Went through home warranty company for the work.
First Response Plumber came out and completed work, but broke a part while doing so. Both Warranty Company and First Response are not offering to cover part broken during work.

Eddie did an absolutely amazing job fixing my hot water heater today. He was very professional and got the job done very fast. He also explained every thing in detail what he was doing so I never felt like I was getting scammed. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future for some other plumbing issues I have in my house.

Fantastic service! After multiple parts, and multiple visits, to get my hot water heater going again, First Response Plumbing stayed on top of it. Eddie is a dedicated plumber, loyal to the job, as if it was his own water heater!

I needed a new water heater after my old one (16 years+) was showing rusty discharge on the outside. A local plumber confirmed this heater was probably on its way out but the quote they gave me for an install of a new unit was a bit too expensive for my liking.

I ended up going through my home warranty company and they referred first response plumbing to me. I'm glad they did.

Chason came out to do my initial assessment and agreed the heater was in need of replacement. He explained the process and how it works with the home warranty. We got that squared away and I was later contacted to set up an install time after the claim was approved.

The day of install Xavier and Anthony showed up. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. The install went without any problems and was done in only a couple of hours with both of the guys cleaning up and leaving the garage look even better than when they came in!

All in all, couldn't really ask for a better install and I'll absolutely be using first response plumbing if I have any further needs in the future!! Highly recommended!

I had used them prior to this call and was hoping they would provide some options but all i got was the hot water heater is bad and need to be relaced. They had worked on the unit less than 7 months prior and said with the new element it should be good to go. Now I am looking at a NEW unit. Just do not feel very confident

Chason and Joey did a beautiful job of installing a PRV for our home. Now I don’t worry about over pressure blow offs. Before the PRV our pressure at the hose bib was 95 psi and we’d had a toilet supply stop blow off. We live in Garland in a 1990 home. Now our pressure is 50 psi and still good flow to showers. Dear customers, My honest review here, do not choose First Response Plumbing company for your tankless water heater installation. They did very bad job and city inspection failed three times. There were so many problem and last one being the exhaust went not installed properly and they need to that job. They did that job and asking me to pay additionally. Before doing that job they did not tell at all that I am responsible for that work and now asking me to paid money. They are claiming that they are not roofers and did not job and aksing to pay me. If that is not their job, they should not have touched my roof at all, why did they touch who are not roof professional for exhaust went, why did they did not let me know about it before hand....and spoiled my roof as well. Horrible company do not chosse them.

Eddie did an awesome job trouble shooting our problem. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated him teaching some good useful tips to keep our appliance in good condition

The call was trough the Choice home warranty and was done one day ahead of original scheduled date. very professional diagnostic that Chason did and then discussed the next steps. very clean, polite, definitely professional and most of all open to give me a crash course. Thank you so much, learned a lot.

Amazing service! Randall was upfront and clear about the work that needed to be done. Did amazing work and also charged a fair rate. Also adjusted the invoice for work that didn’t need to be done. Would use their service over again. Integrity and reliable service.

Don’t be fooled by big names that over charge with fancy trucks and billboards.

Had a leak in my main water line, James was able to come same day found the issue and fixed it in a few hours. Very professional and nice, highly recommend!

I really appreciate Mr. James and this company. My husband past recently and I had realized that I had a leak in my yard. I am on social security and a fixed income and DID NOT have the money to pay for it. Through their "Pay It Forward" program that they do every so often throughout the year, they paid for the work that I needed. God bless this company and Mr. James.

James Armstrong Plumbing has installed a kitchen sink, replaced pipes in walls, replaced a garbage disposal, unclogged sinks, put new shutoff valves on all sinks & toilets, installed a new shower, installed a new water heater, and installed a seismic emergency gas shutoff valve for the home. Each visit has been a good experience. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I called James Armstrong Plumbing for an estimate on 2 water heaters on Tuesday. Friday morning I woke up with no hot water. I called them back to see if they could come replace my water heaters that day. They came right out, explained the whole process and started the job. Great experience! Will definately call again in the future

This is the third time I've called James Armstrong Plumbing for plumbing service at my home. I'm always a super satisfied customer. They're rates are reasonable and reallyresponsive at all times of the day or night. Olvis was my plumber this morning. He could not have been more professional or honest. If you need a plumbing company, you really should use these plumbers.

I had a main line sewer backup. Toilets were overflowing and water backing up into my shower. Call James Armstrong plumbing they did a great job. Explained everything told me what would be more cost-effective showed up maybe 30 minutes after calling responded very quickly will definitely use James Armstrong plumbing again thank you guys
