Todd and his team did a wonderful job with the redesign of our front landscaping. After the ice storms from last winter our front beds were in need of a serious facelift. The Madrid team helped us from initial design to installation and very responsive throughout the process.

Todd and Ashley designed and built our back patio area. They were instrumental in designing our outdoor kitchen and pergola that is family friendly and extremely comfortable. Both were very responsive and professional both during and after the build. I would highly recommend using Madrid Custom Patio services.

So I really appreciated their honest opinions and assistance with recommendations. They helped walk me through the process step by step. Todd and his team were amazing... They walked us through the process every step of the way and provided cost savings options and suggestions one what materials and features to choose, that would give us the most bang for our buck - specifically for our needs and what we wanted to use the yard for. I will be using Todd and his team again for our front yard transformation this summer and highly recommend him for your job.

We installed a louvered pergola over our patio. Madrid Patios put in a misting system and custom misting fans. Our west facing patio is brutally hot in the summer. Todd created a wonderful mist screen that lowers the temperature immediately. The fans contributed flowing air and more mist. We have a large patio and never could enjoy the afternoons outside. That has changed with the new equipment. His team was professional, cleaned up, and kept us informed throughout the process. Great products and service.

Todd and his team built an L-shaped kitchen under our existing patio, plus upgraded/completed electrical work under our patio cover and louver cover. Todd was fantastic to work with! Once we determined the budget, we made selections very quickly. He has a very good eye for design, and we also consulted his designer for a few decisions. The tradesmen were very extremely skilled; in particular, the ledgerstone tile work is precise and flawless. Todd helped us troubleshoot a few details even once the work was done. We will see him again in August to install a TV and accent wall once materials are in. Todd and his company kept their word, delivered a quality project, and have been extremely easy to work with! We would certainly use them again for a future project.

Horrible service and horrible quality work. I don’t recommend at ALLL

We have employed them several times. With remodeling jobs, something unexpected always seems to happen. They are willing to work with us in such situations to get the project done and are very knowledgeable and polite, very nice to work with.

I was COMPLETELY overcharged on a couple projects. He quoted me a price oneday then came back and said it would be more work involved so the price went up. He didn't even do the second part of the project - but I had to pay him some of the money. He got someone else to do it and the guy didn't do all the extra work JPR said needed to be done. I asked and the guy said it wasn't required. I contacted JPR several times and father nor son would return my calls. The guy ended up doing a botch job. He came back to fix it and let's just say I will NEVER use neither of them again. Due to price gouging - which is illegal - and poor work that was noticeable to anyone with eyesight.

We needed help getting our home ready to go on the market and JPR was a lifesaver! They took our whole list and knocked it out in a day and a half. They replaced exterior rotten wood, touched up paint, replaced a door lock, re-set the toilet and a variety of other tasks at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend them!

This past fall Sept-Oct JPR Construction did a remodel on my kitchen, which included new floor, reconstruction on one of the cabinets, new countertops, new backsplash and sink, painting all of the kitchen cabinets as well as additional small add-ons that I requested at the last minute. All of the work was impeccably completed. The crew did a fantastic job plus made sure to clean up when each phase was completed. The owner and manager came by to inspect the work after each job was done to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. The cost of the whole project plus add-ons was very reasonable. In addition to the kitchen project I also had them install a new floor in a hallway. Very Very happy with that project as well, cost was also very reasonable. I highly recommend JPR Construction for any type of project you might have. I plan to have them back for additional work that needs to be done to the outside of my house after the first of the year.

JPR construction is a great company. They do superb work. They did quite a number of different projects in our houses and we are always happy with the quality, timing and execution. We can recommend them very highly; you will not be disappointed. Well deserved 5 stars!!!

I used JPR construction on several properties in Texas. They always response right away and do perfect job whether it is a minor repair or major remodeling. They are honest, their prices are very reasonable and quality is outstanding. Every job is performed within the timeframe they specified. It is hard to find another company where people have such a great work ethics. I strongly recommend this company.

Quality contractors. They told me up front that they are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either... which was accurate. We completely renovated 3 bathrooms to the studs and added custom built cabinets, entire house was painted (walls, shutters, baseboards & doors), entire upstairs carpet removed as well as staircase and replaced with hardwoods, kitchen & butler pantry cabinet reconfiguration and new door fronts, ceiling beams in 2 rooms, custom picture frame paneling along staircase, all new light fixtures, and barn door installation. They did this all in 30 days to work with us on our move-in date. They must have had at least10 ppl working here every day & weekends... they killed it! After all the remodeling was done & we moved into the house, black mold was discovered in an area we had not replaced with new cabinets and they came to our rescue that same day to talk to us about how to proceed. They are perfectionists, and dependable. Anything that wasn't exactly how I wanted it or if I changed my mind on something, they were all over it. Highly recommend.

We had a water leak in our master bathroom. We had initially contracted a different company that completely botched the job. We then had JPR come out and look at the damage. The father / son team were responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The crew they had working on the job did an amazing job and restored the bathroom so beautifully that you cannot tell that there was ever any damage. They offered a fair estimate and were able to keep the job on budget. They made sure to walk the site each day to ensure quality work and that we were happy. Great experience and they were such a pleasure to work with during this stressful time. I would definitely hire this company again!

We recently had JPR Construction Services come out to replace an electrical outlet. They were very responsive to our initial phone call and were able to come out quickly and replace the outlet.
We have had them do many projects, both large and small over the last 3 years. Every project has been done on time, handled professionally and communicated well all during the process.
We will use them in the future.

JPR Construction Services does an excellent job! Roman and Patryk hire top notch subs and are both regularly on site to make sure the jobs are being finished in a quality manner and to one's satisfaction. They communicate very well and keep you aware of all that is happening. They are reasonably priced. very trustworthy and great with follow through. If they say they will do something, they do it! We have used them twice on two very large home remodeling/repair projects and were extremely happy both times. Our home looks amazing!
