The One hour heating and AC service team(JW in particular) was fantastic! They showed up quickly and provided a short-term fix to get us through the weekend. After the weekend, they came back and implemented a long-term solution. Great service and very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!

James Shaw was very professional. He performed auto fan dysfunction on our HVAC systems . He thoroughly & meticulously checked our AC / heat units , diagnosed & fixed the problems . He left everything clean afterwards . Will highly recommend him !

Wow…I can’t say enough great things about Jason with One Hour Heating & Air!! When I came home from work at 4 pm, my home was HOT and the air quit working. I called one other place I found in Google first, and the phone call was not pleasant, so I decided to look at the list of businesses the Leander Chamber had listed for air repair.

One Hour was the first one that grabbed my eye and I gave them a call. The intial call was great! I prefer to talk to a real person and not an answering service or voicemail. The person was friendly and said that Jason would be out between 5 pm and 7pm and he arrived within an hour. Keep in mind, technician did state he lived in Leander in my home was in Leander , so not much traveling distance I assume.

Jason Diagnose my air and got it up and running within 15 minutes. It’s a temporary fix, but my air conditioner is working great! Thank you!

Guys were phenomenal, needed my vents cleaned and new air filters put in, and also had them clean my a/c coils. Really smart guys.

Jason did a great job servicing my AC unit. When and preformed lots of test and said we are all good. Did recommend getting a turn off switch in the attic so the overflow water doesn’t flood up in that area.
Considering doing this.
