Greg and his crew showed up when expected and went right to work. The whole crew was personable and, even with the extreme heat last Friday, managed to complete the task. We would not hesitate to use PermaTech again and would highly recommend them for any foundation work you might need.

When I was getting quotes, Dylan took the time to explain, answer my questions and going over all the iptions. Greg (who supervised the actual work) and his team were punctual, through and worked very hard to get everything done well. Cleaned up the areas after. Greg spent time to make sure I understood and showed me how the house was being lifted. I woukd gladly recommend this company

Steve was very professional, polite, and answered all our questions. The cost of the repair was more than fair. The job was done quickly and cleanup around the house was great. There were no issues and all post job checks came back clear. I would use PermaTech again, without question. Highly recommended!!!

Great experience with this company. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable with the many questions and concerns that I had about the foundation repair process. From the many estimates I received, he was the guy I trusted to get the job done and do it right. Price quote was also reasonable compared to other companies. I liked the fact that he was the main point of contact for quote inspection, and he was present when overseeing the work done.

Steve and his team did a wonderful job making adjustments to our pier and beam foundation. PermaTech was on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, and updated us throughout the process. This is the second home we have used PermaTech and they will be our first call should we have questions or need repairs made to foundations in the future!

First off, working with Steve made this entire process a walk in the park. He and his project foreman, Alex, were responsive, on time and considerate of my property. They started / finished the job over the 2022 winter holidays (Christmas through New Years) and the crew patched everything up so well you wouldn't have known anything ever happened.

The repairs I had done:
— Three beams replaced (40ft)
— Replacement / installation / realignment of 24 slabs
— 1.5 days of Excavation
— Installation of 4 foundation wall piers

The third party structural engineer, Crosstown, raved about the completed work and let me know that I shouldn't have any concern for the next 50 years!

The only hiccup in the process was the plumbing company I was assigned for the water leak test (at no fault to PermaTech). Steve was responsive to my request to work with someone else and immediately got me in contact with a new company.

If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I called to get a foundation estimate for a horizontal crack that I was seeing in my living area. Dylan arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided a thorough walkthrough and showed me what to look out for when looking at the foundation issues in my home. He provided honest recommendations to resolve the issue at hand. I truly appreciate the honest feedback received and will reach out again once I am ready to make the repairs.

I received quotes from 5 different companies for foundation damage that I have. All the companies came up with a plan costs somewhere between $6k-10k.
Perms tech estimation and plan was unique and basically required piers all around the house costs like $24k.
After discussing more - the sale men admitted that most of it is not required and cut around half of the piers.

Then, when he knew that I’m talking to few more companies he put some pressure and gave me discount that is expired in 24h. What company pushing potential customer to make $10k decision in 24 hours ?? I don’t appreciate this strategy and therefore decided not to deal with these guys.

This project went so smoothly. Dylan, Steve, Alex and his crew did everything to make sure the work was done correctly. Alex and his crew also put everything back together so that you didn’t know work was done. Very professional. Strongly recommend PermaTech for all foundation repairs.

We had our foundation repaired back on 9/11/19. I had called a couple of other companies prior to selecting PermaTech. Needless to say I wasn't impressed or pleased with what the others had to say. They were in a rush for me to make a decision and didn't seem very informed about the processs or what my house actually needed.

I did additional research on Google and came across the PermaTech website. I was very pleased with the amount of information they had and was also impressed with the testimonials from past customers.

Steve was the PermaTech representative assigned to my quote request. He arrived on time and was professional and extrememly knowledgeable about foundations and how they can be affected by the Texas weather and soil.

Steve spent about 45 minutes assessing my foundation and taking thorough measurements both inside and out. Once his assessment was complete he spent time going over his results. I was extremely impressed with how thorough of an explanation he provided. After reviewing the results he provided his recommendations for what was needed to repair my damage. We signed with PermaTech the next day.

Steve was an excellent project manager throughout the entire process. He kept me up to date on everything taking place and was on site making sure things were going smoothly. The crew was amazing. The professionalism and efficiency was amazing. By the time the job was completed you couldn't even tell I had work done on my house.

I have a french drain installed by Greg and his team. They did a great job and took plenty of care. Gave good advice and ideas for my other related tasks. Brandi and Dylan were also a pleasure and helpful in answering my questions and patient while getting HOA approval. Of the estimates I gathered, I determined Dylan at PermaTech proposed the best type of drain solution for my yard.

Permatech did a wonderful job repairing our foundation. They also connect you with a third party engineer (included in your cost) to double check their measurements before hand, as well as check their work after everything is done. They finished everything in 2 days, including repairing the concrete and replanting the bushes. Quality job and professionalism. All that's left is for the plumber to come out in a few days to run a leak test to make sure there was no damage. Highly recommend.

The company did an outstanding job in repairing my foundation with a team that did all that was expected and when the job was completed my yard was put back as if nothing was done. Steve was very easy to work with, let us know what to expect during the repairs, and exceeded expectations. We had an independent engineer inspect the repairs, and he said that they were even better than he’d expected. The crew was respectful of our property and everything was put back into place when they were done. As a bonus- PermaTech gave us the best quote of the 3 companies I contacted.

We had water from our French drains and gutter feeding back into the overflow of the pool due to roots clogging the black pipe underground. After trying to clear out myself first with snakes from home improvement stores and even renting a machine to do the job with limited success (cleared some roots but no where needed what had to be cleared), called local plumber and they recommended PermaTech and gave me their phone number. Contacted PermaTech and they scheduled appt with me the next few days to evaluate situation. Steven showed up (who is also the owner) on time (really like all his digital tools that he uses to communicate appts, proposals, and invoices) and recommended a solution after listening to what I already tried and evaluating our property. He also gave some other recommendations (root barriers and additional drainage solutions) and sent in a line item proposal that I could pick and choose what I wanted done. Once I sent back work to be requested he had his crew here by the next week. Steven arrived with his crew and made introductions and began work. I was informed along the project showing me the pipes that were dug up and clogged and the crew did a great job of laying out new pipe and cutout in curb for the final drainage exit. They did a good job of covering back the dirt removed with goal of trying to restore yard to previous condition. They also did a check of sprinkler system before and after project to make sure operation was not impacted by their project. I would highly recommend PermaTech for any drainage work needing to be done. Now my pool overflow is working and making its way out to the street. Great job PermaTech!

Needed a quote, had another company come out and there were done in 5 minutes so I wanted a second opinion and I reached out to PermaTech. They were on time and did a quality inspection and looked at every inch of my house and went over everything that was needed and why. Very honest and professional and did not try to sale me on anything or use scare tactics. Very pleased with the quote I received and all the supporting documents that came along with it. Took photos of everything under the house to show me what they saw and what was needed to be done in order to fix some of my issues. When it is time to get the work done I will definitely be using them.

PermaTech team did a good job on installing piers under my house foundation. The communications were clear for each steps of the project, with both email and text notifications. The team arrived on time and restore and cleaned up the work fields after the job was done. Overall, I'm satisfied with their work.
