The office staff, the young ladies I have no words thank can really express the service I received. These words don't even come close - patient, understanding, informative, kind, helpful. The maintenance crew very positive, cheerful, informative and outgoing. They made sure everything was great. Everything was working fine before they left. They even went over and beyond to check my unit filter and to help me program my Thermostat to the proper setting. Every time I called with concerns or issues or timeframe progress up-to-date whatever the case may have been they were so OMG to the point where they actually calmed me down, knowing how frustrated I was with my warranty company. They took the time to follow through to make calls to double check. Again, no words that gives this company and their employees Justice. All I can say is - You want it done right? You want it done quick? You want friendly service and you want that feeling of love, the feeling that you're part of their family, This is the company to call. Mad love mad respect, way over and beyond. I would add a pic but you can't take a picture of a great job done so so get me lol- my use to read 110 degrees now it's 75 and falling in just one hour 🥰

This issue began 7-21-25 and was promptly fixed on 7-22.

Once again, Absolute Refrigeration has gone above and beyond with their exceptional service. Late last night, the capacitor on my home’s AC unit went out, and the system was blowing only warm air. I contacted their after-hours answering service and explained the issue. By the time I woke up the next morning, they had already scheduled an appointment for the same day.

Cayson and Juan arrived within a reasonable timeframe, were professional and courteous throughout the visit, and quickly diagnosed the problem. In no time at all, they had my AC back up and running.

I couldn’t be more impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Absolutely fantastic service – highly recommended!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding job Absolute Refrigeration did installing my new Samsung mini split system. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and clearly completed with care and expertise.

The installation was clean, secure, and extremely well-executed—both inside and out. Every component, from the indoor unit to the outdoor condenser and line set, was installed with attention to detail. You can tell this team takes pride in their work.

After receiving a text from Absolute Refrigeraion that it was time for the fall check up of our unit, I responded. An appointment for the next day was made .
I received a phone call the next morning that they would be arriving in about 30 minutes. Upon arriving, the technicians checked our thermostat, the unit, and our attic insulation. We had a short conversation and they left for another appointment. The technicians were very polite, informative,and efficient. They did great

Nathan and his team are amazing. Nathan explained everything to me so that I can understand what’s going on. It was discovered I needed a full central unit replacement . Nathan explained my options made the financing process go so smoothly. He was patient and kind. His team came the very next morning and had my unit replaced so we could be warm as soon as possible. His workers were friendly to me and my animals and cleaned up all of their mess during installation. I came home to a warm home and there was no trace they were even here. He even answered questions and concerns I had after installations. I will never use another company again!

I found the greatest HVAC man in Lubbock! Richard was at my house Monday morning (that’s when I made the appointment) and had my air conditioner working within the hour. He did a thorough inspection of all of the equipment. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a very nice man. If you need any heating or a/c repairs, R.P. HVAC is the business to call.
