Excellent service! Answered phone on a Friday night and did a troubleshoot on the phone that fixed the a/c temporarily until service the following day. Responded immediately to all my needs. Garrett was on time and super friendly and helpful. Hard to find good customer service these days but Prodigy is the real deal!

Ishmael and his crew were wonderful!!! No up-charging, no we need to replace the whole system. They told me exactly what was wrong and that's all I got charged for. They are polite and well-mannered and considerate! You can't go wrong calling Prodigy!!

Called John at Prodigy Heating & Air at 3:30 this afternoon as the house temperature was rising above 80°. By 430, Garrett , one of their technicians was in my driveway. He proceeded to assess the entire system and determined the capacitor had failed. After he quickly replaced the capacitor he stayed an additional 30 minutes to verify the system was up and running properly and cooling the house which it was. Incredible service for the middle of July! He was both professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Prodigy to anyone in this area for their quick response and quality service.

The came within 2 hours on a Saturday and fixed our AC! It was $412 for a new capacitor, a 45 + 5 Mfd Dual Capacitor. It seems like a pretty steep price so I'm knocking a star. But I'm very happy with the service and very quick response time so we don't have to be in 90 degrees through the weekend.

I highly recommend Prodigy for you air conditioning needs. We bought our unit over a year ago and are still very satisfied. The installation was quick and on time. All of the staff is very attentive and professional. We have a second unit that is also older. We will definitely use Prodigy when the time comes to replace that unit as well.

Alex and Ismael were very polite and professional. The service ended up taking up almost the entire day so I know they were ready to get home, but they were still kind enough to offer to clean up their mess. One thing I really like about Prodigy is that you get a text letting you know when your technician is 30-45 minutes out that includes a photo of your technician. That way I know who to expect at the door upon arrival. Great service!

Garrett was courteous and efficient when my air conditioning went out a few weeks ago. He explained what he was looking at/for, what needed to be repaired, and the costs associated, clearly and effectively. I especially appreciated that he took pictures of the affected parts of my a/c system so I had a better idea of how everything worked. Prodigy has done repairs for us before, and we do not have any plans to change HVAC companies should any future issues arise. They are quick to respond, arrive when they say they will, and do a really solid job.

Prodigy is the only HVAC company I'll let in my home. All their technicians are INCREDIBLE. They're so smart, and nice, and as a woman on my own, I'm 100% comfortable with everyone in my home. They always explain what's going on, and why it's going on, so you can understand what they're doing.
I've never had to wait for an appointment, they're always on time, and they work fast, while getting everything done in one visit.
