I had a leaky outside faucet and called Baker Bros for help. Alex Acosta arrived in less than 2 hours. He explained the options and what he recommended. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He proceeded to repair the faucet quickly. He also pointed out an area of concern that might need to be addressed in the future. Initial technician that came out for initial evaluation was very nice and helpful. However, the person who came out to do the actual job left without notifying us that our drain was damaged in the process of him declogging our tub. He also left a mess which was easily cleaned. But would’ve been nice to know I needed to get the drain of the tub replaced prior to him leaving. Called and spoke to company after realizing it and no offer was made for reimbursement or discount. Only thing that was offered was for additional technician to come out at a later date for another evaluation under warranty. Very disappointed with the service provided.

Baker Brothers is a very reliable company, and their technicians do excellent work. Six months ago, we needed to replace our tankless water heater, and Baker Brothers responded promptly and completed the installation quickly. While the cost was high, the work was done well.

Later that same week, an inspector informed me that additional updates were required, including drainage adjustments and a new electrical outlet. I contacted Baker Brothers again, and they resolved all the issues efficiently and professionally. Once again, the quality of the work was excellent, but the cost was quite high. The piping alone cost $1,100, and the new electrical outlet was $476. I wish the pricing were more affordable.

I love my relation ship with Baler Brothers. The price was good. One of the best decisions I have ever made is the Family plan. It has saved me so much money. My service man was wonderful, clean, smart, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions. I suggest to all my friends to talk to Baker Brothers.

For starters the technician came 2 hours early. I have never had a plumber come early and I’m 79!
He was neat and clean and spoke like an engineer! He confidently took care of my problems checking the main line first. His name is Ashton Rainwater. Highly recommend!!

Baker brothers answered the phone quickly after hours and Hazel was absolutely wonderful. They were able to get someone out here the very next day. Richard was great, too. He did the repairs and charged me a very fair price. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend!

Baker Bros did a fantastic job removing, sanitizing and replacing insulation in our attic. Renee and his crew were timely, courteous and very professional in their work.

Baker Brothers was great! They came in and helped us repair and service some much needed plumbing and AC tune up needs. Alberto and Kelvin were very professional and respectful. Alberto found some issues with the AC and explained everything easily for us to understand and the repair price was very fair. Kelvin was also amazing on the kitchen sink, garbage disposal and toilet repairs/replacements. We are so happy with our new porcelain thrones and the garbage disposal works great! We even purchased the family plan which is a great buy as it pays for itself for major repairs and replacements like we had. Thank you Baker Brothers! 😊

Caleb and his assistant arrived just after 12:30 pm, removed and replaced, 2, upstairs, gas water heaters and were on their way just before 3 pm. Prior to work, they put down tarps to protect the floors and cleaned up well after completing the job. When I commented on how quickly and efficiently they competed their work, Caleb informed me they have multiple water heater teams who only install water heaters. While some companies may prefer the Jack of All Trades approach, in this case, the Master of ONE seems to be working out fine for Baker Brothers and their clients.

No venden si no tienes cuenta o una licencia de contratista, yo solo ocupaba una punta para el taladro una llave de servicio y una brocha , de principio un tipo me dijo que me podia vender esas herramientas básicas , después se acerco alguien mas y me dijo que no me venderían si no era un negocio o un contratista solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo , desde que entre ala tienda fue mi primer pregunta hacia el joven enfrente del escritorio.
