James did a wonderful job of fixing the light switch. The breaker kept throwing, and he figured out what was wrong and repaired it. He was courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond crawling around in our attic and widening the hole in the front porch to be able to do the repairs in the least expensive way possible. He did a great job and we would use him again

These guys were absolutely amazing!! They truly exceeded our expectations! They immediately answered our call, scheduled a timely appointment and followed up with a confirmation text, call and email. Their rates were affordable and fair! The guys arrived, wore shoe covers to protect our home and weree very communicative and educated us! They repaired our problem quickly!!

Had James and Lam come out last week to check the outlet my washing machine was connected to as it went out suddenly.They found out that the voltage across the line was not delivering a full 120. They fixed the problem quickly and at a good value. James has been out to the house a few times and has always been friendly, informative and helpful. The office staff also is quick to answer phones and get a technician out to the house quickly. I can't recommend White Electric enough as they epitomize professionalism. Thank you guys!

Superb service all around!

We woke up one morning to find most of the power out in our home so we gave White a call. The lady on the phone was very professional and worked quickly to get us a technician out in just a few hours. Once here, he diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes and determined it was an outside power line that was causing the problem. While the repair was beyond his power to fix, we really appreciated his honesty and detailed explanation that helped us get the outage handled later that day by TNMP.

We just used White Electric for our electrical needs. James was our service man and he was beyond awesome. So sweet and professional. We had 2 chandeliers, 6 can lights installed in the kitchen and 4 outside security lights done. The entire job turned out great. James takes great pride in his work and he is a perfectionist. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them to finish updating the lighting in our home.

White Electric has always done a great job at our home. Lam is very knowledgeable and is so careful about everything. He arrives on time or early, does excellent work and is very open to questions and mutual problem-solving. He even cleans up after himself; I swear my house is cleaner when he leaves than when he gets here!

i usually don't write many reviews, but i have to give a shout-out to Raymond & Sons Electric after my recent experience. i had a couple bathroom outlets in my Lewisville home that kept tripping for years, always at the worst times. even after swapping out almost every outlet on the circuit, the issue wouldn't go away, so i finally decided to get help. i was worried it was a wiring problem and thought it would cost a lot to fix or re-wire everything. but after i explained the problem over the phone, edward figured it out and gave me a super simple fix that actually worked. problem solved, and it didn't cost me anything. wish i had called them years ago!

We are completely satisfied with Edward's work. Right from the initial home visit, it was evident that he would be extremely professional and systematic in his approach. He discussed ideas with me, provided me with samples, and even fixed a loose glass fixture during the house tour. His proposal was thoroughly detailed, itemized, and offered bundled services at fair prices. A week later, he was at our residence with his apprentice Ruben, addressing tasks that had been postponed for half a decade. A perfect illustration of our satisfaction is our new exterior lights. We had been procrastinating on this because no other electrician had a viable solution for mounting the lights on our taller-than-average shingle, which didn't fit traditional mounting blocks without leaving unsightly gaps. Despite the extra work involved, Edward crafted custom mounting blocks that blended seamlessly and attractively with the shingle, significantly enhancing the look of our distinctive old home! They also tidied up the mess as they went along, repaired a wobbly patio door handle (much appreciated!) and even took our broken fan to be recycled. He was very friendly and attentive to our worries. Edward also pointed out that our smoke detectors were outdated and should be replaced every ten years. He took a look at some outlets we were concerned about as well. Speaking with him was very reassuring, and his expertise and willingness to explain everything made a big difference for us. At our request, he quickly provided a detailed report of his findings to help us with our insurance claim, which was incredibly helpful.
