our (4) old compressors. They've helped us keep these 18 yo systems running. We finally had one compressor fail on us late last Fall, and were not looking to replace the whole thing at 5hat time. Louis found us a solution that we could go with, by replacing just the compressor. We realize that we still have 18yo parts, but considering everything else seems to be working well, this "fix" may give us several more years without shelling out 10-20k+ for a complete replacement. That was a win!
