Bobby from Fixxer Company was an excellent, professional, hard worker and he was not late to be at our appointment. He worked in the rain to work on our water line leak. My husband and I both appreciate what he did and grateful that he was able to correct the issue. We think he deserves a raise! We were happy that your company Fixxer was available to us and we will request y’all in the future. Sharon kept us informed on when Bobby would be coming and answered all my questions and she was very nice and helpful! We also let Service Line Warranties know how pleased we were with Bobby, Sharon and Fixxer Company. God Bless You’re Business! Howard & Danva

We had a leak in our sink. Jason came very fast to help us solve the problem. He told us how we could save money and the best steps to take. Jason and Eric fixed the connections under our sink with ease, and they even did a follow up visit that was needed. We are glad we found this company and plan on using them again. Great people with awesome personalities.

Jason and team did a great job, couldn't have asked for better service. Jason repaired my bathroom water line that was inside a wall in less than hour. He is a good deal.

I should have read the reviews sorted by lowest ratings before I even called Fixxer Company, but I didn't. I hope others do.

I called because I have a tenant who was having a plumbing blockage and water was not draining. I was careful to inform them that I was aware of a more serious problem with the plumbing and was evaluating my choices for a permanent fix, but had to have someone out to fix the overflowing issue, just temporarily for my tenant while I got approvals for the permanent repairs.

I was told it would be a $69 fee to go out, plus whatever fee the plumber added depending on what he deemed necessary. Mr Bobbie(or Bobby?) (the plumber that went out) quoted me $269 to run the line, which is outrageous since I had had the same service (at other properties) done for about $125 including the visit; but he was there, and my tenant's toilet was overflowing, so I agreed.

Plumber called 5 minutes later and said it was done and that he had extended the courtesy of running the camera to identify the main issue and provide me with an estimate to get it repaired... he quoted me $26,800, after "working some magic" and lowering it from closer to $40,000. He sent me an invoice and that was that.

I called the tenant that night (after she got off work) to confirm that the issue was solved and she said that it was not, toilet and sinks were still overflowing. She said her mother (who was there when plumber was onsite) informed the plumber, but he still took off.

I called the company the next day to inform them and ask that they send Mr Bobbie back to get the problem taken care of so I could pay the invoice. They said they would inform him and get back to me. Nothing more from them that day. I called another company and they went out and fixed the issue... cost me $100 even.

The day after, Mr Bobbie and the Company called over and over while I was in my morning work meetings. When I became free, I call them back and explained that I was happy to pay the $69 service visit, but not the $269 invoice for a service that was NOT done. I got a call from the owner, Mr Jason, who was ready to call the police, file a report, and put a lien on my property... intimidation tactics that as a veteran landlord I am familiar with. I tried to explain to him the situation, but he claimed that he has pictures confirming the issue was solved (because they don't have pictures of tons of pipes from many houses?). Throughout the conversation, he said many things including:

    - "Landlords tend to do this kind of thing, where they don't want to pay for services"

    - "My plumber offered the courtesy of a free camera service [which I didn't ask for] and now you are trying to steal food off our table"

    - "What I think is that you guys are making up excuses not to pay"

    - "We don't get paid for end results, we get paid to put a line down the pipe" -- I asked that if he hired me to paint his house and I threw some paint on the wall, would he consider my job done, after all by his logic, I get paid to put paint on the wall not make it look good or finished. He just said it wasn't the same... not sure how it isn't though.

After a long conversation and seeing how he really didn't care about the poor (or non-existent) quality of his company's work or the unethical behavior of his employees, I agreed to pay the invoice IF he and his plumber would agree to show up at the property the following week when the other Plumbing company (US Plumbing) would be there to replumb the entire house. I invited him for 2 reasons, (1) since the plumber who fixed the mess would be there and could challenge Mr.s Bobbie's allegation that it was fixed and (2) so Mr Jason could see that my intention was not to "steal $200" from anyone; as a responsible landlord, I will be spending $20K to replumb the entire house to ensure that my tenant is as comfortable as she deserves to be; not just a courtesy, but a responsibility that he and his Company fail to offer their clients.

They've been paid so I don't expect either to show up next week, but I'll certainly be there.

