Plumbing reviews in Mesquite, Texas

Absolutely amazing service! They pulled off a same-day miracle and finished everything in record time. I couldn't be happier with their efficiency!
-
Jason was quite professional, very helpful, provided tips for future preservations. I referred Fixxer Company to my brother-in-Law in Rockwall, TX. He & his wife were very pleased with the results.
-
Dispatch was very nice & personable. They got techs out to my house the next day. They still have to come back to detect where the leak is coming from, but both techs were very nice and knowledgeable.
-
First off they did come on time but two guys came and didn’t introduce themselves at all. We had them come out for a second opinion and they were charging way more than the first company. They were not friendly at all and I hate to pull the race card but I think they were not expecting to see a black family and one of the guys said “they have a pool too” 😒 Well we got the second opinion but we will be using someone else because if you can’t introduce yourself I can’t trust you.

Prices are not competitive at all. Can not say anything bad about the guys being in the home or not doing what they said, just feel like was taken advantage of. When I called a couple of companies this morning was told both times that I over paid by a couple of hundred dollars. Just left a bad taste in my mouth!!

Called multiple companies due to our house being flooded during the storm and this one was the first one to come. Initially on the phone they never mentioned a $200 fee however when the guys came they said it would’ve been $200 fee to detect the leak at that point I was desperate and hoped they would’ve found the leak. After many questions, theories; they came to the conclusion that the water got in through an opening in the attic.
That was the quickest and easiest $200 I’ve ever wasted because they didn’t find any leak yet I still had to pay. Be aware of this company.
Also I had a toilet leak where the toilet is running without being flush and I mentioned that to them which they looked but told me they couldn’t fix it and there was nothing wrong with it again I trusted them and they left it on; toilet has been running since they left.
You guys were paid to find a leak not theories. -
They came out to unclog my main line after I suffered from a minor plumbing apocalypse. They were very focused on their work, transparent in their communication, and showed great skill and knowledge in their field. While I'm about to have to have a pipe in my backyard replaced, I believe I can trust that they are only doing what is necessary and are considering both the importance of getting the work done and my financial ability to have it done.

Jason was great. Very informative on what needed to be done. Let me know the cost, so no hidden fees. I will definitely call him for future needs.

I was able to get same day appointment. He came early, went right to work. He was kind, courteous, and polite. I feel I was dealt with fairly. I will look forward to doing further business with them

They quoted my $15,000 repair saying it would likely be more. I was eventually able to fix it for ~$500. I wish they would have tried harder to evaluate what was wrong before they came to that conclusion. I was pretty stressed out for a long time trying to figure this out...
Edit (reply): I understood fine what you wanted to do and my point is that I got someone to deal with it in a clever way that fixed the problem for 500$ instead of tunneling a huge distance under my house at 400$ a foot. Also, if your customer doesn't understand something, you should probably make sure to explain it... -

Great customer service ✅
Honest pricing ✅
After getting an outrageous quote from another company I gave Fixxer a call. They analyzed the problem gave me quotes and got to work. I will be using Fixxer in the future for other properties as well. -
We called Fixxer to find a leak at my parents house after the freeze in Dallas. They came out the same day we called which was very convenient knowing it was a day busy for all plumbers. Both guys seemed very knowledgeable and were able to fix our leak. The reason I can’t give them five stars is because they are much more expensive than any plumber I’ve used. They charged us $200 for coming out, $200 to find the leak, and $350 to cut and cap the leak. All together they were at the house for about one hour and charged $750.

