All plumbing work and the installation of the associated equipment/devices at our new lakefront property in Wylie were done by Riddell Plumbing, recommended by Hoffmann Homes, our builder. Many thanks to Cody Riddell, their senior technician - he has been there to take care of the water leak from the bidet, shower head replacement, dishwasher etc., as soon as we call them. Plus, he provides all those amazing tips and advice - dos and dont's. Keep up the great work, Cody & team! Cheers.

I needed a new water manifold for my house cause mine had sprung a leak. They located a new one. Which there was only one in Dallas. They worked late to make sure they got it swapped out and my water back on. I have a much happier wife now and Thanksgiving was saved because we were having everybody at my house this year. I will definitely call if I need any more plumbing work.

Honest, straightforward company and Incredible plumbers Nick, Alejandro, and Shannon. Wish I had found them sooner! They had a very complicated job, installing a shower, freestanding tub, Sinks, and toilets all from the UK. They were able to convert everything to US and the bathroom looks beautiful!! Absolutely meticulous in caring for the products and extremely careful with our home and floors. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had to take a day to process the experience before giving solicited feedback. It was a mixture of professionalism and unprofessionalism. My plumber arrived professional; we chatted it up, talked about TGIF but it quickly turned unprofessional after finding it wasn't a simple fix. His snake broke off in my shower drain. He swore and made comments that some guy set them (he & his apprentice) up for failure. After the snake broke off, he slammed my front door as he went out to his van. He did say he didnt mean to but he was upset and irritated about the broken snake. It was obvious. But attitude kinda changed when i asked him not to slam my door. He then had to remove toilet to find the stoppage or breakage. Camera didnt pick up anything inside. He used camera again from the drain on roof. He said he found the break and showed me the picture. I was told previously I had a break and keep in mind, I requested a bid when I scheduled which is $120/hrs. He made a call to get another team out to help getting the broken snake out my drain. My time was supposed to have stopped because he said he found the break and would get me a bid Monday. The other team came about 45 minutes later. Said it wasn't a break on the camera but a build up and the drain was clear to run water. Then tried to convince me the broken snake in my drain shouldnt cause any issues. A fix is $195/hr. I went from bid to fix, ok whatever. When putting my toilet back, I had to ask him to seal the base. He said I didn't need it, I told him it was sealed before he took it off. He sealed it but threw out the screw encasings. Now I have 2 screws sticking up without cover making the toilet raggedy looking. I just need him to get this snake out of my drain before it does any damage. I was charged for 2 hours, including the 45 minutes he waited for other team to help him get the snake out. Instead they conspired to tell me it was a fix to pay for that other teams time instead. And never tried getting the snake. There was no need for them to come but to waste time and bill me for it. Last thing, the tech said the other team said I was upset from the brief conversation. That puzzled me so I went outside and asked them did I say or do anything wrong to them. They said no and wanted to know why I asked. I told them what I was told and they both said the tech must have misunderstood. I didnt understand why that would be said. Maybe getting a story in place as a defense. Who knows. Just keep track of the time of actual work yourself is my advice.

I’ve used Riddell plumbing several times over the years and these guys are always fantastic on time and priced fairly, I just used them again today with a major kitchen issue and they took care of me right away and the work was done right and as always maintained a clean work area to the best of their ability for the job at hand.. I will no ever use a different plumbing company other than Riddell they’ve earned my confidence and business. I would encourage you to check them out for your plumbing needs. Taylor made a very quick repair replacing two valves on my toilet. Very polite and professional. Price was right. Riddell always does a great job.

I’m sure the company is great but not the driver in truck 751. He ran a red light and almost hit me head on smh.

Will call came the same day, some I'm rating them 3 stars. They did a temporary bypass on a leaking hot water heater while they ordered a replacement. That was 8 days ago and we're now into a 3-day holiday. I can order the exact replacement from Home Depot. I called to follow up and was told someone would be in touch that same day. I've heard nothing from them. The communication and follow up needs improvement.

The technician arrived exactly when he said he would and couldn’t have been more polite and professional. What was first thought to be a simple fix, turned out to be a major project.
I figured that another appointment would have to be made to accommodate the extra work. I was surprised and pleased that the work started immediately. He explained and showed me what why and how he was doing things as he did it.
Another good point is that he had to deal with my wife. She is deaf mute with low reading/writing skills. He was very kind and patient with the communication issue.
It was my first time to deal with this plumbing issue so I’m not familiar with the pricing but I feel I got my money’s worth.

Cameron was professional, respectful and though I was not pleased with my manufacturer defect of my Rheem electric water heater and the defective valve (that has a Rheem class action lawsuit), his work to diagnose was of value and he seemed honest. I do wish Riddell kept up with class action lawsuits and recalls and informed their customers when they do the installs. At this time, I can't speak to the repair or replacement yet but the diagnostic service Cameron provided was helpful and I'd request him again! I do wish the $230 per hour will call and the $195 per hour scheduled fees were more reasonable but it seems like all plumbers are somewhere in this ballpark

Thank you for the great service on our gas line repair. Our experience was very positive. Everyone that came out and everyone we spoke to on the phone displayed kindness and understanding. Gavin was very professional and understanding. I don't know how he can crawl under a house and not be fazed. Angel and Jeannie, in the office, were also very helpful and accommodating to our needs especially so close to the holidays. Thank you for working with us so quickly!

I've worked with Riddell for two years on our new construction home. Their techs have always been professional and the quality of the work has been solid. We had zero plumbing issues during the last freeze. Today we needed a gas line moved to accommodate our grill - Marco Dominguez, Oscar Sandoval, and Orlando Vasquez on truck 569 did a superb job. I highly recommend Riddell for any and all plumbing needs.

The service was excellent!! Both men were gentlemen and kept me informed of all that was happening! I would use them again in a minute! They were very straightforward and showed real concern. They fixed the problem and informed of of serious work that needs to be done, too.

I'm very satisfied with the service I got. I would recommend to anyone in need. Listen discuss problems, did not get in a hurry. Taylor & Colton work steady got my problems taken care of. HATS off to Riddle Plumbing. Had good office help very concern. Thanks to everyone to make my day a happy one.

The grease removal was successful and promptly done. That jetter is a great tool and a job finisher.
Cody and helper were efficient and as always most importantly very respectful and courteous. Looks like we are done for now.

Absolutely Love Robert from Riddell! He's very knowledgable, capable and always solves my plumbing issues. He's a great communicator! I especially appreciate that they send the same person each time. I think Robert has been here at least 4 times for gas lights, the pizza oven gas, re-plumbing the fireplace, fixing faucets and installing new plumbing pieces. Thank you!

Very prompt. From telephone receptionist to completion of task, the entire staff was courteous, communication about scheduling and arrival was the best. Technicians were friendly efficient and knowledgeable. From the onset I felt they were trustworthy. I highly recommend them !!

Nick with Saving Grace was absolutely great. He arrived faster than I expected and was very professional and efficient. He was upfront and honest on what the problem could and couldn’t be and what my options were. I DEFINITELY appreciate his honesty. Saving Grace Plumbing did a wonderful job. The guys were very professional and courteous and kept me in the loop the entire time they were working. Even when we had a hitch and found out the water heater was not performing as it should. They made sure and had someone out with a replacement right away and stayed until the job was done the same day. Would recommend Saving Grace to anyone needing honest and reliable plumbers
