I recently came home on a Saturday afternoon to my AC unit not cooling. After checking a few things, I call another AC company. Once they had checked the system, they told me my compressor was shot. They recommended I replace the entire unit at a cost of $10 - $12k. Having time to think about things I decided to get a second opinion and called Sinclair. They were very professional, sending a pic of the tech which would be doing the service work and communicating the process. The tech arrived on time, was very professional and even wore shoe covers while inside. Once he had assessed the unit he too told me the compressor was shot. He then provided three options ranging from just over $2k to just over 4k. He took the time to explain each option and their benefits as well as the warranty included with each. Choosing to go with the $4k option, the tech then told me they would have to find a unit and have it shipped. He explained this could take some time, but they would do their best to get it here asap. He also explained they would waive their service fee due to the purchase. By the end of the day I received a call from the office personnel letting me know they had located a unit and would have it in their warehouse by 8:30 the next morning and could schedule their team to be at my home by 9am. The installers where on time and got to work quickly, even though it was raining. Both men were polite and explained everything and by noon I had AC running in the house again. Sinclair did exactly what they said, their people are beyond professional and their communication is amazing. I will only use Sinclair for my service needs in the future. Thank you!

Johnathan L. came to solve a big problem with the ductwork at my home. He worked very hard to find a solution to the problem, completely reworking the design so the heat could reach all areas of the house. He worked on my time schedule to beat the brutally cold weather approaching. His guys did a great job also. I appreciate the knowledge and training that Sinclair provides to their staff. I also appreciate how professional, courteous and helpful everyone is at Sinclair. I am always pleased with the service I receive. I also love the Maintenance program available. Adolfo and another employee moved a fireplace valve for me so I could install a new surround/mantle. Employees were very professional and did great work. Adolfo even had the good idea to go through a cabinet to hide the access needed vs having to rip up the wall - saving me having to patch visible wall any more than necessary. They worked very fast and communicated well on what they were going to do, were doing in the moment, and things like taking a lunch break and when he’d return. Sinclair previously installed a wall mounted toilet for me and both experiences demonstrated their professionalism. Highly recommend

We kept Sinclair busy today. They had 2 technicians out today. We had a leak that came through our living room ceiling due to condensation from our AC unit. It took a lot of work, but Cole finally got the drain line blown out. He was in the HOT attic for a long time. We appreciated him very much. The cost wasn't too bad. We had the water heater installed a year and 10 days ago and should have called beforehand but didn't. We have not been able to take a shower without the water getting cooler when the toilet flushed, the kitchen faucet was in use, etc. Adolfo said replacing a cartridge in the shower handle COULD be the problem. COULD being a BIG WORD. My husband said it may have needed to be replaced. We will see if that sloved our problem. I'm sure I'll do another review with the results. Adolfo worked long and hard installing the cartridge in the shower handle. Both technicians were greatly appreciated.

I have always appreciated Sinclair Heating & Cooling. They are very good at communicating, from initial call to letting us know the technician is about to arrive and giving an estimate of costs and awaiting our approval. I would recommend them if you need their services.

I called again with new issue. My hot water heater was leaking at the recirculating line . Pauline set me up for the next day. Dillon arrived before 8 a.m. and fixed the problem! Thank you to these two great people and Sinclair ! 5 more stars!

One of their tech fixed my church's ac. He parked in the middle of the road. I got a scratch on my car because I chose to drive through bushes instead of his truck. I confronted him and he was rude. I called his boss who told me the incident was my fault. Horrible company that hires horrible, lazy, entitled people

The worker check on everything an waa very handsome a sweet an I thank him checking my heater too make sure it was working right! He found the heat was to high power an lower it.

Plumbing issue addressed successfully, quickly, and in a personable manner. We had used another company for years and were distressed they sold their business, but Sinclair has won us over! Good service, company, and people.

The actual best! Zack is just the most patient and knowledgeable. Even went above and beyond to help me identify the problem when it ended up not being plumbing related at all!! We will continue calling Sinclair for all our plumbing needs in the future!

I used sinclairs when I rented in lubbock, so they were the first I thought of to fix a botched hvac install. After multiple calls of leaking unit, after they supposedly added and fixed what the other company didnt do. Here I am today with the same issue. The last time they came out due to multiple calls different technicans and messed up cieling due to water leaks the tech said the water pump was free. Bills later and disputing this for over 6 months the company said I needed to pay it and I did not. They canceled my payed service agreement and refused to come out. Today another company came out and is fixing what they did not do and fixing this big leak. So not only did they say Sinclair should've installed another air intake that the 1 they did and the one they did can't be closed without tape... when I mentioned this the tech said we'll use 1 inch vs the 2 inch they were supposed to install. Anyways. Sinclairs when I called last night about the issue after hrs did not return my call as they use to after hours and instead called me today saying the work they did a yr ago warrenty expired and because of the unresolved pump price they can't come out. So not only did I spend 3400 for work, I have a messed up cieling they did not fix, membership for service checks I paid for canceled due to their issues and another technician fixing the issue sinclairs couldnt. Today not only did another company fix what they lacked also let me know that there is "particulants in the system" sinclairs was the last to recharge the unit and raised the unit fan up it was supposed to been changed but wasnt.In the past I would recommend sinclairs after all this i expected more and all i got was several calls, loss of money, and issues with our system i didnt have prior to calling them.

We discovered the leak from our Hot Water Heater. Called Sinclair immediately! 15 minutes later they were at my home replacing the water heater! Best price in town! $300 less the Home Depot! So courtesy and knowledgeable! Sinclair is Outstanding 😊❤️
