When I hired AE Fencing to replace a tiny gate, I was pleased with how fast they finished the job. The project was managed by Derek and Mike, who were enjoyable to collaborate with.

Had a small 25 ft fencing repair. Contacted Aaron & he came out the very next day to give me an estimate. Measured, gave me options, and an estimate the same day. He was so personable & polite. My fence was done in one day. It is sturdier than any I’ve had done in 25 yrs. I would recommend this company highly.

Our backyard got a complete makeover with new cedar fencing, a custom walk gate, and a double-drive gate that fits our boat trailer perfectly.

They replaced our old fence that had been damaged by storms, installing new posts, fresh pickets, and reworking the grade so the bottom edge stays flush with the ground.

They installed a modern horizontal fence for us and it completely transformed our backyard. The look is clean and contemporary, and the build quality is excellent.

Our home looks so much better with a new fence and matching custom gate. The crew worked quickly, kept the jobsite clean, and delivered quality work from start to finish.

BIG THANK!!! to Javier Luis Dora and Kyle. They worked seamlessly with their contractors, creating the most amazing pool it's almost finished, and we are so excited. The whole project has come together so fast. I can't believe it. Houston, bring the heat and humidity. We will be ready in our new premier pool!!!!

Ron has been so helpful, even after completion of the pool. His responsiveness is what impressed me most. I just had an issue with my pool pump and was panicked because we had guests coming over the next day. He patiently walked me through steps to get the pump up and running within minutes! Amazing customer service. Very genuine people.

Run VERY FAST away from Premier Pools & Spas. We signed the contract on 7-6-2021. It took them until 1-3-2022 to dig. To date the pool has not done. On 3-8-2022 the plumbing inspection failed. It took me to tell them we had failed the plumbing inspection. As of today no one has been out to fix the issues the inspector failed them on. They still have not dug the drains and, if you can believe this, the plumber they hired to to install the plumbing did not even install a P-Trap. Besides all of this, there is no communication from anyone from the company. I have had to chase them down the whole time since the beginning of this project. I have spoken to the owner Steve Unger twice and he like all the others at this company over promises and does not not deliver. As I stated run as fast as you can from this horrible, unorganized, unprofessional company.

UPDATE 4-29-22

These guys do not know what they are doing. The inspection that failed on 3-8-22, till has not passed it. To date they have not called the city of Pasadena to set up another inspection(I call the city at least once a month now to find out if they have heard from anyone from Premier and I'm always told they have not. We would not have passed anyway because their plumbers (RAM Plumbing) installed the wrong PVC pipes. Out of the blue yesterday a crew of plumbers showed up (no one told they would be here) and ripped ALL the wrong white PVC pipes they had installed, and replaced them with green PVC sewer pipe, mind you the rebar was in place so they had to cut the green PVC in several places to get it to fit under the the rebar.

We are so sick of dealing with them and I'm going to presume it next to impossible to have any warranty work done if anything goes wrong with the pool in the future.

BOTTOM LINE........RUN VERY FAST FROM THIS COMPANY.....VERY FAST!

They started well but ending was not good. They are not responsive. I do not recommend. If you still want to work, do not pay full up front. Wait untill job has done.
Wall should be painted.
I have paid for drainage but it has not been done.
Electricity connection still waiting.
There is crack on the concrete.
Floor is muddy, leveling and cleaning was not well.
I am very disappointed 😔

Chad! over here at Premier Pools was very professional and knowledgeable about all the processes on getting started building a pool. We felt like part of his family, I would definitely recommend Chad over at Premier pools to anyone trying to get a pool built.

Very professional, always helpful! Our project manager was Louis and he was always a phone call away. He made frequent visits to the site and always made sure to keep us up to date with where the project was in the process. Tim and Darryl have also come by to help Louis showing excellent team work. Dora also followed up to ensure we were satisfied with the job. Overall, it was breeze and a delight working with them all! Recommending Premier Pools and Spas to all my friends.

Working with premier pools to build our dream back yard has been a pleasure. Chad has done an amazing job of designing and working with us to make sure we are happy with the end product. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are interested in getting a pool!

Good job!!! Thanks to our project manger, Louis. Louis was excellent at communicating each step of the way. He was there to answer the many questions we had. Dora made the process of choosing the tile, coping and deck a breeze. Thanks to Tim for coming out and lending a helping hand.

How come they only show the good reviews and not the bad ones?. There's about 30 of us and then 20 mile radius. They cannot stand the way the trash was left by each crew every day. . Then every time I called return calls the side of my house was never filled in nor graded nor put all the sod that was promised to me. I guess I'll have to just start putting the battery reviews back on

Very happy with the design and quote phase from Premier Pools & Spas of Pearland. Excellent communication and willingness to adjust to our budget level. While we did not go forward with the project, I appreciated David's level of professionalism.

Perfect builder. Speedy, considerate and excellent communication(Dora), beautiful design that reflects the inner desire of a client(Joshua), knowledgeable engineering(Tim and Louise), reliable contructors. You cannot expect better.

We love our pool. Cody was great with the design. Darrell was on site throughout the build and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had.

Happy with Premier Pool and Spas. Signed contract in October of 2021, broke ground in November of 2021, and after some expected delays due to the holidays, pool was up and running by April of 2022. Ron T. designed the pool and guided us through the contractual process. His design and insight on what would and would not work for our yard was the selling point for us. Ron was profesional and very knowledgeable about anything to do with the pool business. Even after the completion of the project, Ron responds to our calls and questions we may have.
The process of pool construction is not always clear-cut let alone, on time. Several scheduling conflicts, often having to do with the contractors, held up the build a couple of times.
Despite the delays at times, we highly recommend this company for a pool construction project. The pool was done and operational just I time for summer. Absolutely worth the investment for our home.

I’ve recently been experiencing some issues with my pool equipment, so I approached Louis, who happened to be refueling at the time. I asked him a few questions regarding the problems I was facing, and he was kind enough to offer several insights and troubleshooting suggestions.
