Juan from Saving Grace Plumbing has to be one of the worst technicians I have ever had come to my house. I informed him the clean out was on the side of the house, which is where they would normally run the snake to clear the blockage, but he insisted he had to run the snake under the kitchen sink. He proceeded to bring the machine into the kitchen, did not put any protective covering on the floor under the machine, and proceeded to snake out the drain. During the procedure the machine scratched the wood floor with a deep gouge. When I pointed it out to him, he said "how do I know it wasn't there before I came in." I asked him why he did not put down any protective covering on the floor. He insinuated that that was my responsibility. He said he was done and left without cleaning up and dripping water from the machine all the way out the front door. I asked if he was going to clean up and he said no.

Easy repair to a clogged toilet. Recommend SGP to any non-plumbers out there who need repairs.

I was referred to Saving Grace Plumbing from a friend of a friend. Didn’t know what to expect and relied heavily on my friend’s referral and the company’s high Google star rating. To answer your question – Yes, I would use them again and am happy with the work being done so far.

I was experiencing water draining from UNDER my entire driveway and into the alley (see pics). I was told by friends and other plumbing companies (on the phone) based upon the factors present, I most likely had a slab leak. The water meter in the front yard is running when everything is shut off in the house and it appears I'm still losing about a gallon of water every minute and a half. Just like any major house repair – who can you trust to do the job and give a fair price for the work? Once I called Saving Grace, they scheduled the leak locate appointment for the next day.

Plumbing Technician Robert came out with one of his coworkers. They were very professional, friendly, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. They were able to locate a cold-water leak feeding into my water heater within minutes. It was amazing how efficient they were finding the leak in a short amount of time using their equipment. The leak locate cost about $300.

I got the estimate two days after the leak locate was done and agreed to their repair price about $4,000. The slab leak repair will be for a cold-water line that feeds into my water heater. I am now waiting for the dig and repair crew which will be sometime next week. They are busy and the only drawback being the leak will have been running for over a week before it’s fixed. I am sure I will get sticker shock when the City’s water bill comes in for the month.

I’ll add to this review once all the repairs have been completed. My impression as of now is Saving Grace Plumbing has a top-notch, very knowledgeable crew who can find leaks without any issues!

Sink started leaking again which didn't make us too happy but Ryan came and quickly found the issue and got us fixed up. Very sweet about explaining it to us and assuring us this time it will hold. Very knowledgeable yound man.

Saving Grace Plumbing was amazing! We had an issue with our hose bib and they were able to get us on the schedule the very same day. The plumber Colton showed up on time, worked quickly, and was so kind and professional throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find service that’s both fast and friendly, but they absolutely delivered. We’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

Ryan installed my dishwasher and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, informative and gave great customer service.

Very kind young men were respectful, on time and diligent. My issue was resolved and they gave me some DIY tips to try if similar issues ever occur in future. They cleaned up after (left it better than they arrived) and were upfront about cost of services before starting. I’d recommend Saving Grace to anybody in need of a plumber, based on my experience.

Office / Admin feedback: though it may be more lucrative to the bottom line, I’d recommend limiting the AI / automated voice reception for inquiries / scheduling. I almost called elsewhere because I had doubts that I’d be able to communicate with local / family business folks about my issue, as I perceived Saving Grace to be. The initial AI voicemail / text made it feel like I accidentally inquired with a large corporation / mass scale trade service companies I’ve had unfavorable experiences with in the past. I was glad I stuck it out and ended up using Saving Grace, but had doubts until the great guys showed up because of the initial AI communication.

Technician very knowledgeable about the best way to do the job. Gave me alternative ways to do the job. Did a professional job and was very pleased it. Will call them again for a new job.

Happy with the level of service from the phone rep. to the technician (Ryan), once he introduced himself & I showed the task (clogged drain) he got done swiftly... definitely would recommend & use again... Thanks ya'll....

He was very diligent and patient. He also listened really well and as a result we believe we have at least located where the issue is.

Saving Grace came out to our house to address a slow drain issue. They were able to analyze the problem and fix the clog. They use the high-pressure hose to clean out our drain pipes and then use the camera to check the work. Additionally, they came back to resolve an associated issue with the same drain line at no extra charge. I was very pleased with their service. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and they even answered questions during the holiday weekend. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely do business with them again.

Friendly, proferssional, competent and timely....all at a fair price. I couldn't ask for more. Saving Grace gets my highest recommendation. Next time I need a plumber, I'm calling Saving Grace Plumbing!

We have been using Saving Grace for years and have always been totally satisfied. They come over right away and the plumbers are very concerned and attentive to our situation. We don’t worry about plumbing issues because we know if we have one they will come out and set it right. Would never use anyone else.

Nick did a great job! He was very communicative of the whole process. Got the parts needed and fixed it all the same day. I was worried with it being a commercial toilet with special parts it would be hard to get.
