We called after 8 PM the evening before Thanksgiving because our kitchen drain was clogged. Prompt response (arrived within an hour!) and quick resolution to the problem. Would highly recommend!

They came out on a Saturday afternoon and was super kind and helpful and happy to help. I had a clog in the pipes he got it all working again smoothly and then checked all the water sources to make sure they all drained

I called Roto-Rooter explained my issue with my toilet. Debra stated there was a technician in the area. Within 20 minutes Jonathan showed up at my door. Jonathan was prompt, professional and polite. He reviewed the issue explained to me what the issue was, what may have caused the issue and gave me several professional options to resolve the issue. Jonathan also provided me with helpful information to preserve my repairs and also what signs to look for to prevent future costly repairs. I want to say "Thank you again Jonathan"!!

I will not use your service any longer. The bill was 934.00 which was should have been 500.00. That's what the technician quote me. 500.00 he went to home depot and purchase a 100.00 pump to replace the old one. I look it up and saw the price at 99.95 on home depot website. He charge me 400.00 for labor which it didn't take long to put in. I will never use your service again. 934.00 was a overcharged.

Juan Zamora with Roto-Rooter was prompt, professional and very personable. He had to work hard to clear the clog in our main and he got it done. I would most definitely have him back in my home to resolve drain issues.

Polite and courteous employee took care of my plumbing issues. He explained what he found and how he would repair the issues.
UPDATED 12/30/25: Well the drain that was cleared and warranty given backed up worse than before. When I called the technician he said he didn’t warranty it because it wasn’t backed up before. Although he had no problem charging a few hundred dollars for the work of clearing it on 12/5/25.
I really don’t recommend using this company. Find a local company or independent plumber.

Juan and Maison arrived when they said they would and were very professional and provided me with all available options and then after wards took care of the problem in under 30 min. Great teamwork, great rates. I’ll be calling again.

Cole came out and used the camera to see where the issue was in my pipes. He then gave me options on how to fix the problem. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. Once I made the decision on what I wanted to be done a crew was out the next day to start the repairs. The crew was very nice and showed me the before and after of their work. The problem has been resolved and with the warranty I have if any further problems arise I know who to call. Easy to work with.

I had an emergency plumbing situation late on a Saturday night and Juan & Mason were both EXCELLENT! They were incredibly understanding and professional throughout the 2 hour repair process. I would highly recommended them for any and all plumbing needs!

Juan showed up right on time and was able to assess the problem very quickly. He walked us through the entire process keeping us informed of what was needed to be done. He also told us about an enzyme treatment that would help keep the pipes clean. We are always very happy with the service provided!

Roto-Rooter sent out a very competent plumber to help out when we had 14 people at the house for a few days. He came out very late in the evening and identified the problem quickly and solved our issue with roots in our sewer pipe. We were able to finished our holiday gathering without a hitch. He had a great attitude, even in the middle of the night. Great service.

Zander and Ricky did an amazing job helping us. They were incredibly helpful with informing us with what we are dealing with and did not upsell us for unnecessary products. Very friendly and good service.

We had a main line clog late at night, and Roto-Rooter came out at 10pm and resolved it quickly. Juan and Maison were excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They clearly explained what they thought the issue was and recommended a plan of action moving forward. Pricing was more than fair, especially for night and weekend service. We truly appreciated the transparency and great service. Highly recommend!
