James, with One Hour Htg/AC, did a great job of repairing my thermostat and installing freon in my central ac/htg unit. He was conscientious and a pleasure to visit with.

The team delivered high-quality work with fast, prompt service that eased the stress of a busy day. Their knowledgeable approach and good communications made the entire process seamless and truly exceptional. They had the freon my systems needed to get them up to snuff.

Guys were phenomenal. James and Bryan are the best. Real stand up guys. Very knowledgable.

We were out of the country and the AC went out while my MIL was watching the house.
They came to the rescue on a holiday weekend and were so nice, efficient, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be calling them for our HVAC needs!

Jesus James was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful when it came to our A/C problem. He was able to come up with the diagnosis, solution, quote, and a preventive plan for us within 10 mins and get every thing done within 30 mins. The responsive time was fast too! He got there within 1 hour of our call, and mind you, we called on a weekend evening!! Absolutely recommended.

I just had a consultation so far but I have to say Jason (JW) is the sweetest man and very informative on the issues we are facing. I knew we had a mold problem in our vents but to go through and explain in detail what the biggest problem was and to help me understand as a new home owner, I couldn’t be more thankful. He also replaced one of my filters while he was here and threw it out for us even though we totally should have done it ourselves and more than capable I just thought that was very kind. He definitely went above and beyond for the consultation and can’t wait to schedule future services to get the mold out of my house. (Consultation was free of charge)

I recently had One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning visit my home to clean my AC ducts and dryer vent, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Scheduling was simple, and the technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciate.

They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the entire process before starting. The work was completed thoroughly and efficiently. After the AC duct cleaning, I noticed a significant improvement in airflow and indoor air quality. The dryer vent cleaning was just as impressive—my dryer now runs more efficiently, and I feel better knowing it’s safer.

Overall, the experience was excellent. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning provided top-notch service from beginning to end. I highly recommend them for duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, or any HVAC needs. I will definitely be calling on them again in the future.

Great experience! James is incredibly friendly. He thoroughly explained each troubleshooting step while fixing our HVAC. He and Jordan returned a week later for our duct cleaning/sanitization and, again, they were both prompt, courteous and took the extra time to minimize any mess. Reasonable pricing, as well. We recently had duct cleaning done at our home in Austin (78726) by One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of North west Austin, and I’m extremely impressed. During the service, their technician James used telemetry monitoring and system diagnostics to identify nearly 2 tons of missing airflow in our HVAC system. We had no idea our air conditioner wasn’t operating at full capacity.

They explained that restricted ducts and airflow imbalance were reducing efficiency and stressing the system. After cleaning and correcting the airflow issues, the difference was immediate — better cooling, improved comfort upstairs, and noticeably stronger airflow throughout the house.

If you’re looking for duct cleaning, airflow diagnostics, or advanced HVAC telemetry services in Leander or North west Austin, I highly recommend this team. Professional, on time, and very thorough.

After receiving a recommendation for a complete compressor and condenser replacement at over $5,000 from another vendor I contacted Jonathan at Prodigy Heating & Air for a second opinion. I learned that my compressor and condenser were just fine, and that I only needed a new 240 volt breaker. Nothing was wrong with my AC and Prodigy and Jonathan and Jose saved me $5,000 two weeks before Christmas.

The entire team at Prodigy were pretty awesome every step of the way (John, Jose and his crew Alex, Garret and Ismale). Our hvac system needed a replacement as our old version was nearing its end of life. Jose was super professional, kind and honest when he came for our consult/quote. We got 4 different quotes from various companies to compare and make the best decision. Two of our quotes (not Prodigy) were completely miscalculated quotes for the wrong size tonnage for our home. Crazy because if we had gone with the other company we would have been in trouble with a system full of problems. The owner of Prodigy helped us along the way to make sure we weren’t going to make the wrong decision. John and Jose got us the best deal out of all the quotes AND the best hvac system in our opinion. We trust them and loved their incredible dedication and care for their customers. Not only did they come out on the same day/evening, they went literally out of their way to get me a part and there was a crew of 5-6 guys PROPERLY re-installing my HVAC on Christmas Eve Day.
