Excellent and professional service from quote to work completion. We had 4 Ring Floodlights wiring and install, Ring doorbell installed, one closet light and switch wiring and install, one light plug wiring and install and six lights replaced in foyer, island and dining areas. Fabulous service! Highly recommend!

Larry Joe was professional with his knowledge of why our vanity fixtures were flickering. He offered suggestions of adjusting the bulb contact, purchasing an American made bulb and/or replacing with an incandescent bulb. He said the wiring connections wouldn't be causing the issues we are having and its more of a fixture and bulb issue.

Daniel and Gage came out and were so professional and friendly. They took care of everything we asked them to and the price was exactly as quoted. Great service and would request these guys again.

Jacob came out this morning and helped us with our doorbell. The issue could not be resolved right away, but he walked me through the problem and even setup the follow up through our builder, so everyone could be on the same page. It was so helpful and he was very professional. Rene came over about an hour later and finished the repair. They are such respectful and helpful techs. We wanted to upgrade fixture in our home and worked with In Charge to get them removed and replaced. In Charge was reasonable and response. Adrian was friendly and professional and got the job done. I look forward to working with In Charge again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never shows up even when you make an appointment with their front desk. The front desk/reception is polite; I'll give them that. However, the service end of the company is just the worst. They send out the wrong people, never give the call-ahead, never show up for missed appointments TWICE in a row. Just simply the worst. Now I know after my new homeowners' warranty expires who NEVER to call.

Daniel and Gage came out to my home to replace the breaker which kept tripping.
Daniel text me before their arrival and was punctual. He explained why the circuit kept tripping and provided honest recommendations for future issues.
Both technicians were knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
