I had canceled this service through Frigidaire, they did not follow through with Sears Home service. The tech said no charge to me. Very nice!

Oven repaired 6/19. Over $800 for repair , motherboard and fuse. Oven stopped working August 30th. Was told warranty was only 30 day. Repairman didnt even test to see if it was a fuse, short, or the board again. Barely opened oven. Very poor service.

We were a little apprehensive on using Sears repair services because our GE washer/dryer combo is fairly new and we did not know if the technician specialized on this particular unit. Scott proved us wrong! This guy was amazing and knew his machines. Fixed our machine very quickly. We will definitely keep them in our contacts to refer to others.

Scott knew a what was wrong as soon S I told him what happened. The repair was to reset a fixture that stopped the machine if water got too deep under the dishwasher. He left within 10 minutes of arriving and reset the water switch too. Great job by a week trained tech.

Over $500 to replace a washer drain pump that they don't carry on their truck. Charging $150 for a $25 part on Amazon. Rescheduled my appointment without telling me after waiting around for a technician. Call center is in India and can barely speak English. Horrible service, although technician was friendly.

Cancelled my appointment the day of. Only options over a week later. Wait time is all day! Complaints can’t be sent to anyone. Use only AI to communicate with you. The worst service company I’ve ever seen. Would never suggest anyone use such worthless company.

Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the job at hand, very professional in every manner. Made sure job was complete , cleaned up area and also didn’t mind explaining every step of the way. He had the part on hand and had the heating element installed in no time. Same day we were back up and drying , just in time for weekend company.
