I had another great experience with Baker Brothers today. I needed a plumbing fixture installed. Tori answered my call and questions with professional finess. She was able to schedule a technician in record time. Within minutes I received a message from the company's scheduling system and tracking tool. Next enter Dustin. Dustin provided options and pricing within minutes of arrival. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. It is very refreshing to receive top notch service at a fair price these days. We called Baker Brothers & they were able to come out day of on Saturday to check out a leak - so that is a positive and reason for 2 stars. But positives stop there. They quoted 12K for a slab leak repair not to mention a $400 charge for leak test when it was raining (even acknowledging they would have to do another one before starting the work bc they couldn’t hear well over the rain.) Reroute wasn’t even mentioned or looked at. It just seemed like lazy work to try to get the most money - not what was best for us long term. Their price per ft for tunneling is also double the highest market prices. Just wish they would’ve been more helpful and resourceful. Pricing being that high compared to other quotes we received with the laziest on site work. All other plumbers we talked to put in way more effort to try to find solution at closer to 1/3 of the cost. Now I’m sure Baker Brothers would get the job done well, I don’t doubt that, but they didn’t earn our business based on this interaction.

I am very impressed and very pleased. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers and Electrician Wolfgang. When I called to get information the person the on the phone was knowledgeable and quite helpful. I needed an electrician the same day which is often hard to do. They said they could get someone out the same day before I even asked. I appreciated the texts that I recieved. The first text confirmed that I was scheduled, the next text asked if I was available for the technician to arrive in the next 30-45 mins it included the phone number to call if I have questions, and the last text sent me a photo of my electrician and told me a little bit about him. I was also able to respond to the texts which I appreciated. I felt very informed and prepared. Wolfgang arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable. He talked through everything with me, making everything very clear. He never tried to upsell me just inform me. I appreciate someone that is great at their craft and able to convey which things are urgent without it being a sales pitch. I have had good electricians before but Wolfgang is the best! Hats off to Baker Brother’s for having amazing customer service, for running business so smoothly, and for hiring outstanding technicians like Wolfgang. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers to anyone!

Problem: Toilets not flushing, bubbling & water comping up out of the shower drains. From booking the technician, to the communication, to the actual services — EVERYTHING was so prompt, professional and top customer service! Reached out at 11:00 pm on a Monday night and by 12:00 pm the next day, we had an answer & solution to our problem. It’s evident that Baker Brothers has its customers best interest at the forefront of every aspect of their company decisions. We have officially become life long customers of Baker Brothers! I had an urgent plumbing issue and was without water. Baker Brothers was able to send out a plumber within an hour and a half. Not only that, but they sent me a photo of Julio, his details and experience, and a tracker that let me know exactly when he would arrive. That made me feel safe knowing exactly who to expect and when.
Julio was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and gave me an exact price before starting the work, which I really appreciate. He kept me updated at every step of the process, showing and explaining to me what he was doing, and giving me options for my convenience. He did a fantastic job, he was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and incredibly professional— and you wouldn’t even know he had to dig up a big hole in my yard— he left it looking great. Without a doubt, I’ll definitely be calling these guys next time I need some help. Thank you so much!

Armando was amazing and so helpful and so informative. He was so talented and knows his job so well. He was able to help me unclog a bathroom that no one could unclog. I was very impressed. So easy to work with and great experience. Can’t begin to say how helpful he was and how quickly he responded to help us. His advise and help was incredible. So grateful he was able to help us out. Alfredo was very professional, provided a same day estimate and did a great plumbing job. Bret also did a great job on the electrical.

Baker Brothers came and replaced my old water heater at a very fair price the day after I placed a call to them. The Plumbers that came to replace my water heater were courteous and professional, and got the job done very quickly, less than an hour and a half. I was very pleased with how easy everything went. Replaced a 40gal gas water heater. Baker Brothers was quick to reply with estimate requested on their website with a callback from an assistant. Lauren applied no pressure of what or when to schedule and sent a written estimate by email. After a couple more estimates, Baker Bros was the most attractive with brand and all-inclusive parts and labor and very competitive pricing. Scheduling was fast and easy. Steven and Ayden were professional, friendly and efficient during the install and answered all questions. Explained what they would do prior to beginning work. They made sure they knew where all the water and gas lines were and where they went in the house. Cleanup and haul-away was excellent and they explained features, maintenance and emergency shutoff. New water heater works great!

