Used Lazarene once again (3 years ago, and this time the other unit). Replaced an old evaporator coil which was the actual problem. Instead of starting the day at 73 degrees and ending up at 77 by 2p.m., we were sitting at 72 degrees at 4:55p.m. about 5 hours after they left. Reliable every time! And my dogs apparently like them too.

Nathan and his team are very friendly and professional. They are very thorough and timely with their arrival. They NEVER disappoint. Yesterday our large unit was not turning on. I sent Nathan a text and his team was at the house within the hour. They assessed the issue and changed the capacitor. We had to have the unit in Auto fan for an hour then turn the unit on. The AC unit still did not kick on . I text Nathan and he was at the house to assess and fixed issue within 30 minutes.

Called Nathan Nazarene A/C because my A/C system was not keeping my house cool. This company obviously gave my service call a very high priority because they sent one of their technicians to address the problem to my A/C within 24 hours. The work was completed to my satisfaction and in a very timely and professional manner.

Prompt and friendly service. Nathan and his crew took the time to help get my AC up and running after it turned off in the middle of the night and I couldn't get it back up and running. They took the time to explain what maintenance I could do to minimize the problem and walked me through each of the steps they did to diagnose and fix the problem.
