Don Richey was very professional and used Covid protections. He installed a cut-off valve for a refrigerator water line. While he was there working, the bathroom plumbing had in issue and he identified the problem and fixed it also. Very helpful!

Had some roots in my main that needed cleaning. Super Mario was awesome. Very polite and didn't beat around the bush or make impossible promises like some other services. Charged a fair market price and did an above market quality job. Will definitely call this company back next time I need plumbing work done, and will ask for Mario specifically if I can.

Ricardo was absolutely AWESOME! He provided us, and our tenant some “Not to do’s” to prevent the drain lines from plugging up. Very informative and quality focused. If I could give him more stars I would, but all I can mark down is 5, BUT HE’S A 10 IN OUR BOOK!!!!!!!!

How do you give 10 stars? Cannot be more encouraged by the Roto team that came out today especially Steve . Communication is fantastic, they gave me a Layman’s class through household plumbing, and was able to get the job fixed ASAP. Cannot be more thankful.

We had three employees at our house, Mike, Charles, and Cameron. All three were very approachable and knowledgeable. They answered our questions—several times and provided us with all the information to make an informed decision. These gentlemen truly worked as a team leading us to be confident in the work to be done.
