I had a serious water leak under my kitchen sink and panicked because it was late at night. I called this plumbing Dallas TX company and their emergency plumbing team showed up within 45 minutes. The licensed plumber was polite and diagnosed the problem fast, a cracked pipe behind the cabinet. He replaced it neatly and double-checked for any other leaks. Truly reliable and worth every penny!

Had someone come out for a warranty issue with electric and you would have thought this man was coming over unpaid. He was rude, not helpful and doorbells are out of their scope. “Too hard.”

Very hard to reach someone that can answer questions. I have a an issue that I have questions on after moving into a Gehan home but they never return your call. I would not recommend this business if you need any kind of work done.

I had a couple breakers damaged by lightning in my home that was under warranty from them. I fully expected to pay for the work but they replaced the breakers for free. I'll absolutely use them for anything I need in the future.

I been calling them for a week and every time i call they say Oo someone will be there tomorrow and no ever shows up. I missed a week of work because them. They are inconsiderate and do not care about their costumers. They did the entire electric system of the house we just bought and its a poor job. The lights constant go in and out. When i called for someone to come and fix it they did not want to come. They kept saying someone will be there tomorrow and no one ever shows up. The reason for that is the electric system of the house is under a year warranty and they don’t want to come because they want to do free work. Very disappointed and annoyed with this company.

Extremely dissatisfying experience with this company. When speaking on the phone with the company about the issues I was experiencing, they informed me that were fairly certain they knew exactly what was wrong and quoted a price. When I asked how the process worked andif they need to come out and look at the issues they told me they didn't needed to come out to look at the issues, but rather they could just come out and fix them. The tech arrives and looks at the issues and fixes some, but not all. The major needs were not address and they were unwilling to provide a cost breakdown or detailed invoice. They told me the cost was the same and they quoted me over the phone, but they did not fix all the issues. The tech informed me that they quoted me this price anticipating that they would not be able to fix some of the issues. I raised concerns based on the conversation I had with the person on the phone was confident they knew exactly what was wrong could fix them. I told him the price didn’t seem right if the issues are not fixed especially those that were more urgent. After raising these about the expectations previously set over the phone he called his manager and they decided to slightly lowered the price. The tech was unwilling to leave my house without payment and I was had work calls that I needed to so I paid him. After the experience I was left overpaying for services and being promised something that they were unable to fulfill. If the company truly quoted me as the tech said they did not make it clear, it certainly would have alter my course of action as the price was obviously high for the services actually completed. I would not recommend this business. In the end I paid $550 to replace a standard security panel and repair an exterior GFI outlet. The original quote was $650 to replace the security panel, repair the exterior GFI outlets fix electrical issue related to A/C unit, and fix garage door opener. The whole process seemed very shady and left me extremely frustrated. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.

We called IES for an tripped electrical circuit at my house. I was told $70 plus cost of repairing if any. The IES representative did not mentioned any range. I was expecting around $150. I ended up paying whopping $519 dollars. This is too much for me to afford to. The electrician after coming home said the 70 is only for dispatch and not for actual repair. Even if we cancel the appointment we will end up paying 70. The tripped happened in the same location that happened in the past which was covered during warranty. They did not fix it properly last time, now I had to incur a huge bill. They will not cover this under warranty for fixing it last time. They did not offer any discounts too, as it happened with 1.5 years at the same location. Very unsatisfied.

Justin did a great job and was very helpful explaining how the Surge Protector works. He is very knowledgeable about all electrical products. I plan to use IES again should the need arise. I highly encourage others to use this company as well!
