I've used Browns Air Conditioning for several years highly recommend great service. Friendly, professional, punctual, clear communication, the whole team is on target. Five years, three new installs and have nothing but excellent experiences.

I thought with an inspection and tune up I would get more than I did which was a visual inspection and checked the Freon. Tech did not inspect unit in attic due to lack of decking to get to it. Would have liked coils cleaned at a minimum.

There's a reason I've been a happy Brown A/C and heating customers for so many years and Charles is one of them! It's hard to find good service these days But Brown always delivers it.

Matthew and his crew were AWESOME! Our 40 year old AC finally bit the dust and Matthew came in and saved us. He got us a great unit at an AMAZING price with options for financing. His crew was there the next day they were clean, fast and awesome dudes. First class professionals. I genuinely felt taken care of. Matthew made me feel like he really cared about what our family needed. I highly recommend these guys and if you have the option ask for Matthew!

American Home Shield sent a technician to check out water dripping from my attic AC unit and he told me that my entire unit needed to be replaced. The claim was denied and I was charged $125 service fee with no work having been done. No I would not recommend Brown AC. Another AC company came and replaced clogged drainage pipes within 30 minutes to fix the problem and also added freon for much less money.

Matt was a really cool guy. Really friendly from the initial meet up until the completion of the job. Matt walked me through his process of what he was looking for, and what he does. Gave me feedback, and recommendations for what jobs to do in the future in regards to my unit. I definitely recommend Brown Air Conditioning and Cooling and will use them again in the future.

The service tech did not inform me of what he was going to do to fully repair the AC unit. I knew he was going to replace the compressor, but he did not indicate to me that he was also going to replace the whole freon, which ended up costing way more. He was not upfront about the whole cost of the repair.

I found Brown Air Conditioning & Heating to be excellent. I was pleased by their communication and quickness. The tech was great and I found him and his company to be honest and trustworthy.

The installers arrived on schedule and immediately got started blanking the floor area and preparing for the floor. They were very well coordinated in how they went about doing the work inside and outside. The work was completed in a time faster than I anticipated, as I watched my next door neighbor get a new systems installed and it took them all day and part of the next. Chris, initial tech stopped by to check on their progress and answered my questions. Only issue was no documents on operating / maintenance manual given to me.

He worked with our schedule so that we could be here for a quick repair time. He diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. Thank you Brown A/C and Heating for sending him out. Brown Heating & Air came out to our property to fix our furnace through our warranty service soon after we initiated our warranty service. Unfortunately, our warranty service did not cover the repairs that needed to be done, so we had an option to utilize brown for the repair.There was a bit of a delay and confusion with getting the quote approved and scheduling the service as the emails automatically went to our spam folder, but once everything was figured out and the service was scheduled, they were able to repair the water heater quickly and it’s up and running now.

Was assigned this company by American Home Shield for HVAC tuneup. HVAC tune ups are supposed to take 1 to 2 hours and he was here for 25 minutes. Did not use professional language and asked to use the bathroom which is a no-no in the service industry. I'm not sure what was checked as no list or paperwork was provided... just that there weren't any issues found. Just overall didn't feel like I received the service that I paid for through AHS.

SERVICE guy, Charles was prompt, polite and expeditious. He appeared to do a thorough job and give me a great report regarding my air-conditioning unit. Thanks Brown Air Conditioning and Heating.

Charles and his crew were awesome! Our garage apartment A/C was not cooling. He came out and checked it yesterday. Evaporator coil needed to be replaced. His crew showed up this morning at 10:40a and worked straight through to 1:00p. He gave me some tips on keeping things ship shape.

Brown AC / Heating always delivers a fair assessment and tries their very best to get all repairs done same day or next if a part is needed. We have been customers of Brown AC/Heating for over 6 years now with multiple homes. The latest service call was for our home on Galveston Island that our management company sent a tech to look at the heater. The tech that was originally sent out by the the mgnt company sent an "estimate" of 750 + tax - implying that it would be more to us once they were actually in there.

We called Brown AC/Heating on our own knowing the trust we have in them. Brown came out did an inspection and named one item out of the several on the other persons explanation. The total cost for service, part and install was under $300.

It is worth waiting for the right provider!

After hearing about Brown A/C service from my coworker, I decided to give them a call to check out duct work at my Father's residence. So glad I did. The technician. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem first, gave us a quote, and was right back the following day to repair. He made my Father feel very comfortable, which is not easy to accomplish. The communication, price, and overall service was top tier. We will definitely be using Brown for our A/C needs in the future.

Rep came out when promised. However, the wife was told something about a sensor and different thermostat from Rep but haven't heard or seen a detailed account of visit. I have no idea what was checked, only that no issues were found. I understand this is a free service offered through the warranty company but I was expecting something more thorough and complete from an inspection.
