They were amazing. Showed up on time and kept me in the loop of when they would be arriving. Let me know what was going on with the washer and repaired the things that needed to be fixed. Quick! Gave tons of information and some trouble shooting stuff to do. Great repair team! Will definitely use them again!

Joe was an amazing repairman for my older dishwasher. He was very communicative before the fix and lead me through the process of why the dishwasher was malfunctioning. He was very kind and did a thorough and complete job in under an hour! Highly recommend Field Appliances for any repair work on appliances and Joe was spectacular. Will definitely use this company again if needed!

Very unprofessional in every way. He came for the diagnosis and told us what part we will need and that he would bring it the next day. Next day came and he said he forgot to get it and the store was closed. Next day we call and text and he says he will be here around 4 pm. He ignores calls and texts. He finally says he is running late, but he is on the way. 2 hours go by and he does not answer and calls and finally leaves my text on read. Honestly seems like a scam to charge me for a diagnosis and then ghost me when I need the service.

Had to have my washing machine repaired quickly. Field appliance repair set up same day service Joe the repair man was on time and quick and explained what was wrong along the way. Pricing was very affordable for what needed to be repaired. I will call them again in the future if the need arises and I highly recommend them to anyone. Bonus they are a local small business so I got my washer fixed and was able to support a small business all in one shot.

Joe came quickly and fixed our dryer problem. He is very knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call him again next time we have an appliance problem. Absolutely recommend!

Joe was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly polite. He identified the issue with my dryer very quickly and provided an efficient solution. There were also small things that he improved upon without me asking and he informed me of things I can do to ensure the longevity of my appliance. Joe made sure to take time to educate me on the repair and on the dryer itself so I was fully equipped to work it and handle any small mishaps if they arise. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know as I am so pleased with my experience.

We had Joseph out several times and he couldn’t fix our microwave on our oven/microwave combo. We spent almost a thousand dollars and he left the last time in December (it’s now May) stating he was going to order us a part. Since then he has ghosted us. We did speak to him, his wife and his partner. Just looking to get the part to repair it ourselves. They sound competent and professional, they are not

When I tell you Mr. Joe went above and beyond to repair my driver. This guy is simply amazing honest and keeps you informed throughout the process. He cleaned the inside of my dryer making it look so close to new it was scary! I will never trust another for my appliance repairs. Yall best get with Field appliances repair you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!! Ty Joe you’re the absolute BEST!!!!!!!!

Awesome company! Now days, It is hard to find a reasonabke charge and honest company. Joe came and immediately found the problem with my refrigerator. He informed me of the recall on the brand compressor & gave me the information to call to save $$. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

We called Field Appliance Repair and he immediately said he could come and look at our dryer. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, he was prepared with what was needed to do the repair.
The cost of the repair was fair and very reasonable and appreciated the warranty he offers on the parts used — which is a rarity! Thank you for rescuing us and we highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for any future appliance issues we may have!!!

I will never recommend Field Appliance to anyone. My experience was absolutely miserable. Over the past few months, I hired Joe to repair my refrigerator, and it has been nothing but frustration.

He told me that appliance repair is a "trial and error" process, meaning I was responsible for paying for parts. Despite coming out three times, my refrigerator is still not working, and he refuses to reimburse me for any of the failed repairs. It was not clear at all how he was deciding to charge, he would say he is not charging for labor & just the part but it was the same rate of $150 each time.

To make matters worse, getting ahold of him is nearly impossible. He does not respond to texts, and after three weeks of no response, I finally reached him. I politely asked for an itemized invoice before allowing any further work, which he agreed to provide. That was a week ago, and I am still waiting.

I should not have to beg a business owner to uphold their reputation or do their job. I’ve wasted $450 on nothing and will be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid Field Appliance at all costs.

He came to look at a washer. Left the washer down parts and never responded back. Was not someone I hired myself, as the person that sold me the apparently broken washer hired this company to fix it. He got paid for the diagnostic side, felt his job was done I guess and left the washer on my end like the picture shows completely apart and missing the pieces he took with him. He was not involved in the scam of the washer itself (i dont think, stay away from DL Yates on Facebook) but the repair and communication after was less than desirable. Would not trust using him in future or suggesting to others.

We've had them work on several of our appliances. Sadly we had issues with each and every one. They claim they have a warranty that'll cover you for 6 months but then they app taking phone calls. We tried for several weeks to get someone to just answer the phone. The money we poured down the drain with these people is insane. Steer clear.

Best in the business! Honest, affordable and convenient for you. I trust this man in my house. He does what he says he’s gunna do and then some. Mr. Joe Field’s on the job!!! PS. He doesn’t leave a mess either 👍🏼

Just called and the guy sounded rude

Scott is extremely helpful and explains everything in detail about what he is doing and what can be done.

My only complaint is with the scheduling from Sears. You are told they will be there between 8 & 5 on a day. That time frame is narrowed at some point during the day but fluctuates. So, unless you work close to your home and can leave at any time, you have to take a day off work. This service took three trips to come to a final resolution. Had I not been able to make arrangements with my son on one and lucky enough my schedule allowed me to leave work on third trip, my wife or I would have had to take three days off work for a dishwasher repair. For that, I would give Sears 1 star.

Scott however was willing to work around my schedule to give me time to get gone on this last trip or I would have had to reschedule.

So, short version, Sears Repair 1 star. Sears Employee and service tech, 5 stars.

It took about two minutes for the repair guy to tell me that the microwave was not repairable. That information cost me @$260! Thanks for nothing!
