Eddy did an amazing job. He’s a very hard worker and explained everything he was going to do. During our emergency, Eddie contacted the city and had them rush out to take care of our water situation and we are now back up and running thanks to his quick and dedicated service.

Eduardo was probably the best technician I have worked with. He provided needed information and was thorough. He took his time to make sure that i understood my options and overall a pleasant personality. I certainly hope he is always assigned to my Plumbing problems.

I don’t even want to give the one star. No show after no show after no show. When I call “oh they didn’t come! I thought they did”

It started with the water heater. They came because we weren’t getting hot water consistently. Changed parts for the heater and then the cartridge in the shower.

Still not getting hot water fast. But as they were testing and repairing, they damaged our kitchen ceiling. It’s been 3 months of back and forth. Even though they took responsibility for the damage, it’s like pulling teeth to get them to come do it. It takes 1 day to do this. It’s been 3 months.

When they’re here they’re great. Nice and informative. I hate the moment they say we gotta get a part because when they leave, it’s a month of phone tag and we thought the technician came before they come again. When they leave they just don’t come back. This work has been ongoing for 3 months!

They damaged our ceiling with water. A 1 day job to fix. The damage happened on the first day they were here. They’d been promising to fix it since then. Half of it done. I have family and party coming up and NO IDEA when they’ll come to finish this.

Kindness and being courteous is great. It’s just not everything if my time is not taken seriously. I have cancelled many things waiting for them after promising they would be coming. I am beyond frustrated at this point and can’t wait for this to be done so that we never have to deal with them again.

Eddie was great. He did a thorough job and unlike the last few contractors I've had here doing various work, he left it clean and made sure to pick up after the job was complete. He explained everything that was done and all the warranties that come with the water heater installation. Will call him for my next project I have in mind.

Expensive because not professional. They gave me very high quote. I used a different vendor for twice less

Excellent work and 100% honest. Not a minute wasted!!! Definitely will call Eddie back!! He was so thorough, took time to explain all the issues and what needed to be done to fix them and how much they would cost. Suggested couple options and patiently listened to all our concerns. Very knowledgeable and competent!!! Eddie is a rockstar!!

Randy is very unprofessional and rude! Sent me a 500 something dollar invoice after telling me that I did not have to pay for anything up front except $100 fee that was charged by insurance company. He stated he would come next day and discuss water damage and bring contract which I DID NOT sign and we did not discuss! He showed up that evening and had the audacity to get mad and threaten with a lawyer because I went with another company after sitting in the house with carpets wet and trying to get water out myself all day to prevent mildew!! Hilariously insane! Do not go with this company!! Rip off!! To make matters worse Randy’s ignorant, childish self refuse to answer calls or submit invoice to choice warranty to finish job he started! Guess he don’t care too much to get paid!! lol such a weak excuse for a man!!

Home warranty sent out. I told the guy i have my own drip pan and lines pretty new. Disregarded what I said . Uncharged by 675.00. Home warranty paying 605.00. So total of 1280.00 vs 750.00 my plumber. Absolutely not. You should have done for 605.00 as I already paid 100.00. Up charge rip off.

My second or third time to use this company. Really great customer service. Eddie was my guy this time. Super polite, professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It was quite late in the day, and I was impressed he did indeed come late on a Friday. All good.

He assessed the problem quickly and will handle comms with my warranty company. The job will be complete first thing Monday. It’s not an emergency, so I didn’t mind another day or two. He put a temporary fix on the leaky faucet so it wouldn’t drip. Thanks, Eddie! Does your boss know you work this hard? :-)

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the gentleman that came to fix my toilet today. I believe he's chasing dad. What a hell of a guy. Very professional, proficient and got the damn job done. This is why my husband and I only use you guys. Appreciate it and may God bless you

Despite being given a long appointment window, the technician arrived late. In addition, his attitude was unprofessional and did not reflect the level of courtesy or customer service expected.

Excellent job done by Eddy and August on replacing the water heater! They arrived on time, explained clearly what they were going to do, and worked efficiently. Always professional and smiling – made the whole experience smooth and pleasant.

They came super fast, were able to order and install new water heater in a day. Just before Christmas. Excellent communication.

This company is who to call for any and all your plumbing needs. They do quality work at a reasonable price. Through out the term of the project they keep you apprised of progress and any other problems they may find. Nathan, the crew chief, kept the crew on their toes without ever having to get on their case. Randy and the tunnel diggers worked tirelessly until project completion. You know what a pain it is having to dig in this Texas mud. My hat is off to these hard workers. All plumbing issues were solved first time around with no do overs. When completed they cleaned up the job site and power washed everything that got mud on it. Any poor reviews for this business are unwarranted. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
