Great company. Easy to work with. From quote to install 7 days (my schedule permitted). The crew came out and removed the old unit and installed the new one. Everything is working great! Will definitely use them again!

Found Excellence AC on Craigslist. After receiving bid, I did research on company to be positive. Proceeded to award them with my HVAC replacement. Jesus arrived on time to start job, and worked diligently till it was completed. I highly recommend. Thx Jesus.

Tom was absolutely AMAZING!!! He worked late to accommodate my work schedule, so I didn't miss work and have to pay him money. The price I was charged was extremely reasonable, especially since he worked so late. I definitely recommend Excellence A/C. I always price shop, and their pricing in combination with their customer service can not be matched. A real person answers the phone!

Excellence AC was referred to me by a neighbor on Next Door. After calling them, they were out within a half hour to troubleshoot our AC. Daniel was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained to us the problem and offered a few solutions. I’m happy to say our AC is back up and running. We definitely look forward to working with Daniel again. Tom provided an excellent service, he determined the problem quickly, ordered necessary parts and even checked with manufacture if the unit was still under warranty. Repairs were done very quickly. Thank you, Tom, we will be definitely calling to schedule maintenance ac service in the spring!

I am so pleased with this company. Tammy has been a pleasure working with She made it happen. She had Daniel, their serive tech set up in a hurry to take care of me. Daniel was on time and so thorough. He explained everything to me and gave me a sense of comfort. Their customer service is awesome. I have chosen to have them install a full unit (inside and out) which is a huge expense but, their pricing is very reasonable and I am looking forward to a great relationship with Excellence A/C and Heating.

Wow!!! Where do I even begin to tell you about Excellence, Tammy, Daniel and the whole team. We had suffered since March with our Air Conditioning going in and out. A different company came out and charged us $3400 just for the cooling coil and the AC kept going out after they replaced that. The previous company came out numerous times charging a service fee. Never getting it to work. They refused to give us an itemized list of what we paid for. No receipt.

I reached out to neighbors on Nextdoor and one lady referred me to Excellence. One call with Tammy. She listened to our problem and understood what we had been through. Daniel was out and discovered our outside unit was completely out. We got it replaced the next day and the house has never been this cool. My mom purchased this home as a new build in 2009. The ac works better now than it ever has. We love them so much that when we sell this home and move to our new place. I don’t care what contractors have to say. If they want the job of building our new home, they will either let Excellence install our new Ac and heat or lose the job. They are so good I would pay extra plus hotel fees just for Tammy’s crew to come anywhere and install, repair or replace my equipment.

Five years later and this company is still on my speed dial! Tom has been installing, servicing, and repairing my HVAC units for my home and business and we couldn't be happier. He's very easy to deal with, honest, fair and above all, does quality work

The staff that I interacted with were very nice and professional. Although I had to wait for parts to fix my AC, they kept in contact with me every day. The young man who came to replace a part on Monday stayed a while to make sure it was working properly, but an hour after he left, the AC stopped working again. Because of the heat in the attic, he had waited until evening to come, which was fine with me, but then it was too late for me to call him back. I left a message Tuesday morning to the company, and the same young man called and said he would be here that day to replace another part that he believed had failed. He came very, very late this time, but it was again because of the heat and maybe other service calls he was responding to. He kept in contact with me, though. I didn't care if he had come at 3AM. My family and I were melting. He stayed longer to make sure that the AC was working properly. Everything is now fixed and working.

It was my first time to use them for my AC issue, and I was impressed. It is hard to have broken AC in this weather. Tammy works wonders! She was very helpful in getting the job done as soon as possible and understanding my situation. Daniel did a great job assessing and explaining to me the issue. Tom and his team came even late in the evening just to get the job done! They are responsive, helpful, and courteous. I'm glad I found this company.

Truly just Excellence in A/C service needs, fast and easy to work with, great prices, got a whole new A/C installed in half a day- just a couple days after initially contacting them and getting a few options on how to fix the problem I was having. Excellence AC and Heating did a terrific AC/furnace installation at my place. It was a crew of three (Tom, Mark, and Jesus) and they were able to finish the job in about 4 hrs. Excellence AC as the name suggests everyone is excellent in this company, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They have the best prices. Tom was very patient from the beginning answering all the questions I have and Lucy was wonderful sending all the required information needed by my home warranty. They did excellent job on my coil, the work was done very neat and professionally. I am glad to find them. They even registered the coil so that I get the 10years warranty. I highly recommend them.
