Brown air conditioning responded to our AHS service request in a prompt manner. Chris showed up at our home at the given time slot, figured out the problem and completed work quickly and professionally. Very impressed with Chris and with the overall service experience.

Brown Air Conditioning and heating responded to my call the next business day and sent a repairman out the next day after that. Chris is pleasant and thorough. He found the problem and ordered a piece of replacement equipment. But returned later that day after thinking of a better and faster repair he could do by replacing the old thermostat. He could have charged to replace both pieces and I would not have known better. He showed true integrity and represented his business well. He also suggested some maintenance that I could do to help the unit work better (change filters more frequently) and explained why it would help the machine. I appreciate honest and capable people.

Charles was amazing. He was considerate and patiently explained details of the scope of the work needed.

My experience was not okay. the technician claimed I had rat damage and never had such damage. Now they want to charge me 1900 for a drip pan but haven’t diagnosed the problem. How do you have a solution but don’t kno what the problem is. I attempted to put no stars but the review won’t let me.

The technician, Matt, came to my house the following day after scheduling an appt and was quick to diagnose the problem and order the parts. Throughout the process, Matt was extremely professional and maintained an open line of communication. When the parts came in, he scheduled the service appt immediately and his team made the repairs and got my ac up and running in a few hours. I highly recommend Brown AC & Heating.

I had been without a/c in my home for 13 days. Had to spend 6 nights in hotel because I was feeling sick other nights with friends. Chris was very kind and polite explaining the situation with my unit, communicating with warrenty Co and ordering parts. He scheduled with me to come and stayed over four hours and completed the job. When I felt air I almost cried with joy. Thank you so very much Chris and Brown A/C and Heating. I will share this experence! J

This company tried to fabricate more work by damaging the equipment in the attic, causing it to damage the ceiling. I tried communicating with them several times, but when it was time to make good no response. 👎 I will be taking this up with the BBB.

Brown AC and heating really took care of us. We had our furnace replaced about a month by someone who turned out to be less than reputable. Matthew came to look at everything and let me know right away about the poor installation and how to best fix it. The team of guys that came and performed the work were very professional and they even went the extra mile to make sure that our system would run efficiently. I would absolutely recommend!!

Communication was key. From time the appointment was set by AHS I was notified by Browns AIR & HEAT about the appointment and every step of the way. Charles came out, very polite and professional and even took time to explain what happened to my AC and recommendation for future steps.

It was written up as an existing issue which it wasn’t. So my warranty denied the claim, I would’ve been happy just to of been quoted an evaporator coil cleaning. Not the massive $4200 claim knowing it wouldn’t be approved.

Service person was Chris. He did everything that was necessary to get my system in order. His service was wonderful and he was very detailed.

Chris was very courteous and did a thorough job with the inspection and tune up on my furnace. I have used Brown Air Conditioning to service my ac and heating units for several years now. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

So many people tried to fix my A/C and couldn't. But you guys did! Thank you. Chris/Kris is a professional, caring, great employee. He works fast and accurately. You should hold on to him!! Brown Air conditioning is absolutely amazing! I called on a Saturday and spoke with Shauna and she was so helpful. Had someone out within a few hours! Matt the technician that came was so knowledgeable and kind. They always go above and beyond ! Highly recommend using them!

I appreciate the follow up call I received from Brown AC. My failure in communication was with my home warranty service not Brown. They were kind enough to patch the problem for me.

A/C installed with the house construction died. Charles quickly determined my home’s actual heating/cooling needs, and offered estimates for part replacement or whole unit replacement, offering smart guidance on the pros/cons of each.
Thorough pre-service communication via email, text, and phone. His team arrived on-time, professionally attired, and got right to work, ensuring floor protection blankets were laid out.
A couple hours later, we had a super-quiet unit installed and operating. The team cleaned up after themselves, and oriented me to the new unit & thermostat.
Geronimo & Jorge were punctual, courteous, expert and professional!
Within a couple hours, Charles stopped by to review the installation and ensure it was working properly and that I was satisfied.

THIS is how all home repair companies and people should operate. A good service, good product, professionally delivered at a fair price. I highly recommend Brown Air & Heat, and they’ll absolutely be my first call for any future needs.

If I could give ZERO stars than I would (standard phrase used when the service is just this poor).

Don't know the name of the technician that was sent to us, but he clearly didn't want to help. He worked on the machine for 30 minutes and determined we needed a new board. 3 weeks, yes 3 weeks later he comes back and works for 1 hour and determines there is a faulty sensor that he doesn't think he will be able to get from the supplier. The unit is less than 10 years old.

In the 3 weeks between service, repeated phone calls by myself and wife were made with few answers. It was only after a terse phone call did the office contact the technician and service was made 4 days later.

It was clear the technician was trying to make it look like we needed a new unit. Kick back from the home warranty??? After they reported to our home warranty we asked for a 2nd opinion and a new company came out and fixed it the SAME day.

Just terrible service.