We had 2 electrical outlets go out in our kitchen. One ran our coffee pot and the other was used when we were using the air fryer, rice cooker or mixer so we needed those back on line. I did my appointment scheduling on line and my electrician guy from Baker’s Brothers came the next day.
I had joined the family plan with Baker’s Brother’s a couple of years ago and saved some money today. One of the GFCI outlets that we don’t use regularly had to be replaced. The outlet was the line to the other two. Now I don’t understand all the wiring and maintenance but I am glad Dylan does and prevented a possible disaster behind the wall. Now we are back in business and safe.

Service was excellent, from my initial phone call to the appearance of the Technician. Service charge was reasonable and the total cost of the visit was a lot less than I had expected. The Technician made suggestions but didn't try to pressure me or use scare tactics. I will need additional plumbing and electrical services in the future. There's no doubt about it, Baker Brothers will be my company of choice.

I had a remarkable and unmatched service experience from Baker Brothers regarding a broken main waterline to our home. I noticed substantial water collecting in the entirety of our front flower bed and called for Plumbing service. I first called the service that I had used for 20 years in the past. I was told that it would be 4 days before they could address my problem. Then I called Baker Brothers, who I’ have also used in the past, I received a confirmation of my request for assistance within a few minutes and was told a service member would be at my home within an hour. The Baker Brothers serviceman, Angel Reyes, arrived as reported and undertook a very challenging job of finding the leak which could have been anywhere within the area as large as a giant swimming pool. Using techniques, he found the leak very quickly and began to repair the break in the main waterline to our home. Angel was highly skilled and worked for a few hours to locate the break, and then undertook repairing the break, which was almost 3 feet underground. As daylight started to end, he completed the repair, but then needed to wait an hour or more, due to the cold weather, for the repair to cure. Then he had to undertake checking the repair and then assisted in going throughout the entire house and opening faucets and checking toilets in every room. Skill, dedication and experience was readily apparent. His calm and experience were apparent at every move.
By the end of the evening, we had water restored.

Not only that, but they took time to explain my system to me, offered options for future care, but did not charge me anything other than what they quoted in my initial estimate! We recently had issues with out tankless water heater. Baker’s Brother sent out a master plumber to fix the problem. Turned out I needed a new water heater. He made all the arrangements to have a it installed the next morning. The installers did a very good job. They left the site clean after making sure it was working properly.

Baker Brothers staff was outstanding. Lauren did a great job answering all my questions and worked with me to set up the best solution for water heater replacement. Dawlton arrived on time and was professional, quick and provided pics of installation in addition to electric invoice. Love they are able to provide link for mobile payments. Highly recommended.

Fast next day service, knowledgeable service technician, did the evaluation and install the same day. Ready and willing to go to work, from the scheduler on the phone to the service technician on site. I had a water heater replaced and brought up to code. The price seemed incredibly fair as opposed to previous quotes from other plumbers. They put down floor protection and left the job clean and finished. I have no complaints, it was all good.

Appreciate the repair. I did not like the communication process. I also do not like how my yard was put back together.

The two technicians responded within one hour of my call. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. They kept me informed of their findings and presented me with options for our situation. Immediately called Baker Brothers and they were at my house within two hours. The issue was resolved and they noticed that the work they did the last time they were at my house could have been done a little better and brought it to my attention. They let me know they would be back out on Monday to make the additional plumbing repairs free of charge. I would’ve never noticed or known there was an issue and I’m thankful they pointed it out when they noticed it. It’s nice to see a company with integrity, they have my complete trust and I would recommend them to anyone who asks if they know of a good plumbing or HVAC company. I generally don’t leave reviews, but these guys impressed me and I feel it’s fair to let everyone know of what a good job they do. I also would like to give a shoutout the Plumber that was dispatched to our house and took care of us, his Name was Manuel G. And he was professional and courteous. Manuel made sure our issue was resolved, and the work that needs to be modified from a previous repair was taken care of. Top notch service!

I had previously interacted with several other HVAC providers and chose Baker Brothers for several reasons. They provided the brand I desired, the timeframe I requested, and a reasonable price. Could I have gotten it cheaper with another company? Define cheaper! To me- relationships matter. Daniel Perez came to my home to speak with me about their products/warranties etc and was not at all pushy. I let him know when I would have a decision, and he respected that, not bugging me after his estimate. Installation was flawless, and even after installation he let me know to contact him with any questions I had!
