Very smooth experience from beginning to end for a great price! PermaTech handled the entire process for our foundation repair (repair + all inspections) through their various partnerships in the area and every representative was very professional and punctual. Highly recommend their services and will be sure to use them again in the future if the need were to arise!

ParmaTech foundation finish my foundation work couple of months back. They did a great job. The communication was really good and staff was professional. Dylan was very co-operative and help me customize a few things to meet my requirements. Good quality and good price. I have to see in long run, but so far it is looking great.

They make sure to find out why the stabbed cracked in the first place. The Engineer's report was done. The plumber came out to check the pipes. They gave me 3 options for repairs. I have dealt with many foundation companies, and this was by far the best.

Foundation repairs are tough, however I highly recommend PermaTech if you ever have foundation issues! Dylan came in and did the inspection and quote. He was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had. When it was time for the work Greg Thomas and the crew were all efficient, punctual, and very respectful. Greg was great to talk to and the crew was great! They left the yard as it looked when they had arrived. The whole experience with PermaTech has been great!

If anyone is in need of foundation repair, may I suggest PermaTech. (I used the Mckinney office) I have had my share of contractors over the years with not so stellar results. We contacted PermaTech along with a few others. PermaTech was the only ones who actually went into detail on what exactly they were going to do and the differences between the options. There was ZERO upselling or pressure. Here is the best part, they actually communicated every step along way (which is a pet peeve of mine for contractors). Getting the city permits, when the permits were done, scheduling utility line marking, and when they were goin to arrive. They said it would take 2 days and it took 2 days! They even accommodated a shift in schedule because of weather. They replaced landscaping and even patched concrete with matching pebbles. They educated me on how long to wait before patching drywall and brick cracks and scheduled post-repair plumbing leak detection. Overall the experience was excellent and I highly suggest them. I picked them because of the reviews and now I can see why they are so good! Pictures are before and after of the biggest exterior crack.

Great company , great experience from start to finish. Steve was in communication with me every step of the way. Responded to any question I ask right away , as well as texted updates frequently. The workers knocked out a big job in two days like promised. Everything was handled carefully and professionally. Everything documented and photographed is the cherry on top so you know exactly what your paying for. I’ll recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great work.

Excellent Service. The crew was great - friendly - careful with landscaping where they had to work. Greg was supervising and kept me well informed of everything they were doing. Steve was here and made sure I was satisfied. Superb cleanup and repair of breakouts - beyond my expectation. Price was competitive with other bidders. Happy to recommend to friends - or anyone.

Had an excellent experience with Madrid Custom Patios. Workers wasted no time demolishing and removing a tiny useless (homebuilder installed) patio slab and pouring a much, MUCH larger new patio. All work occurred on-schedule and everyone I interacted with was professional and answered all questions I had. The quality could not be better and we are beyond satisfied. I was not financially ready at the time to have a patio cover built but when I do I will be reaching back out to Madrid with no hesitation. Highly recommended.

Thank you to Madrid company for their outstanding service. Great customer service and very responsive. Madrid came out and worked on our water sprinklers and thankfully they got them working.

The crew was on time, worked hard all day and finished the project on time. We were very happy with the taking out of all of our shrubs and trees and replacement of our front yard landscaping. We had them come back to complete another project.. the team added trees in our backyard. The team worked around our drainage and made sure everything was working and watered.

Mr. Madrid is an wonderful person and an experienced builder who you can trust to help you build/renovate your home. Mr. Madrid built my patio and he has done an excellent job. Highly recommend him for anyone interested in home renovation or patio construction.
