My interactions with Empire from the quote to the installation went exactly how it was presented. Their technician (Grant) was one of the best craftsmen I have seen here in Texas since I moved here. Grant went above and beyond to make sure that my installation was done correctly. If you need HVAC services I highly recommend this company. If possible ask for Grant. You will not be disappointed!!!

Had no question on who to call when we needed our AC repaired. Kyle and Grant worked on our unit ALL DAY and into the evening (in 100° weather) to ensure that everything was running smoothly before going home. If you want honest, great quality, and professional work they are who you need to call!

Called Kyle on Sunday evening and he returned my call same day.
They sent a technician out on Tuesday and cleaned and repaired a much abused system for some folks that are struggling at the moment.

I recently had the most remarkable experience with Kyle at Empire AC and Heating Company. As a new customer, I had signed up for a fall and spring tuneup contract, but because of an unforeseen glitch in an upgrade for their computer I wasn’t contacted for the spring tuneup. I called to inquire and Kyle apologized and came out to my house the following Friday and resolved the problem - which I never really expected having dealt with other companies in the past and how they treated their customers when an issue occurred. I was so pleased with his professionalism.

Kyle with Empire Heating and Air, LLC was very polite, personable and professional. He came the same day as the call, trouble shoot the unit, and returned three days later to install the new AC unit for my shop. I recommend them highly.

My AC stopped working at 5pm Friday I called after hours at 6pm. They came at 715pm. Amazing response time, knee what was wrong with in 10 minutes. Knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I really appreciate their help. Highly recommend to anyone that needs ac fixed fast and well.

Kyle does an excellent job in diagnosing problems and thoroughly checking on all components of the equipment. We are so pleased that we are now part of their yearly maintenance plan.
