Nathan and his team are the best! I called Thursday night because one of our AC wasn’t working in the main part of the house. He came Friday morning and diagnose the problem. It was the motor to our blower in the attic. On his own, he looked it up and saw that we were under warranty for another four months. I just got to Lenox to pick it up. They came as soon as possible and fixed it quickly. I should also mention that he came to my house, but I was out and he Waited in his car until I got home.

Love these guys! Hard working crew. They’ve come out to my house a few times for AC issues and, most recently, electrical issues. They have diagnosed my problems within 5 mins every time. One truly notable experience- we have an AC unit on its last leg upstairs. Nathan could have told us we needed to buy a new unit, and we would have been none the wiser. But instead he replaced our compressor- A HUGE difference in price. You won’t find more honest guys, and I doubt you can find better prices. Always reasonable, always honest.

We had a great experience with their service. They were able to diagnose a what seemed like a very tricky problem with our damper system. Problem was diagnosed and resolved within an hour and for a very fair price.

I also love that their internal policy is to prioritize customers with zero A/C over any other calls. This meant it took a few days for them to come out, but I did not mind as I know that they care about how best to serve the community.

These guys were great. They got me scheduled and serviced asap. Adam came out and didn't rest until he found the problem. These guys really knew their stuff and didn't inflate their quotes. We will call then back again, the last time was 7 years ago and the service is still great. They even installed a new WiFi thermostat for us while they were here. They were really accommodating.
