As a house manager, I have used Riddell for big and small jobs. This week, they walked us through the maze of a gas leak. Atmos turning off your gas is not a walk in the park! Riddell made this a smooth and quick process! All of the men were very polite and took the time to answer my questions and explain all of the moving parts of this project!

They were quick, polite, and clean. They fixed the problem enough that we can use our bathroom while the correct parts get ordered. Couldn’t ask for more.

We only call Riddell - this time our water heater went out at bedtime, and they had a new one installed and going by 9:30 a.m. the following morning. Friendly, tidy, effiecient and effective!

I don’t have enough kind words to say. This company is incredibly fair priced and always earlier than expected. I highly recommend.

The plumbers were very kind and prompt. They even came early! We weren't able to get a scope in my sewer line despite numerous tries. They even snake part of a drain to try and get the camera in. I haven't received my quote yet, but their visit was very nice.

Service techs were nice but this was the third time they have come to fix this faucet problem. It is fixed now but the repairs don't seem to hold. Now saying that if it happens again I may need to get a new faucet. I paid for the first service call and then they charged me again today. It seems to me if there was a problem with the faucet they should have told me the first time they came out. Very disappointing.

Very nice. Been long time since used plumber so repair cost much higher than I thought. If you set aside the price issue the plumbers that came out were nice, clean, professional and couldn’t have asked for better.

Tidy Whites Laundromats wants to thank Riddell Plumbing for their quick service, attention to detail, and quality work. After multiple attempts with other plumbers, Riddell plumbing showed up on the job a couple of hours after calling at 6am and rebuilt our broken plumbing system that had zero water coming in. We were shut down for 2 days and Riddell plumbing swooped in and saved the day.

I personally have not given a review quite like this but believe everyone needs to know about Riddell Plumbing and how great they are. You guys are the best in DFW

The Riddell Plumbing team came out to my house within an hour of being called, worked through the leak issue I had logically, starting with simplest and least damaging fixes before opening walls in closet spaces to find and repair the leaky hammer valve and pipe. They were courteous and professional the entire time, and answered all my questions as I asked them. Would highly recommend for your emergency plumbing needs.

Really appreciate the service that was provided. Plumbers were knowledgeable and very helpful. They did a great job on toilet installation. They were also affordable. Would book with them again!

Floor drains backing up. Technician came out to snake the line and clear blockage. Charged $250, thats normal, got it. An hour after they left, drains backing up again. Called them back out to complete the job they were initially called to do, and got charged again full price for them to do the job that they did not complete the first time. They say there is "no warranty on stoppages" which is understandable except when the stoppage wasn't properly cleared and you had to come back out an hour later.

Prompt and extremely professional. The most knowledgeable plumber we’ve ever worked with. Very easy to work with. Very clean and tidy.
