We Found Steve of PermaTech very knowledgeable in foundation repair. We had 4 quotes which varied a lot in scope. The reason we chose PermaTech is they were able to set out a plan before starting work. This way we knew what we were in for before the start of the job. As far as the work being completed we were very happy that things went smooth and was completed early.

I had a great experience with Steve and his team at PermaTech Foundation Repair. They took the time to explain everything that they would do, they were very responsive to any questions that I had and the job was done on time and as expected. I highly recommend them for any foundation repair work you need done.

Perma Tech is always very responsive and handle my questions and basic freak-outs over our foundation so well! They have never recommended unnecessary work and are so professional and courteous. We have had them look at our foundation many times over the years and they always recommend helpful tips that we.can do to keep our home in good shape. Very honest. We used PermaTech Foundation Repair for the second time recently for installation of 12 concrete piers on the back of our home. Again, they did a fantastic job, from the initial consultation with Dylan, through project scheduling with Steve, to the work performed by our crew led by Alex and Greg. The quality of the communications and work was excellent. They left our property and landscaping very close to pre-work condition. I'm very satisfied with the work Steven and his team did on my home. Steven helped me all the way through the project, answered all my sometimes silly questions, kept a very informative and clear communication channel. The team arrived on time, did everything in the agreed time frame, thoroughly cleaned up after work. Overall, I had a great experience which made this complex project a cake walk to me.

Steve showed up on time and did a thorough job explaining the condition of my foundation. Despite some movement in the house (small cracks in the interior, exterior brick cracks), his professional opinion was to wait and see if there is any more movement in the near future. Two other foundation companies that came to my house had recommended repair.

I also had an independent engineer inspect my house and that individual also advised me to wait and reassess in the future to see if repairs are needed. I appreciate the honesty of permatech.

We had 15 piers total added as a preventative measure to the back of our home. Since it was just as a precaution, no actual lifting was needed, only stabilization. Our home backs up to a 10ft retaining wall that our yard sits above and we have a new pool going in, so we wanted to protect the back of our homes foundation with piers in the event anything went sideways with the pool or retaining wall down the road.

That being said, Permatech was extremely communicative every step of the way throughout the process, from start to finish. Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I now understand why this company has such outstanding reviews. The pricing was very fair and structured out in the estimate so we fully understood what we were getting, and prior to work commencing everything was explained in thorough detail. The customer service was outstanding, and the crew that showed up arrived on time and was extremely professional and knocked out the 15 piers in 1 day. They left the yard in perfect, clean condition and we couldn’t be more happy with their services!

I will definitely use them again in the future, should the need ever arise - and will be recommending them to all my neighbors and friends!

Leaving a review for the inspection we received from Dylan. He was honest and transparent about our foundation repair requirements and was very knowledgeable. Although I did not end up using PermaTech I highly recommend getting a quote from Dylan.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Brandy in the main office was great at explaining the process. They have an automated message system to keep customers updated on permitting and next steps. Greg, our lead, was very nice, answered all of our questions kindly, and the team left our yard in great conduction and took away all the landscaping that had to go for the repairs. Additionally, the other engineers and plumbers they contract with for testing were great.

Steve and his team were fast and provided quality results. From the incredibly thorough free estimate with Dylan to the final engineering review, the process was smooth and quick. Customer service was great and Steve and his team were very informative through it all. I would recommend them for any foundation project.

PermaTech Foundation Repair company did a great job repairing my Foundation. Their employees were very knowledgeable about the job/work that was needed to correct the problems. Having no prior exposure to foundation issues - I was pretty concerned with our problem. Dylan came out and assessed our problem and provided advise and direction for addressing our foundation issues. He presented a detailed quote along with options. The process was simple and easy the whole way through to completion of work. Greg and his team came at the specified time and finished on time. He and his team were awesome and got the job done. I can’t tell they were here except for some minor changes in the ground cover. Greg communicated what they were doing the entire time all the way to completion. This is a very professional organization from start to finish. You’ll be super happy to have them address your foundation issues!

PermaTech did an excellent job repairing my foundation. The work was done quickly and professionally. I really appreciate Steve's work ethic. He was always available for questions and was very personable. Also, I felt the price was reasonable . I would highly recommend them.

