Very pleased with service provided. Chris was courteous and repaired my LG refrigerator quickly. It was damaged from a power surge after electrical storm and no LG refrigerator repairmen in my area. He made the 120 mile trip for the repair and we are back in action!

Brandon repaired my refrigerator and even saved me money by not replacing an item that was in good shape. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. He was very respectful and cleaned up everything after he finished. I have had technicians come from other companies and really over charge and not do a very good job. we paid $200 for them to look at our washer 6 weeks ago, scheduled service 1 week after, ordered wrong part, scheduled another service, ordered wrong part. Supposedly parts were being sent incorrectly, no appology, nothing. Will not ever use again or recommend.

The technician Brandon is the man!!! Helped me with bad ice maker (Frigidaire) In less than thirty min . Helped with any questions I had and gave me a lot of advice . Thanks big dawg!!!! Get that extended warranty yall.

My experience with Advanced Electronics is a positive experience. Thanks to the high professionalism, diligence and knowledge of Brandon Walton! This gentleman came into my home, accurately diagnosed my issue and informed me of the repair cost. Unfortunately, the repair cost was too great and I could not justify repair versus replacement. Brandon was a wealth of knowledge when it came to recommendations concerning replacement refrigerators and other appliances. Although I was not able to spend a great deal of money with Advanced Electronics on this trip. I guarantee the next time I have an issue with an appliance. I will be calling Advanced Electronics!

Worst experience ever!!!! Do NOT use. charged me $85 never even turn on my washer. Schedule for the following day to fix. Was a NO SHOW when I called he said he called and txt but he DID NOT!! Wasted my time and money. If your thinking about using him is someone ELSE!!!

When I order repair parts they take forever to ship parts (going on 3 months current order). When I call to check on status of orders I get referred to a voicemail or get told they will call me back but never do. Any parts that I do receive are costly. Very frustrated but most parts are exclusive to this company forcing me to buy here. This explains the poor customer service.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! I will never use another company again. After having the 1st repairman come out and told me there was nothing wrong with my washer (it was stopping mid cycle saying unbalanced) he was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly! The other guy said my floor was uneven 😂

My dishwasher went out today and he is coming out THE SAME DAY!

Very honest company, I cannot say enough about Field Appliance. This is the only company I will use. Joseph was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly.

Best appliance repair at reasonable prices. He came out same day and fixed our dryer, garbage disposal and dishwasher quickly. Couldn’t be a nicer man.

So thankful we called Field appliance repair. They came out on a Saturday at 6pm to repair our dryer. Affordable, quick, and friendly service! No one wants to have to repair their appliances but when we have to, I will be calling them again!

Joe was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Charged an honest-to-goodness fee. Very rare these days. I appreciate him very much and I recommend him highly.

Special thanks to Joe Field who graciously answered my telephone call with questions on how to improve the rinse cycle of my dish washer. He was familiar with the brand, year, etc. (And I did remember to have the s/n & other info handy.) I look forward to trying his advice, and I do appreciate his consideration in letting me try these suggestions before actually needing to call him for a House Call, which I will surely do!

Came back from vacation to find my freezer had stopped working. Called Field Appliance Repair and Joe responded promptly, diagnosed the problem, replaced thermostat and got freezer back up and running within a matter of hours. Excellent service. Thanks for making my day. Highly recommended !!
