Reviews of local pros in Paradise, Texas

I have been using Tradesman for over 10 years. Duane installed my 5 ton unit and has serviced it ever since with no issues or breakdowns. I would recommend his work any day and his prices are always fair.

Duane is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I own several rental properties and Tradesman of Texas is my regular HVAC service company. They always communicate clearly what I need, make a reasonably priced recommendation and deliver exactly what they say they will. I just had them replace my HVAC system at my personal residence as well and the experience was nothing short of terrific! If you're looking for someone that knows what they're doing and delivers what they say they will, I highly recommend Tradesmen of Texas!

Duane is AMAZING!!! We have used Tradesman of Texas several times. They are always super professional, nice and very quick to fix our a/c!! Highly recommend for your A/c needs!

Duane and his team at Tradesman of Texas are truly the best! I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their service, professionalism, and commitment to clear-cut, dependable communication are unmatched!

The technician Arthur arrived on time to do ac tuneup. He was very thorough in his job and even took off the condenser top to deep clean the coils. He went over and above to even reattach a loose pipe. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend the company!

You will never go wrong sending your business to Duane at Tradesman of Texas. We first found his business through a friend after a big national HVAC company told us we had no choice but to drop double digit thousands of dollars into a full replacement. Duane was able to check out our scenario and get us another year out of our old system while we saved up for a replacement. The later he installed a better replacement for a much better cost. His service is impeccable and he'll always shoot you straight on what you need. We have a couple of great HVAC guys directly in our neighborhood, but our business and our recommendations will always go to Tradesman of Texas.

I’ve been working with Duane and his company for over 12 years and always been impressed with his professionalism, integrity and expertise. He does a great and takes pride in his work. He’s very dependable and always responds, and in emergencies has been very quick to come out and fix any issues. A few years ago we replaced all of our HVAC units and before that had a radiant barrier installed. We’ve also had some duct work done by him. Can’t say enough good things about Duane and his team. Highly recommended!

Tradesman of Texas is an excellent company. They have installed radiant bearing, new air ducts, insulation in the attic and we have a contract every year for heating and cooling maintenance. They have been our go to for our HVAC system since 2011. They are always very professional and knowledgeable. You can depend on their work being done right the first time. Tradesman of Texas is the only company that you should put your trust in. They are definitely worth their 5.0 rating! Give Duane a call, you will be happy you did!

We have used Tradesman of Texas 17 years and he installed our new air conditioner at that time. We use his twice a year service which is extremely reasonable . He is very competent and checks everything when he comes. He has also installed insulation in our attic. I would never use anyone. Else.

Have never had any issues with Tradesman of Texas. Duanne has always been great with pricing and the level of service he provides. Had my 25 year old a/c and gas heating system recently replaced. Tradesman had everyone beat on the pricing. There was no trying to sell me an overpriced system that didn't fit my need like the other a/c dealers. Tradesman did a professional installation. You cannot go wrong with Tradesman of Texas.

Duane is the very best in the HVAC system in the Dallas area. We have 2 units in our house. I was very lucky to get referred to him by Bob Nylon in 2013 when one of our AC’s went out after I had just serviced it the day before with someone else! Duane was very honest with me and told me to no further waste $ on the old unit and he replaced the unit with a way more efficient unit. The following year the other AC went out and he also replaced that one too. From 2013/2014 & on Duane has maintained both units with his yearly services. They run great thanks to him. We will not let anyone else touch these 2 units. Also Duane installed insulation in our attic and the electric bill went down 1/2 the following month and it is still 1/2 of what we would normally pay! He has saved me many thousand$! Duane is very dependable & gets back with us quickly by either text or a phone call. Highly recommend Duane & his expertise services!

Tradesman of Texas is the absolute best. Installed 2 brand new units for us last year and has been out twice to help with issues we have had with our nest that he was in no way on the hook for. Great guy. Highly recommend.

Duane has done a great job maintaining and keeping our heating and cooling systems running smoothly. He is very reliable, comes twice a year for maintenance and does excellent work at a very fair price. He is extremely knowledgeable about his industry. I would highly recommend Tradesmen of Texas for anyone wanting to prevent a crisis with their HVAC system. Duane also saved us in energy bills by installing radiant barrier in the attic and has also done duct work into an add on room. Go Duane!!🩷

I had a great experience with Tradesman of Texas. They quickly came out to replace my AC and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

We recently had a new air conditioner installed by Tradesman of Texas and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Duane and his team was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to assess our needs, recommend the right system, and answer all our questions thoroughly.
Installation day went smoothly — the technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. We noticed an immediate improvement in comfort, and the system runs quietly and effectively.
If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and courteous air conditioning company, we highly recommend Tradesmen of Texas.

I have been using Tradesman of Texas for about 12 years. There's a reason I keep coming back. He has the best prices and outstanding customer service. I've even had him replace my MIL's system when it broke down. I recommend him for anyone needing HVAC service

This is the ONLY A/C service that was willing to do an emergency call for my elderly parents after their A/C went out yesterday. And...AND....they came out within 2 hours. The young guy (Grant) that serviced our system gave us a temporary fix until the part comes in next week and was respectul, quick, and accurate. Glad they sent him out here. Will use this business from now on! Great Job!

Very professional, came on time (which never happens) completed service needed in 1 hr. Would total recommended for any of your Air or Heating needs.

Great communication and very professional. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service. Exceeded all expectations. Called them on a Friday afternoon after another AC company cancelled our service call in 100* degree weather. They showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the problem so we didn't have to go to a hotel. Friendly technician explained everything. You have our service for all future needs. We highly recommend!

Easily one of the best service experiences I've had. Kyle from Empire went out of his way to be accommodating, flexible, and fair. Furthermore, the job was done both quickly and well. From now on, Empire will be the first company I call.
