White Electric sent a technician to our place when 12 can lights stopped working. He located the short in one of light fixtures. It was the fixture itself that was shorting out. He promptly fixed it! Great service, very knowledgeable and prompt. They wasted no time on the site. I have used them before and will continue to use them in the future. They always do the job right.

We had a breaker that was bad and needed to be replaced at our rental property. James was excellent to work with. He explained everything that was going on with the breaker and the breakdown of what each item cost. Called for an estimate as i Needed some outlets added, as well as moving a couple of can lights at my home. They came out first to look at what I needed done and then set an appointment for the technician to come out for the work. Everyone showed up as promised for the estimate and the work. Juan Ballesteros came out and performed the work, plus an additional request, well ahead of the estimated time, so the actual cost was less than expected. Juan had a couple of suggestions for a couple of other projects I might need done in the near future, plus referred me to a great place to buy LED lamps. I highly recommend White Electric! I called White Electric after a Google search because our electricity had just been going on and off whenever it wanted for hours at a time. The receptionist said they could send someone out early the next day but an hour later they called back and said someone could come over right away. James showed up and after checking our electric box for problems he confirmed to us the problem was in the meter box or a Transformer and told me to call Texas New Mexico power to send someone out right away. The power company showed up before James had even left and James actually knew the employee and talked to him about it and the situation was fixed within 30 minutes. James was extremely friendly and explained everything to us that was going on and because of him White Electric will be my go-to electric company from now on.

Great experience with White Electric when they replaced a exhaust fan for us. Jorji provided great customer service over the phone & Loren was very polite, thorough and quick on the service call. He even took the time to show me what he did in case I wanted to try it on my on next time. Highly recommend you consider these folks for a job.
