Terrible. Set an appointment, a day later. Hear nothing from them. Call them back a hour after set time, they had no regulation of me setting the appointment. Thank you for the great waste of time.

Allowed this company to come out for a quote they attempted to find an issue with my water pressure never identified the issue but attempted to bill me with no services rendered.

Pearson Plumbing was dishonest, didn’t do what they were supposed to do on their first service call to my home and gave me a ridiculous quote that was 4 times as much as the other 3 quotes I received. I don’t recommend them to anyone for anything.

6/1/2018 - Today was my 2nd time doing business with Pearson Plumbing. I needed a new toilet installed. Charles did a GREAT job! Quote was slightly higher than what I was advised over the phone BUT I absolutely needed a few plumbing updates to go along with my new toilet. The only advice I can give is go ahead and buy the toilet from Pearson. I had to go back to my local store and swap out the toilet I bought because when Charles opened the box, the toilet base was broken. Not fun at all having to rush to the local store to swap it out. Save yourself the headache. Pearson will be giving me an estimate on my guest and master bathroom remodel project. I can't wait to write another great review when that is completed!

Save yourself some trouble and call here first! You won't regret it. Robyn booked my appointment same-day and called to confirm arrival time. Ceal (hope I spelled name correctly) and Brian were awesome! They showed up 15 minutes early and took care of what I thought was going to be a monstrous, costly job. I'm all SMILES, because I ended up paying a bit less than what was quoted! Boom! They took care of my "scary" issue in under 20 minutes. Pearson Plumbing will now be my go to plumbers! I can't wait to use your service to remodel my bathrooms! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Bryan called 1/2 hour before my appointment time to see if it was still good for me. He said he could come early and I took him up on that. His service was prompt, efficient and excellent. He explained what the problem was and the steps needed to fix it as well as the approximate costs.
He is my new “Go-To Sprinkler Guy”!

Be very careful. Really expensive service. I was charged $550 per hour of labour (for one person) plus $300 for 8ft plastic gas pipe. I questioned the invoice, but that was the rate quoted. Feels like I got ripped off.

Had an issue with toilet in master bath, which required a service call and then a return call because they did not have a part in stock. Prior to their visit I gave them the model number for my toilet. They returned and the total price was $500! A new toilet only cost about $350.
While they were here, I asked them to check the tank water level on the guest bath toilet to see if they could easily raise it. They said no problem, raised it and when they left, it started running. Another service call another part they need to order and another $500 before it’s fixed. It was fine before they adjusted the water level! Two minor issues with toilets and the total repair will be close to $1000. I like Riddell but not their business model.

Samuel Sanchez is outstanding with his plumbing skills as well as communicating with us to help us understand what needs to be done. He is kind, patient, and makes the experience easier to manage. His helper Brandon has a good role model to follow. Brandon was communicative and respectful when he assisted Samuel on the job. Nick came as a third person on the big part of the job yesterday He too was very pleasant and contributed to the complicated job that they were doing under our house. All three have represented the Riddell well. We appreciate Greg and the office staff working with the city. Highly recommend Riddell.

We needed weekend emergency service. A pipe burst in the attic that was pressurized for a fire suppression system. Riddell was easy to contact and schedule with. Cameron, the technician, was friendly and professional. He quickly found the source of the leak and completed the repair. We didn't have to go the weekend without water!
