I been buying here since they opened up. I'm very happy they are near my home. The HVAC team is so professional every time I come inside.

Earlier today I purchased a diaphragm gauge. It didn't work when I hooked it up, and I was expecting them to give me some grief when I had to take it back. On the contrary, they just took it back got another one. I was impressed and very happy. They are quickly becoming my favorite supply house.

In attempting to do what I thought was a small plumbing DIY for my Mom, I found myself over my head, so I sought a professional opinion and was advised at Home Depot to go to Locke Supply Co for the proper part needed. It was there that I was assisted by Ben, who was Absolutely AMAZING!!! He was Personable and Knowledgeable! I explained my dilemma in the best of my layman's terms abilities and he realized what I was trying to request. They had the piece that I needed in stock at their Plano location, so he called another employee who brought it over to the Mesquite location for me and he even helped me fit it onto the section I brought in! I am sooo very Grateful for the Awesome customer service I received. I HIGHLY Recommend Locke Supply Co to anyone in need of a reasonably priced plumbing supplier with Outstanding customer service.

I had a Nat Gas pipe leak outside my home at end of day and called Bakers Brothers since they do my electrical service and they said they would have a tech out same night! Cory Slayton and his apprentice worked with head lamps at night to repair and provide me with an extremely fair rate and repair with excellent communication. He went above and beyond to make the repair as cost effective as possible. The next morning he was back out with the City to make sure we got reconnected. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to the review. They have won my plumbing business moving forward. Excellent Customer Service!

Baker Brothers sent a tech to our home as soon as we called. Our heat was out and it was 30° outside with the promise of a colder night. The Tech was efficient and polite he had us up and running very quickly. So thankful for his service.

Technician Julio did an outstand job. He deserves a raise.
Employees as good as he is are almost impossible to find these days. Polite. Considerate. Patient. Clear explanations. Careful
to avoid a mess. Great cleanup. Outstanding every step of the way.

We've used Baker Brothers many times. Their booking, communication, and reminders have been so helpful. We loved our technician Mark Fuentes. An absolute family man and dedicated to serving others. Be sure to ask for the enzyme drain liquid!

The pricing seemed a bit extreme. I called for service on my water heater, they person on the phone told me it was a $59 service fee, the technician showed up to the property then called me stating he needed to do a diagnostic since none of the breakers were tripped in the garage breaker panel, I informed him the breaker for the water was in the exterior breaker panel, before he went to check, he told me I had to pay $380 for a diagnostic at this point I'm a bit confused about the pricing but I assume this would cover the cost of the repair since he did not even actually check the breaker yet, I get another call from the technician saying it going to cost me an additional $400 for him to replace the element in the water heater. I asked how much was the part he said $20. At this point they had already had me pay $380 for a diagnostic, $59 for the service call and additional $400 to actually fix the water heater. I just feel a bit token advantage of, moving forward i will definitely use another service provider.

Top-Drawer service. Tyler took if upon himself to assist with a non-Baker Bros unit simply out of great customer service. Baker Bros will not be the cheapest but they will be the best. Like all things in life you get what you pay for and if you are looking for high quality systems and exceptional service then look no further.

I couldn’t be happier with my new hot water heater and the installation experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure I understood all my options before beginning the work.

The installation itself was quick and tidy — they removed the old unit, installed the new one seamlessly, and cleaned up everything afterward. It was obvious they take pride in doing the job right. Within a couple of hours, I had hot water running perfectly throughout my home.

Stopped up sewer line, on Saturday morning. I looked on line for the top 5 plumbers in Mesquite area. Picked Baker Brothers Plumbing, because they were open on Saturday morning. I called and they responded very quickly. The rep at the company texted me a picture of the Tech and how he would contact me soon.The Tech called soon after and said he was on his way and gave an accurate ETA. The Tech arrived on time and introduced himself, in the company uniform, put on his shoe covers came in and I showed him the problem. He quickly went to work. We had to find the laterals, and ran a camera and snake down the line to locate and remove stoppages.The Tech was very through, explained what he was doing and why. He recommended some solutions that might solve my old sewer line issue. I said that I have to think about them. He arrived about 1030am and was done by 1230 pm, about 2 hours.

The whole house was backed up. Same day service. The Technician arrived on time when expected, knew exactly what to do and was quick with the fix. This was a very inexpensive repair, I paid a lot less than what I feared it would cost.. I am very pleased with the service, Technician and price.

If I could give more stars I definitely would!! This company embodies genuine customer service which is rare to find these days. EVERY person I spoke to on the phone & interacted with in person was professional, pleasant & understanding/caring and that meant a lot bc I was dealing with an emergency plumbing situation that was very distressing. I was offered discounts that were much-needed bc I am currently on medical leave from work due to a life-threatening health crisis I recently experienced & this company not only listened but actually heard me & responded with compassion even the big strong guys that showed up at my door displayed compassion regarding my situation. The plumbing problem was challenging to say the least but they REFUSED to give up in finding a solution which they eventually did after involving 2 crews & about 4 hours of work...very impressive indeed. I had never used them before so was quite nervous about what to expect but they truly surprised me in a good way & allayed my fears & exceeded my expectations!! I have respect for this type of work ethic & will w/o a doubt be a return customer if the need arises. THANK YOU BAKER BROTHERS!!!!!!

This was my first experience with Baker Brothers but it will not be the last! My technician, Caleb, was prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained everything step-by-step. He tried to implement the least expensive option. When a second part of the water heater plumbing started leaking, he was able to fix that as well for a nominal charge. I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received from Baker Brothers!
