I was so impressed with Nicholas. He came with his trainee, Kenneth, and both were incredibly professional. They assessed the situation pretty quickly and laid out my options. Of course Nicholas wanted to make sure that I was doing the most economical option first. They were able to pull through with the most economical option, and I didn’t have to pay out the nose for anything. I’m very thankful, especially to because they came out in the evening on a holiday. Very highly recommend them for any service!

Juan did a great job! My problem was fixed and all my questions were answered.

Wonderful service. The service person that came out was fantastic . He walked me through all the repairs. I called on the coldest day with a water leak, had an appointment within 2 hours. I would recommend 100% just on the plumber that came out.

I called 3 plumbing companies to fix an issue with an indoor sump pump. One plumber never called back, one texted me back the following day and Roto-Rooter fixed it within 3 hours of taking my call. They came in about $500 under the initial quote and were very professional and Vince A., service technician, was great. 5 ⭐️!!
