Ron was our Amazing salesman and pool designer. We wanted a very simple and practical pool with colors that matched colors on our Home outside bricks. Ron listened patiently and worked with us to make the selection process very simple and exciting.

Our Construction manager MAX was equally very AMAZING! Breaking ground and final pool construction happened within 3 months with no delays and issues whatsoever. We were pleasantly surprised at how seamless the whole process took.

After construction, there was an issue with plaster getting compromised due to sand from construction but Premier pools took care of that by Acid washing the whole pool and now we are back to enjoying our almost clear blue pool water!

When we met with Brian we had small simple ideas of what we wanted in a pool. You always hear how expensive pools are and you don't realize how much you can get on your budget until you sit down with the designer. Brian is talented with the design software and translating your pool desires into a design. I highly recommend Brian. Not only is he there for design, he is only a call away from the start to finish of construction. If you cant reach the construction manager (which you usually can) he will help you out.
Premier Pool offers a lot of bang for your buck. We realized we could afford quite a beautiful pool for what we wanted to spend.
Like all construction, there are bumps in the road. Workers may not show up for a few days and then they show up and get a lot of work done all at once. They will tear up your yard and leave debris but in the end they clean up so well you hardly know they were there.
If you have had a chlorine pool before I highly recommend a salt water pool, the maintenance is so simple and easy it is a waste of money to hire a service to take care of it.
Over all Premier Pool took excellent care of us, provided beautiful quality work and were reasonably priced. They are also pretty fast building their pools.

Premier Pools has done an outstanding job. Darrell, Loius, Dora, Cody, Tim and all their crews could not have done a better job. Today, Louis came out and replaced the fence they had removed at the start of construction. Darrell has kept the project moving rapidly and been instantly responsive for every call from us. Cody did a great job laying out the project and making sure everything we agreed to was accomplished. Dora did a great job helping us with the material selection and detailed designs. They crews all did a great job taking care to protect our house at each stage of construction.

Update: 8/7/2025... contacted Dora on some grout that had cracked on our coping. Response was quick and tile guy came out and repaired in a timely manner. It was great to know that warranty work was done just as fast and professional as when we built the pool. ***We are first time Pool owners. We received several quotes from other companies. We ultimately decided hands down on Premier Pools& Spas. When Cody came by our home he really listened to what we were envisioning. He was able to draw up something that was beyond what we had expected. During the design process we decided to tweak some items. Cody was fantastic in responding and was quick to add our changes and send a new mock up. Cody's customer service jump started our wonderful experience with Premier Pools and Spas.
We met with Dora at the design center. Dora was very informative on the products. She was amazing during the entire process with emails and timelines for completion. Darrell our construction manager was amazing, from start to finish he made himself available. He was very informative and explained the process in great detail. If we had any questions Darrell was quick to respond and informed us every step of the way what to expect. Lastly, Javier came by our home for pool school. He was great and explained in detail how to maintain our new investment. We would definitely recommend Premier Pools and Spas to everyone. Hands down the best customer service, we loved the staff and we LOVE our pool!!!

Wrapping up final stages of a pool remodel and love the results thus far. Premier Pools in Pearland have been great to work with - very responsive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile for me.
The remodel took approximately 4 weeks, exactly what was estimated. All the contractors showed up as scheduled, kept the job site clean, and were very professional to work with.

Premier has been amazing. So great to work with, very responsive, helpful, and our pool is exactly what we wanted. The whole team went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly and as quickly as possible. Josh designed the pool specific for our home and to what we wanted. Dora communicated every step of the process and even made picking out the perfect tile, decking, and coping a much easier task with all her expertise. Tim oversaw the whole project and went out of his way to keep everything running smoothly and on time. He personally went to resolve issues we had with the city when they would not respond. Truly a great team to work with. We still have the decking and landscaping to go but it’s already perfect!

The entire project was a pleasure from the quote phase till completion, was excellent. We have zero complaints. Chad, Louis and Dora made the entire project go smoothly, even when we made some changes during construction. They use group texts to keep everyone in the loop and all questions/concerns were answered and addressed promptly. The level of communication was excellent, which is key on any project. First time pool owners and this has been a great experience thus far!! We are on the home stretch with plastering happening next week! From initial inspection/estimate to final inspection was excellent customer service and fantastic work performed! Courteous, hard working crew not only did a great roof but cleanup was excellent too! I hired Bay Area Roofers in 2011 to install James Hardie siding and again in 2012 to replace my entire roof as well as gutters. They were remarkable to work with then and I decided when we moved into our current home that I wanted to use them to add a patio cover. The patio was an awkward shape and many different heights of the roof between the house, garage and porte-cochere. Karl worked with us to determined the best layout to work with what we wanted. The patio cover turned out great and the construction crew communicated with us every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves every day as if they had not been there. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them for anything! Just wish my patio furniture order was going as well as the patio roof did!

I have used Bay Area Roofers several times over the years and have never been disappointed. Just like every contractor company, you have to stay on top of the crews to ensure everything is done the way you want it. With that being said, they will do everything they can to make the job perfect, but you have to be reasonable about it.

We recommend Bay Area Roofers and have used them twice now. The estimator was thorough and explained our options. Company overall has been professional and worked with us around the rain forecast. I appreciate the good warranty as well.