Permatech completed foundation repair on a pier and beam house in downtown McKinney. Greg and his team (who were great to work with) installed pad and block. The work was completed in a timely manner. Dylan was the sales representative. He took his time and thoroughly explained the scope of work and what to expect. It was refreshing dealing with someone that put no pressure at all to make a sale. The quote was not only competitive but cheaper than all the other companies. I think I got four or five other quotes and they ranged from 1.2-2x what permatech quoted. The scope of work from the quotes of the other companies was very similar in most cases and overkill in others. Anyway, permatech gave the best quote and seemed to do the work well. I stress over home repairs of this scale but Greg and his team made the work feel relatively painless. Very respectful people and they seem honest. Overall, I am happy with the company so far. They seem pretty understanding and easy to work with. No joke, one company quoted 2x what permatech quoted. The scope of work was almost exactly the same. The Things they would have done that permatech did not would have cost very little (vents and some subfloor) nothing to justify 2x the quote. Get multiple quotes and if you find permatech is the cheapest, don't assume they will do sub par work. They are good.

Professional, courteous excellent work. Considering how much dirt had to be moved during the repair process it was amazing how clean my yard was after they finished the job. Would recommend Perma Tech Foundation Repair to anyone who needs foundation work done. These guys are the best.

PermaTech did an amazing job on the foundations repairs. Steve made everything so easy once we got started, very professional and took care of all necessary permits and test needed after the job was finished. Can’t recommend them enough!!! Based on positive feedback from others in our area, I had PermaTech come out and do an evaluation of our foundation. Steven was extremely accommodating in answering all of my questions, and explained in detail what he thought the numbers meant for my foundation. I did get another quote, but chose PermaTech because the cost was comparable, but the attention to detail and the time Steven spent with me were outstanding. The crew was great, they completed the work in the time I had been given, and even took out a few extra bushes. I am planning on having Steven back out to discuss drainage issues we have on the side of the house. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would recommend them to others.

The previous homeowners had foundation work done by PermaTech a few years back. As a new homeowner oblivious to anything foundation related, I contacted Steven about a new area of my house that I was concerned about. He scheduled a visit for the next day and came out to assess the issue. After running some tests and comparing the readings to the ones he took in 2018, it was concluded that there wasn’t any new settling in that part of the house nor were there in any other areas as well, thankfully. He took the time to show me where the previous foundation work had been done and answered any questions or concerns I had. He even noticed some of the concrete fills were starting to crack where the pier and beams were installed and offered to repair them at no cost. I decided to hold off on the repairs unless the problem worsened. Fast forward a year, I contacted Steven about taking him up on the offer and within a couple of days, his crew came out and got the job done quickly.

Throughout every interaction I've had with Steven, he has shown to be reliable, trustworthy, and honest. It's evident he stands behind his work and let's his professional experience and quality of work speak for itself. He never once pressured me into contracting work that wasn't needed nor did he try and use any tactics to induce an emotion that might influence me to do so. Over the years, I've utilized quite a few tradesmen for odd repairs and jobs and Steven is among the very few that delivers customer satisfaction and operates with integrity.

You never want to have a foundation issue but if you end up needing to I highly recommend PermaTech Foundation Repair! Everyone, was amazing to work with. Our initial contact was with Dylan Sommerfeld who came out and did the first assessment. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my question. When their quote came in significantly lower (by about 10k) that two other venders I immediately wondered why. When I called Dylan to ask about this he walked me through his assessment again and explained why he felt the solution he was proposing was the best fix. By the time I hung up I felt very comfortable with the proposal and booked shortly there after.

I also can't say enough good things about how great the onsite team was when it was time for the repair. Greg Thomas and his crew were on time, efficient, and professional. They left the work site clean and did a great job grading around the house and made sure the irrigation system was still functioning once the foundation repair was complete. Most of my cracks have now sealed themselves back up and doors that previously stuck or would not close all the way are back to being fully functional.

Overall I've very pleased with my PermaTech experience and I highly recommend anyone who needs foundation work to reach out to these folks.

The team at PermaTech Foundation Repair are absolutely top tier foundation experts. The entire crew, from the gentleman who came out to access my needs/provide quote, the job supervisor who was on site during the work, to the amazing crew installing the piers, they were all very kind, professional, and courteous. After the repairs were made, they're clean-up was so much better than even they described it would be. They even saved my flower bed mulch and put it back over the holes. They had to remove 25% of my deck boards in the back yard, and after the repairs they put the boards back. Although we had 18 piers installed, the clean-up was amazing. Also, after the crew left, a dog and a solicitor walked through the wet concrete in our driveway, the crew came back out on a Sunday morning and fixed the damaged concrete. It looks great! PermaTech provided third party structural engineer pre & post inspections to ensure my home was secure and correct. Top notch guys, thank you for your quality work and amazing customer service! I highly recommend PermaTech to anyone needing foundation leveling/repair services.
