Very unprofessional, took my money, didn’t complete the job, and then after a week of not responding I get a response that the business will be shut down because the owner is hospitalized. Tough to know whether it’s true or not but from previous actions leading up to it, it’s hard to believe. Looking into it further the company has a D-rating on the Better Business Bureau.

Joe and Field Appliance Repair are truly awesome to work with. Honest and reliable which is not easy to find. I would highly recommend and will definitely work with Joe again.

Joe diagnosed our oven issue over the phone. Then showed up with all the parts and tools necessary to repair it on the spot. The only thing keeping him from getting here faster was our schedule!

While he had the oven out of the wall he inspected all the other testable components to assure we wouldn’t have any issues in the short term. Very professional and doesn’t just throw unnecessary parts at a problem hoping for a solution.

He also took care of an unplanned issue on our dishwasher during the same visit with a smile. This is an excellent local business that deserves your support.

My Samsung dryer stopped heating and they fixed it quickly. I must mention that I called others to fix it but because my washer and dryer are stacked, they wouldn't touch it. So, many many thanks to Field Appliance for doing it quickly and for a good price. I highly recommend

Horrible experience. Contacted them to get our fridge repaired, Joe came and inspected it, said it was done for and we needed a new one, but that he had contacts so he could get us one for cheap. We agreed and got it for $700. It didn't work either, so we asked for him to just return it and give us our money back. He started giving us the run around and blaming the fridge vendor, saying he was the one hiding and not wanting to give the money back. Long story short, we called the cops and went to confront the vendor, who told us he never had a problem on giving the money back that Joe was lying to us because he only charged him $400 for it and he didn't want to tell us he upcharged us for it. Long story short, after a lot of back and forth, he did come clean saying the extra he charged was for delivery and installation. Another sketchy thing was that his credit card system was "down" so we had to either pay cash or Venmo. I say sketchy because this was about a year ago and I just read in my community group that he scammed someone else (a year later, and his cc system is still down??). I originally didn't want to leave a bad review trying to give the benefit of a doubt, but reading now that he's doing it to others, it's not ok. Please please save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else.

Very polite man . But I will never use them again . Waited about a month and on top of that had to text him several times . Sometimes I wouldn’t get a response till the next day . Well he had to come back several times . And my washer still doesn’t work . I called and notified him and he was suppose to come but never heard from him again . They need better communication .

Yesterday our washer stopped working. I called Joe at Field Appliance Repair to schedule an appointment. Joe was completely professional and reassuring over the phone. He let me know when he was on his way to our home for the appointment. The timing was spot on. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and highly professional. Within 5 minutes he had determined exactly what part of our washer had failed. Unfortunately replacing the part was cost prohibitive so we decided it was time to get a new washer/dryer set. We asked Joe if he could recommend a reliable model. He made a call to a colleague and found us a brand new, front-loading, high-end Samsung washer/dryer set for well over half-off retail price! After seeing the pictures, we agreed to buy them. We we're stunned when they had the set delivered to our home, unwrapped, installed, and running perfectly within 1 hour!! These guys are the real deal. Joe and Adrian went way above and beyond my expectations. They spent time going over usage recommendations, ideal settings, care, registration, warranty, etc. Joe said they are a "young, growing company and make customer satisfaction their number one priority". That quote is 100% accurate! Moving forward, we will be calling Joe at Field Appliance Repair for all our appliance needs. Thanks again Joe and Adrian for a really awesome experience!

Very unprofessional, took money for a part that wasn’t even the part that needed replacing, then gave the run around for ordering the correct part and fixing it for 3 months. Asked for more money for the parts without refunding us the money from the first part, and still did not show up when they said they would to fix the appliance repair. Very rude over the phone, never fixed anything and never refunded the money.

I have used Field appliance twice and he was very knowledgeable . The first time was my dryer and Joe was out to repair very quickly it was a great experience. Second time was my upright freezer and he came out to look at it and told me what he need to get to fix it and why it went out. He ordered the part and the next day came out and fixed it.. Saved me from have to buy a new freezer. Very professional and through. Highly recommend Field appliance!

He was the most professional service technician we have ever had out here. Not only did he give us knowledge on how to use the machine and maintenance on the machine. He also gave a single mother a discount and in today’s day and age that’s gold.

We used his service prior with prompt and great service. We recently utilized Field Appliance repair to fix our leaky washer on the 12th. Joe came out in the evening, diagnosed the issue, and said he would be out in the morning. He indicated he would fix the leaky hose, rubber in the front, and tighten some other parts. Given our prior experience I went ahead and paid him (BIG mistake). Saturday the 13th came and went with a text indicating that Monday would be the day. On Monday the 15th, we reached out on multiple occasions with no washer for several days and no contact. On the 16th we tried again and finally went to social media and reached out to him in frustration about scamming us out of money. I promptly asked for my Venmo payment back which he denied. Joe came out late in the evening, worked in the washer and dryer”fixed” some other issues. He only replaced the hose with a used one, however, his big indicated new parts. Needless to say the washer is still leaking and the dryer vent he “fixed” had to be replaced that evening. I do not recommend this business and don’t pay until you are satisfied with the job.

Very friendly and affordable service this guy is amzing and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend 10/10! Such a blessing for for and my family the repair wasn’t able to be made on my frig this guy went above and beyond to help me find another frig @ no cost.