I have never written a negative review because I understand how hard it is to run a successful business; but when a company chooses not to respect its customers and does not provide service in a professional manner, then I am obligated to warn others. This ordeal started over a month ago, it took awhile for Fixxer Plumbing to get started on the repairs of my sewage line. I thought it was all due to logistics but by the way the problem has been handled, it is obvious promptness is not a standard they follow. It’s been way over a month since this ordeal started and attached is the current condition of my lawn; mind you, I have been wetting the heap of sand daily, hoping it will settle in but this is what I have 2weeks after completion.
After the replacement of the line was done, the company told me that the sewage line would be shut off for about an hour for inspection; after almost 8hrs (7hrs after the job was inspected by the city) I still had not seen nor heard from the technician. I had to keep driving my elderly parents to McDonalds to use the restroom. I understand these things can be unpredictable but to be professional is to communicate with your customers. To make it worse, when I called to ask how much longer it would take the lady that answered the phone gave me a nasty attitude.
My breaking point was when I called last week to ask Cheryl when the job would be completed; her response was that they were done. The posted picture is the state of the “so-called” completed job….. with pipes sitting at the side of my house. My question is, why did she tell the insurance company the job was completed and she had pictures to prove it, then tell me she would send someone over later to inspect it? Mind you the insurance agreement states that Fixxer Plumbing will cover the landscape damaged in the process of repair. I hate that I have to type this complaint on a public forum, when the company could have handled it privately. After all my complaints she said will send someone over on Monday (which is 5days later) to inspect it. Tomorrow is Monday, we will see how this is handled. -
Jason did an excellent job of fixing the leak and unclogging the drain on the kitchen sink. He is very thorough and focused on his task. He is punctual and very professional. I will definitely save his number in the future.

i called FIXXER COMPANY very late in the day, hoping for help.
along came Jason and Eric. I had so many symptoms, in so many directions! The men were very patient, with me, as I exhausted myself, explaining everything, I thought to be relavant.
They listened, looked, then diagnosed. They spent a good amount of time, explaining their diagnosis. There is something to be said for folks that can take an intangible situation and explain it... slow enough, with simple detail..... that it becomes tangible and worth the expense, to do plumbing repairs! I, completely appreciated doing business with the FIXXER PLUMBING COMPANY. -
Called Fixxer Company for a plumbing issue and Jason the technician diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely and a friendly manner. Very respectful and knowledgeable person and now my water runs MUCH better than it has ever ran! We will request Jason for all of our plumbing needs in the future - Hands down!
-
Jason from Fixxer Company came out and did a great job at my house, he went further and beyond even when the issue turned out to be worse than we expected and he didn’t give up or do less because it was tough! He is a great person and easy to deal with. Keep up the good work brother 👍🏼👏🏼

I had them out to inspect the drain on a home I was considering purchasing. They showed up on time, followed my lead on wearing a mask, walked me through the options for the assessment they were doing and then promptly started the work. They showed me the screen and walked me through what I was seeing on the camera, then gave me their professional opinion. I got my video on YouTube the same day! Great guys, easy to use service, would recommend.

Used Fixxer Co. twice now. Jason came both times and both times he was punctual and courteous. The job got done right and I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs.
Update: we recently also had a leak with our hose faucet that I made worse by trying to repair myself. Jason came the same day I made the call so that we weren't without water very long. -
Technician was on time and initial estimate was very reasonable.
After finding the main problem with a burst copper line and repairing it he found 4 more leaks in and around other pipes in the garage walls, after repairs to the pipes and raising the water heater to meet the city codes he found both heating elements were bad in the water heater, another tech brought new parts to get the system up and running correctly. Great job very Profesional, he would not stop until he verified everything was done right. It was not a cheap fix but I feel it could have been a lot higher.
He explained everything he was doing and why. I have plumbing experience and he worked almost the entire day to resolve the issues before he was able to pack up and leave and he did not do any work without making sure we were informed about cost and why it was needed.
Great job. -
i called fixxer plumbing because I had high water pressure in my home and needed it to be reduced. When they came for my estimate they gave me an in depth diagnosis as to why the water pressure was high and what needed to be done and WHY. You can’t go wrong with people that can explain, in detail, why they’re doing the work they’re gonna do! Price was fair and time was punctual. Will definitely use them again!