My parents were having problems with the plumbing in the kitchen. We thought it was something simple. Fixxer Company went and did a thorough investigation and found out the pipe was cracked somewhere under neath the house. They did a tunnel under the house and replaced the pipe. They were professional, careful and understanding. It’s been more that 5 years and no problems at all. My parents were happy with the work and I loved them. The owner of the company and his wife very nice people. I highly recommend them!
Recently we used Fixxer plumbing company services again, and just like last time it was a pleasant experience, he found out what the problem was and explained it to us and we were able to get it fixed quickly!!

I used Fixxer Company recently for a hydrostatic test and plumbing leak. Jason was on time, professional and transparent about the work that needed to be done. He took photos and videos of the required repairs under the house before and after completion. I really appreciated that since a prior plumber didn't do that. I was clear on the issues and the necessary repairs. I definitely would use them again.

Eric & Jason could not have been more professional. They reviewed the issues and gave me estimates for the two jobs. It was obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing. They explained everything that needed to be done in language that I could understand, along with some great tips. I was very pleased with the cost to get the work done. Once they finished, they had me to look at the work and they did a great job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them to my family & friends.

Had a old gas valve removed from master bath, there used to have an wall heater which was original to the house. I wanted the valve removed in order to update and remodel the bathroom to make it more modern, and i did not want a gas heater in the bathroom any longer. Work was great, no issues, no complaints.

The Fixxer Company Plumbing is probably good and reliable, but I decided not to use them because the plumber who came to give an estimate quoted several thousand dollars just to install. He said because I purchased a water heater in store he could only do the installation and I would have to have all the parts that might be needed as he wouldn't provide anything not already here. Then he was very unclear about having to build a wall to hang the unit(?) not explaining what he meant when I asked twice as there is already a wall in the water heater closet. I get it, the fact that I purchased my own water heater was not good for his profit and he really didn't want to do the job by saying nothing would be guaranteed except his labor. I'll install my own unit and save the several thousand dollars!

They came out to find the course of a leak. They were very professional, polite, extremely nice, and you could see that they cared about the work that was done. I would defiantly recommend them 100 times over! They were amazing! Also, Jason Lance was the best! I will continue to use home on all of my project. He was absolutely amazing!!!

Jason was awesome. Selling my mom’s home and inspection revealed roots in line. Jason used a camera to inspect the line and then cut and flushed them out. Reinspected and performed again. Both lines look good. Will definitely use for future plumbing needs.

Update, I just had 'another' major issue, and Jason took good care of me and my family.
Years past: We had a major disaster at my house, family of 5 in Plano. Jason worked with us and the insurance company and really helped us understand the process, as it was a big job and affected our kitchen quite a bit. His attention to detail and professionalism really let me feel comfortable with the process and the payment. I highly recommend him and his work. All of his crew were polite and top notch. Good job and THANKS

We've been calling Fixxer for our plumbing issues for many years and have never been disappointed with the service response time or the repairs! I won't hesitate to call them again. Thank you guys!!

Edit: Job completed! I am so thankful I called Fixxer!! These guys worked relentlessly in awful weather to fix our problem! Don't hesitate if you need a plumbers, they are the best!!

This company is the best. The staff is honest and keeps you updated on everything they are doing. Another company said that I had a broken sewer pipe, quickly showed me a snapshot of the pipe, and informed me that it would cost several thousands of dollars to fix. Jason stopped by, ran the scope in the pipes, and explained everything in real time. I was able to see the scope moving through the pipes and did not see a broken sewer line. He saved me an unwarranted repair. His philosophy is to do what's best for the customer the first time around. I'm a customer for life.

Excellent work. Fixxer Plumbing is focused on solving your problems not “upselling” you on additional services. They showed up on short notice and quickly determined the cause of our problems (a clog in our main sewer line). They were courteous, professional and kept me updated on what was going on. They were even extra mindful of the door when I mentioned my cat might escape. They were also more reasonable on price than the old plumbing company I will no longer be using.
If you haven’t tried them and are used to calling one of the larger companies I recommend you switch over. Jason is far better to deal with salespeople who act like plumbers at other places. I will only be using Fixxer from now on.
