We’ve had three electrical warranty claims / issues from work that this company did not do properly at the time of build in our new house in less than six months (whereas there have been minimal problems with other contractors’ work). Their workmanship is poor, it is clear that it was lazily done in the first place with no efforts made to quality check. On the third time that their rep was called back to service one of the issues (which was admittedly not a complex fix), he yelled out “oh my god man!” when I showed him the defect I was asking him to fix….as if it was my fault that it wasn’t done properly the first time and I was inconveniencing him.

We’re forced to work with these guys through our builder, but if you can hire your own, there are better choices.

The technician Larry joe was good with the work and also provided usefull information regarding the appliances.

Very next day, he was here and fixed my problem! Larry Pyburn was so nice, he gave me little education on how to pick best light bulbs!

Rafael was incredibly kind and resolved the issue quickly, I highly recommend this service to everyone.
