I've been disappointed by their customer service and the quality of work provided. They charge a lot for their services but my problem remains unsolved. I just had a routine service visit yesterday and now our HVAC is not working and when I called for help the person answering gave me a ton of attitude.

We contacted Nathan and his team over a weekend about an issue another company caused at my mother in law's home. They arranged to visit her first thing Monday, made sure she understood everything they saw and what they would be doing. Fixed her issue, charged her very fairly and she had a great experience. Would definitely reccomend this team!

Nathan with Nazarine AC has been the best! Specifically, this week we had plumbing issues and Abacus cane out for a plumbing issue but also does AC so we asked them to look at it and they quoted us almost double what Nathan would have quoted us but Nathan was able to just replace a part and keep out unit working when he could have told us we needed a whole new unit. I have used him for years and he is the most honest businessman i have ever worked with.

My AC went out on a Sunday and I was very concerned. Some of my neighbors recommended Nathan, so I texted him. He responded immediately! Nathan arrived on Monday, before 9am. He was professional, kind and worked quickly. I highly recommend his services!

Super fast response and quick repair! Texted on Thursday evening that my A/C wasn’t working and immediately got a response that Nathan would send somebody out the next day. Got to me around 1pm, which was great, and diagnosed/fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Can’t beat that! Have used his services for the past couple years, and will continue to do so.
