James Armstrong Plumbing is a company with a heart. I explained my situation during these tough times and they understood.
I had a hot water heater break flood my kitchen and into my living room late Saturday afternoon. I called and James helped me to remain calm.. I cut off the water and the breaker to the water heater. I tell you I was freaking out and James got me through it..I called other plumbers and got voice mail or robotic instructions; James answered his Phone ..
we scheduled an appointment and he was on time. His home office is very friendly and communication was spot on.James explained everything to me and answered all my questions.
When James Armstrong plumbing came to replace the hot water heater he explained the process showed me what was needed in the repair and the job was done ..

We had a bad water leak under our house. Had the entire crawl space full of water. We called James and he arrived in lightening speed and got our leak under our house repaired quickly. Thank you James your our plumber for life!

She was kind and so sweet when I was frantic about a leak in my home. James was there for me 3 separate issues. He explained the issues and my options. I had James come over to unclog a kitchen sink by running a snake through the pipes. They fit me in at the end of the day, and it was even after dark before he finished, with a smile on his face. I’m very pleased with his work. I also had him send a camera up that line and inspect under the house and he recommended a solution to the recurring problem. James came to our house at 1am to help us with a water heater that burst in the middle of the night. He arrived within an hour of us calling. He saved our house from flooding and got out water heater replaced that night. He said he actually keeps water heaters at his shop just for moments like this. Wow! Outstanding service.

The office called about 30 minutes prior to arriving as she stated they would. Mr Armstrong was quick to diagnose the problem, get parts and return to get started on replacing the water heater. After it was replaced Mr Armstrong took the time to explain what he had done, what was replaced and actually pointed out what he was explaining. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. James is honest and honors warranties. Very dependable. We had a leak, he had to cut a hole in our floor to get to it and stuck with it until the leak was found and fixed. We were looking for someone trustworthy and found our guy in James.

Very impressed with the responsiveness and work done. Had a pipe on the back patio burst in a freeze. Reached out to James Armstrong Plumbing at 6am and by 10 am. By 1 pm the pipe was repaired, faucet replaced and brick reset. James and Clifford were very professional and kept me in the loop with what they did through the project. I will use them again for plumbing needs.

I can't recommend these guys enough! I had an absolute emergency with my water heater and was worried about finding someone for a water heater replacement in Mesquite near Town East Mall on such short notice.
They managed to get a crew out and finish the same-day installation before I even finished my work day. What really wowed me wasn't just the speed, but the respect they had for my house. They laid down professional drop clothes over all my flooring and used protective mats for all their tools. So nothing touched my tiles or carpet. They actually left the workspace cleaner than they found it!
